Renting has been a positive experience, however, currently 955 and Im attempting to close my unit so I dont get charged another month for it, been here since 925. Door has still not opened despite saying on the door and online they open at 0930.

First time ever moving into a house. Was completely lost in the sauce. Stopped by on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Shannon. She is the bomb. They didn’t have any trucks available but she worked some things out and got me a cargo van and I was able to get all my stuff moved and couldn’t be happier with this location. 10/10 highly recommend.

Shannon was such a joy to work with. She drove me around the property to my storage space in addition to showing me other options. She made the process pleasant and was professional while also being personable. I ended up needing a U-Haul truck as well and she was also great with that.

I was very pleased with the extended efforts that Shannon made to accommodate me each time I have done a rental of U-Haul vehicles.She and Crissy both were excellent in searching and scheduling reservations for the type of storage I needed for my son as well as a rental to work within our schedules. I would gladly recommend others to use their services. THEY WERE FANTASTIC!!!!

Was there to remove daughters furniture who was moving into new home.We forgot the key to the lock,but management was nice to cut the lock for us...Thank you

Chrissi and Shannon are amazing. Upon renting a 10x10 unit as I began putting my belongings in there I realized that it was going to be to small. Rushing back to the office I spoke to Shannon and she immediately checked and found me a 10x20 unit which was exactly what I needed. Then on today, 7/19/21, when I went to put items in my unit I saw a dead snake that was torn in half in front of my unit!! Now anyone that knows me know that I am gravely afraid of them. I began having an anxiety attack as I drove back the office, barely able to explain the problem Shannon was able to figure out what I was saying. Although she and Chrissi both are afraid as well she went to double check. When she confirmed it, Chrissi immediately went and removed it. I am so thankful for the wonderful beautiful ladies!! Storage King on Reilly Road is where I will continue to go for my moving needs in the future!

I had some issues with my original online order and this office was so accommodating to all of the unfortunate changes that had to be made at no fault of theirs. I would definitely recommend them for any U-Haul rental needs.

Returned to my unit after a 9 month deployment. Found mouse droppings all over my belongings. Everywhere. And I stored no food to attract these mice. This storage facility has a major rodent infestation that they have yet to remedy. Would absolutely not recommend.

The mangement Staff was excellent in helping me solve my problem couldnt ask for better customer service Thank again.

I moved my belongings into the unit November 4th and went to today to get something out and my stuff is COVERED in mouse droppings. When I went to the front office to complain the man laughed at me in my face. I told him I had no idea they had a mouse issue. There was no warning. You just wanted my money. And he said “I could tell you that a helicopter will hit this building now. Wouldn’t change anything.” There was no compassion, no empathy, just Oh well. Sorry about your luck” I went back to the unit to see if I could find what I was looking for AND THE MOUSE WAS SITTING RIGHT ON TOP OF MY SON’S PILLOW!!!!!! They had NO URGENCY to do anything. Just said the pest control would be out next Friday. My stuff will be out in 2 days. The owner said that I was the only person to complain about the mice but I see that’s not accurate. They also would NOT give me corporate number to file a complaint. I will never do business with this company again!

Havent used them yet, probably will. Cheapest prices in Fayetteville so far. Friendly staff, patiently answered all my questions and I had alot.

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Especially not the military community. There units are infested with rats & mice. There corporate office & employees all know of this issue and they do not give any sort of warning, nor do they care at all. The manager Jennifer is very unprofessional and extremely rude. This establishment is shady and they get away with it because they cover themselves under the contract. In their contract they are allowed to change the price at anytime and will do so with or without warning. If you have insurance through USAA they do not cover rodent damages so if you for some reason still choose to use this facility be aware. We found baby rats in one of our boxes and mice throughout all of our belongings (we had no food to attract these rodents and our unit was kept neatly). We had to throw away thousands of dollars worth of belongings & memorabilia with no sort or reimbursement nor compassion or empathy from anyone in this establishment.

They have good prices and are clean. I had a friend who used this storage and her stuff stayed dry while we were deployed and they had heavy flooding that year due to a hurricane.

Found Cliffdale Mini Storage through a random internet search in 2016 and I am so glad I did! From calling, to setting up my account, selecting a storage unit, moving in, and now moving out--everything has gone smoothly. I was able to fit all of my items in the unit, which surprised me.Overall, the customer service has been great. The only bump in the road was when they stopped having online bill pay and did not inform us. One day I was just unable to pay my bill and I was overseas, so I had to spend a ton of money to call them and pay over the phone. I think that there was a change in staff earlier this year. However, they now are back to having online bill pay and did inform us.Upon moving out everyone was very nice. The two ladies that work in the front office made me feel so comfortable and were very accomodating. They even let me hang inside in the AC while I waited for almost two hours for the donation collecters to pick up my items. I definitely recommend cliffdale mini storage for your storage needs!!

Very STRONG Smells like moth balls. Nothing helps not even 5 air fresheners & an automatic air spray. My belongings in the front got wet due to water coming in under the door. They dont care about it all they want you to do is purchase their insurance so they can make a claim. My televisions got wet & they said there was nothing they could do since I didnt purchase the insurance. I could see if there was a hurricane & a great deal of water but this was just a regular rainy day. Terrible!

Unprofessional manager, raises her voice and interrupts you when you’re trying to talk. Very unorganized when it comes to the trucks. Don’t recommend at all. IF you do end up coming here be careful they charge you for stuff you didn’t use.

Great price for first three months but it gets expensive after that. Secure with coded access and very good storage.

Late gate hours, great smaller locker storage units for cheap. (5ftx5ftx4ft tall) perfect for a smaller amount of stuff.

Very poor customer service. I recently had a death of a close loved one and his family asked me if I knew where he had stored his stuff in storage, so Ive been calling around town just to see if they could simply look his name up in a database to see if maybe he had stored his stuff there so his family could gather his belongings. I was greeted by a nasty woman on the phone who proceeded to ask me my deceased boyfriends name, thinking she would help me, then said well did you ask his family? His family should know where his stuff is I told her they didnt and I know this for a fact. Then she asked when was the last time I talked to his family, AGAIN as if she was going to help, and I said Wednesday and in her nasty voice she said Well maybe you should talk to them again. What a disservice to a former soldier and his family just trying to find out where his belongings were. All other storage places were willing to help, but this woman was just so ugly Im glad I wasnt there in person. VERY POOR customer service and the nasty woman on the phone needs an attitude adjustment.

Unprofessional, unhelpful, thieves. Would advise everyone not to go here unless you don’t care about your money or belongings.
