READ EVERYTHING:Im still sitting in the waiting room. Im sweating because its hot in here. After an hour I talked to the service manager, said it would be another 1 to 1.5 hours. So I walked home. They only had one mechanic on duty and were shorthanded with several cars in the bay already. I get it, its easy to be frustrated, but theyre doing the best with what they got. Saying that, this place is in the process of being converted into a Mavis tire, which makes me pause, because this used to be a place I could go for all my vehicle needs, now I cant even get an inspection, even though its still listed on the window as a service thats provided. Theres a coffee machine in the waiting room, but no coffee pods to be found. Dirty bathroom, dirty everything really. But the place has its charm. The vending machines were fully stocked. And while they didnt do inspections now, the guy at the counter suggested a place. They had the tires I needed in stock compared to surrounding places that didnt. This is my second time here. Still waiting on my vehicle to be done, but I have patience. Id ask Mavis to invest more time and money to get this place rocking, otherwise it doesnt look promising. Theres good employees there.Edit: vehicle just got in. All I needed was 4 new tires. I made an appointment at 1230. Its 4:30 now. The employee was very kind and apologetic. Just lucky I have the day off, unluckily my wife is at home with a newborn. So, there is no happiness. I can really appreciate the employees. Especially JR and Nick. They took the time to talk to me about whats going on, even on their short break. Definitely will be coming back because of them.

The Mavis Tires and Breaks in Everett is now my go-to spot for my vehicle repairs and maintenance. The gentleman there made it a priority and worked so well with me to be able to get the work done that was needed for my vehicle and helped financially to stay within budgets. The gentleman were very patient, understanding, and thorough with their work. They time that was taken to repair my vehicle was pretty fast considering all the other vehicles also being worked on. Customers seemed to be in and out fairly quickly and satisfied. I left with a safe vehicle and a smile due to these gentlemen at the Everett location. Thank you!

I had an unexpected flat tire which is always a huge inconvenience. I brought it in to Mavis and worked with Mellow. They were able to get me in right away and were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to salvage and repair the tire, which saved me a lot of money. I’m very pleased with the service and will definitely bring my car back for any repairs in the future.

Wayne has been amazing. I unfortunately had to get the same tires changed 2x in 2 weeks due to a nail getting wedged in and he was able to place the order and get it replaced very quickly! Super friendly staff. Would recommend

Had a flat tired with no way to remove tire due to not having lugnut release key. Wayne said to bring it straight down and he would see what he could do. Fixed the tired on the car and all was good. I came with a few problems like my stem was no good on my tire, plus I had to replace 2 tires and my battery needed to be replaced as well. I was very happy especially with Wayne the service writer! He gave me great advice without costing me a fortune! I have been coming for years and I’ve always been pleased. Superior work and great people work here! I’ll definitely be back for sure! This is like home to me now.

Wayne went above and beyond! He was quick and knowledgeable when it came to taking care of my car trouble. Melo and Wayne were by far the best service I’ve encountered in dealing with my vehicle. I’ve been to numerous shops over the years in which I was over charged, lied too, and treated like I was inconvenienced. QUITE THE OPPOSITE with Melo and Wayne. They took time to get me in and service my vehicle while I was in a jam and needed a tire. They were closing soon and still without hesitation offered me 10/10 service. Best experience dealing with a vehicle I’ve ever had and will be returning next time I have car maintenance needs. Melo and Wayne really are the best

It was very busy on a Sunday with no available appointments but when Wayne saw how flat my tire was, he knew it was too dangerous for me to drive on it and that I couldn’t wait two days for their next appointment. They said you can come but you have to waiting 2 hours.Then when I went there he said you called the main center not us and we cannot see you because you need an appointment ????? While I called their location???????Only by appointment how?? ( do you mean that I will predict that I will have a flat tire tomorrow at that time )?????????? Are you serious????

The place is always busy but the service is great. I had also compared prices and this place was the cheapest. The representative Wayne was very helpful and answered all of my questions despite the long line.

I would choose other places around here I came with an appointment made online around 11pm and they told me my car would be done by 5pm just for two new tires. They had plenty of people gone and come and made orders. I would just clear your schedule and go somewhere else. Not with the headache.

Called in rush because my previous provider couldn’t deliver. From talking to the call center and making my appointment happen the same day to getting in and out of there before the time frame given. I think I’ve found the right place to get new tires. Wayne and the team there are some of the nicest and profesional people you’ll meet.

The sales rep and technician named Mellow at Mavis Tire & Brakes (formerly NTB) gave me excellent tire service today. I would definitely travel to Everett again to have my tire serviced.

