They had the vehicle that I needed, it ran well no problems. It was a little more expensive than the other two companies I checked with, but well worth the extra.

I booked a 22 foot rental two weeks in advanced and got a great deal. Went to get the truck, turns out they only had a 26 foot truck but didn’t tell us until we paid and signed the papers. I went back in there and asked if we could get a smaller one because this one just was way too much. We’re driving through the mountains in the snow, we didn’t need all that. She then told us it was actually a 26 foot truck once I asked why this was so big. Her reason for it was because they didn’t have a 22ft. So now we’re stuck with a 16 footer trying to make sure all of our stuff fit. What’s the point of reserving a head of time if I don’t get what I reserved? And the fact they didn’t tell us until we signed the papers, paid, and even asked if it was really a 22footer we just paid for. The smaller truck they gave us drives horribly, alignment is all off and has a constant ticking noise.Not pleased and disappointed.

Good location for renting or returning a Penske truck. They are quick and get things taken care of when you need anything done. Trucks are in good shape and they take time to ensure every truck has been checked before sending it out. Staff is quick and to the point and they dont spend a bunch of time wasting your time. We will rent from here anytime we need a truck or trailer and have several time. They also have a certified public weigh scale which helps if your military pcsing.

Nicer, newer trucks, great pricing for AAA, and they dont charge mileage over 1,000 miles which was a huge saving for us!Everything from booking the reservation, picking up the truck, and dropping off the truck was super easy!

The staff was really quiet and stoic while in there. I had the truck I rented quoted for $29.99 a day, then insurance and everything the total was quoted for $54, ended up paying $240 at first and after everything I am supposed to get $125 back from them, so I paid $115 after being quoted for half of that for a total of driving 14 miles for just a couple hours. While paying I asked about the AAA or military discounts a total of 3 times and the guy never looked up from his computer or even acknowledged me unless he wanted information from me, I felt like an inconvenience being there to the point I felt extremely uncomfortable and was ready to just hurry out of the office; I got minimal information and when I asked a question it was either completely ignored or was told everything is in the paperwork. I didnt get my questioned answered until I talked to the young guy bringing the truck up to us and going over the inspection. I tried calling later about the extra fees after finally going over the receipt and when Id get my deposit and was told thats up to your bank and then was hung up on.I shouldve just went to Uhaul and rented a trailer and paid a friend to use his truck instead of renting a truck from here, now I know what we will do when we move our stuff out of the storage unit in a few months.I feel like I got screwed into paying a higher price, I wish I felt comfortable enough to ask questions, if they wouldve even got answered.

This guy goes out of his way to take money from military movers. $10 for a truck and $10 for the trailer mean $40 total for full and empty..... Compared to $15 total for both weighs at a Black Cat Truck Scale. Stay away from here.

The public scales are the easiest, and fastest, to use in Fayetteville. The service is also exceptional.

Make sure you top off the truck to the point that it overflows, then cap the tank and shake the truck and take it off and add more. If you dont overflow these tanks they will charge you 8.00 per gallon. I turned it in with the fuel all the way dripping out and still got charged.

I rented a truck for my move and I was giving a clean and nice truck. The only complaint I have is that they charge you $8 a gallon if it’s not filled when you drop off truck.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Unless you want some extra charges. Fill your truck up for turn in if you want but theyll say its never full enough and steal your money. These people are snakes. These people make a living ripping off military. Trump needs to drain the swamp at this Penske location.

Was a okay experience. Truck made the trip got ripped off on my discount afterwards when I found the card. Ended up way overpaying $198.00 for a truck one way RIP OFF ALERT when I could have done uhaul or budget with a discount code and paid only 135-145 max. Truck was clean the inside of the box was disgusting. Truly wasnt impressed the service was sub par and could of been better. The girl that works there is friendly though and supportive.

Dealing with buying used trucks with Ryan Gaul.has been an unpleasant experience. I have bought my last used tractor from Penske. Never ever again.

Renting a truck from here is a real easy process. the staff is friendly, and they work with you for a good rate. trucks are clean. all in all, a good experience.

I went down to the store front this morning (Sunday, Aug. 17) and I did not see a key drop off. That is very inconvenient for people who need to turn keys in after hours or on Sunday. Most Penske locations have a key drop off, and its a good idea.

I wish I could give this location no stars. They are the absolute WORST!!!! Warning!!! They are rude, charge extra fees and then when confronted they lie to you and hang up on you. They say would you like to speak to a manager and then hang up on you when you say yes. They do not support the troops at all.

Drives nice, no hassle

Last time i will use PENSKE. This location is a bunch of thief. I booked a 16 online for four day and was quoted ~$249 on PENSKE website. When I arrived to pickup they stated it was $319 + .79 per mile. After returning it is thought all was good until 3 weeks down the road I was never refunded my deposit. When I came to the store to confront them about it they said it was because we had to charge you $25 to clean, $8 for environmental fee, $8 for licensing recovery, and $194.40 IN GAS!!! All in all I was charged $425 over the actual cost. To top it off these guys were rude and just seem crooked. Ive used PENSKE for years because they support Veterans but no more.

So many inconveniences with this place it is pretty ridiculous. And just to get weight of my vehicles with loads.

My mother got a truck from here and filled up the tank she paid 45 dollars to fill it up and they charged her an extra 50 dollars becuase they said the tank was not full... when I called to complain the manager was extremely rude and hung up on me if I could I would give this place no stars
