One of the most positive experiences I have had in many years. The employee was kind and most of all Patient. She was soft spoken and never changed her voice during the entire situation. Being a woman of age, She listened to and answered all my questions while being kind and soft spoken. That lady deserves a raise because I have NEVER encountered such kindness and such attention to detail. In my eyes, she is your jewel and you need never get rid of her. I am in awe still of her kindness and patience. She explained everything to me again and again until I had an understanding of the process. Courteous staff, clean safe storage unit.my only complaint and I want to take more stars offis they raise the price almost monthly.I started at 160 which was not cheap but insept to june it raised to 195 plus.that is like the cable company.

My experience of this storage facility has been dealing with a friendly, hardworking staff who works with their customers and keeps them informed on changes being made, available parking spots and storage units. Working from our storage facility and parking spots has been very easy thanks to Dwayne and Sherri.

The individual I spoke with was extremely friendly and able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. Very knowledgeable and was forward thinking in providing me much needed information based off previous questions from prior customers. Besides being safe, clean, and seemingly very well ran, Extra Space storage has two individuals, Ed and Sherry, who just made a simple task of renting a storage unit an incredible experience! Had the best experience getting my vehicle storage set up with these guys! Every time they called they were very kind, professional, and organized. The facility is very clean and seems quite secure as well.I was dropping off my vehicle to storage for the last errand before I left town on my recent move. I was in a rush so I called ahead. Ed had my paperwork up and ready to process by the minute I walked in the door. He then hurried and followed me on the golf cart to pick me up and help me back to the office after parking my vehicle.I was in such a rush to catch my flight that I didn’t even have time to put on the car cover I had purchased. Ed put the cover on himself after I had left and emailed me photos.Lastly, he realized I was a military spouse moving since my husband recently deployed, and he gave me an extra 10% discount without me even asking!I cannot thank them enough or recommend them more! Very impressed!

Let me start off by saying the first time I had come to put my stuff with this facility, wasnt pleasant to say the least. with the raising of the prices, over several years then having issues with easy pay for a while...But years later, coming back to deal with a house full of stuff that had accumulated and been sitting for years, with expectations of another displeasing experience, this time handling it on my own, adding more stress to the low expectation, I was blown away with the best customer service i have ever received on a face to face bases.Not only is T.J. Johnson professional, he was very personable and very easy to talk to. He made the time dealing with things much more enjoyable, even with all the questions and extra stuff i had asked him to check out. This man needs to be recognized for his great personality and should be used as an example of what kind of managerial expertise should be.He made me forget the stresses that I was going though and enjoyed having to take care of the business I was handling.My only regret was not coming back before I had to lease to tell him thank you to his face. Made a friend! I adore him!!

This is my 2nd time renting a storage unit here, both for deployment purposes. The military reimburses its Service members if the acquire a storage off post so its absolutely worth it to do. Ed was very knowledgeable and very professional. It is a well kept facility, very clean and quite. On my first deployment when I came back all of my items were in perfect condition, no mold or any odd odors so I trust on my second time to be the same as my 1st. This place is Definitely worth it.

We rented a storage unit for a year and a half and a parking space for a couple of months through this facility. The customer service was through the roof! Although it is a large company, Ed and Sherry feel like long time friends. Ed went above and beyond to help make anything we needed easy. The rates are competitive and the facilities are the cleanest in town. I got a 5x10 climate controlled unit and, while nothing over the top, I was impressed with the upkeep of the units. The security cameras and coded entry gates are assurance that my belongings are more than safe, along with the mandatory insurance plans, which are well worth it.

I’ve been using Extra Space Storage for about 8 years. I’ve never had any problems. I left my items stored while I was stationed in Germany and never once had any issues. They are friendly and extremely military friendly! They are always willing to help when needed.

I have had a TOTALLY AWESOME experience with Extra Space Storage. The staff (Rosie and Jessica) are very friendly. I needed a storage space right away because I was moving the next day. They offer regular storage units and climate controlled units. This is something I found to be unique about Extra Space Storage. They give you quotes and were very helpful in assisting my with choosing a unit to suit my needs. In fact, not only was Rosie able to accommodate my last minute storage needs, she was able to assist me as I was moving into my storage space because I was having trouble using my passcodes. She went above and beyond to assist me to ensure I had a smooth move into my storage space. She made us feel right at home (she has an excellent sense of humor) as we were moving into my storage space. They are very compassionate and friendly. The facility is easy to find, very clean and there is surveillance everywhere so I know my items are in good hands. Highly recommended!!!

I was really impressed with how fast they were able to accommodate me. I called them at 4:55 pm and had my unit ready and waiting when I arrived at 5:10pm. Jessica was amazingly helpful and kind. Fantastic customer service. We initially moved in under the old management and wow what a difference Extra Space has made! They actually care about us NOT having colonies of spiders in our unit AND they want our door to work, which is nice. My husband and I recently needed to downsize our unit and the manager (Rosie I think?) bent over backwards to help us out and make the transfer pain free as possible. Definitely recommend!!!

From the call experience, up until I was in the office and signing my documents the customer service was AMAZING. I couldn’t remember the call center guy, but Eduardo at the skateway Dr property is so nice and friendly. They have great rates and even honored my rate and free month although I changed by units!