So thankful Mavis was open till 8:30 p.m. I had completely ruined a tire beyond repair that evening having damaged the sidewall, and Mavis was still open, so I gave them a try. Johnny at Mavis was excellent and professional in helping me out. I wanted to replace the damaged tire and one other one, and he was able to present me various options, including tires comparable to the ones I had on before, for a decent price.He was able to get me back on the road safely that same evening, and Im very satisfied and grateful for their service.

Thanks to these great Boston roads, I found myself in need of a single tire. I drive a Scion FR-S, so theyre asymmetric sport tires, most places dont carry these on hand. So, I ordered a tire online from their website and set an appointment for two days later. When I got there at my appointment time, they gave me an estimate for how long it might take. I told them there wasnt a rush because it was obvious they were busy (it was a Saturday afternoon after all). They called in a few hours letting me know my car was done. When I picked it up, I was in and out in ~5 min. Very quick and painless!Tire was mounted correctly (theyre asymmetric tires), filled to the right pressure, and my spare was secured back in my trunk. No complaints here! Ill definitely go back for any tire needs.

Great prices for tires. Especially, during corona virus when people are short on cash, getting a good deal on tires or other mechanical issues, is a relief. The waiting area is big. If I can give zero start, I will worst customer service. Had appointment at 2pm got there 1:40pm, at 2:35 my car was still in the parking lot unseen, yet there other customers coming in and were being taken inside before me, no appointment just cause they were friends with the mechanics, horrible experience I will never go there as a women I feel discriminated after the fact that I got upset and ask for my keys to leave, I expressed myself to the mechanic he automatically was extremely rude, another mechanic approached me and said that they can do what they want cause they got 90 minutes to do my car. So again worth place ever never again .

They are very unprofessional, I would never go there again. I went their to change one tire and it took me 2hrs and half. Well, that was not even the worst part. After I went home (10 mins away) I parked the car and never used it because in the pandemic I don’t use it much. Exactly one week later, I discovered they scratched and made a dint in my new rim trying to get the old tire out. Extremely unprofessional! If I was to change the tire myself, I would have been more careful not to damage the rim the way they did. Thankfully I had taken picture of my rim before I give it to them to change the tire. I attached here the before and after of my rim.

Wayne and Cee at Everett’s Mavis Tires & Brakes were a huge help!! I got a flat tire while dropping my brother off at the airport. Soon after, I discovered that Jiffy Lube kept my lug nut key by accident when I got my tires rotated, so the guy that Geico sent out couldn’t help me. He said there was nothing he could do. My six-year-old son and I were stranded for hours, unsure of what to do. Finally got a tow to Mavis Tires & Brakes, where they turned my day around. Wayne said he wasn’t sure what they could do without the lug nut key, but they’d do their best to help. And, Cee figured out how to get the flat tire off! It was a super long day and all we wanted to do was get home — and the guys here made that happen! Got a new tire and made it home safely. Super grateful for the great customer service and finding someone to help when no one else did.

I had a good experience with them. My car battery died. AAA and several local repair places did not have the battery I needed, but Mavis Tires and Brakes did. They replaced the battery within a few hours, and did a good job of communicating how long it would take.

They were great I dropped my car off in the am, and they kept me posted through out the day as they were pretty busy and my car was done by the time I got out of work, the were kind and respectful. I would definitely go there anytime!!! Ask for Wayne he’s the man👍🏾

Worst place to get your tires, they will recommend things that don’t need fixing, basically a scam mechanic. DO NOT GO HERE, they will take advantage of you, store manager walked out and quit in middle of his shift, understaffed, and will tell everybody to stay away from here! Do yourself a favor and go to town fair tire next door

My husband had a 10 am appt today in everett for 4 new tires. he sat in waiting room til noon time while our car still was in same spot never even moved inside so he left!! John the store manager was EXCELLENT and informative the second I walked in. He even referred me to an auto shop where I can fix my dents. Above and beyond with the services. Give the man a raise! Mello was trusting as well and really wanted to show me physically where the problem was with my car which helps a lot for myself, all a learning experience. Definitely will be coming back for any other problem. Got a 90 day warranty and the next visit I can get a free oil change. Overall great team work and communication skills, with an intimate atmosphere. If I could give this place a 10 star I would. Thank you fellas!

They forgot to put the boat on my brake caliper bracket else they put the new pads on the old roller without cut the roller and its quick so loud old parts no match with a new parts they should cut the roller they did not I was trouble I couldnt bring back down hallway you could cause an accident because my brakes was not function right
