Great service and customer service! Was able to walk in and get out without an appointment within 45 minutes. My whole car was way outta alignment and couldn’t be more thankful for the knowledgeable and helpful crew! Completely fixed my alignment, while I was waiting in their nice clean waiting room as well as the office. Avoid this place they cant even give you a quote over the phone. I called and the person who picked up seemed frustrated didnt seem interested in making a sale and hung up! They need to retrain the person who answers the phone. Also after reading some of these comments Im sure glad I went somewhere, who knows what kind of damage they wouldve done to my car and then try to charge me for it.

I would never take my car anywhere else. Phil is always helpful & Joe is always a pro. They have been helping me since 2007 and always so nice AND FAIR. Ladies, they wont pull a fast one on you if you know nothing about cars like me! I have a mask with their name on it & I wear it proudly!

I would not recommend this shop.I used to be an auto mechanic by trade and now an aircraft technician. I don’t normally have others work on my vehicles and this is the exact reason why....Stopped by and they sold me used lug nuts for $105, they where the only ones that had them and half price from new so I paid it. Made small talk with the guy and he was nice enough and talked good sales pitch so decided to save myself some time and give them a shot.( these lugs nuts where used off vehicles they worked on)Dropped my vehicle off for an alignment after Phil behind the counter told me how good their shop is compared to others. Asked for an alignment and if it needed any steering components it had new parts on the front seat (parts purchased Years prior) . He said he would give me a call.Get an call and hour or 2 later telling me that I needed an inner and out tie rod end. And that he won’t install customers parts. Asked him why he didn’t tell me that when I talked to him face to face and the best reason he came up with is it is policy. I picked up the vehicle and he charged me a $43 dollar Diagnostic fee even they hadn’t done any work and he has already charged me $105 dollars for USED LUG NUTS.Kept apologizing to me and asked me not to hate him......Phil knowingly wasted my time and tried to nickel and dime me and force me into using his parts that are marked up even though he made no mention of this as I looked him in the eye. This is the practice of a bad auto repair shop.Brought my vehicle to Firestone down the road they did my alignment while I waited and even installed my new parts for free ( even though they were NOT asked to do so) and gave me a life time alignment for free ( also without asking)DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Absolute best place to get your vehicles worked on. Great prices. They are very detail oriented, dont miss a thing. They get things done in a timely manner and have great customer service! Will recommend them every time. Thank you for such great service!

Came in to check tire air pressure. Took them two hours. Only one other customer was in the shop beside me. I think Im going to fix the car myself from now on. To hell with services like that.

Great customer support, not the priciest place in Everett to do allignment, so that makes it a great option for those who question Les Schwab or Firestone quality.By the way, their waiting area is pretty neat, come see for yourself.

Good communication. But check all the prices they quote you. I checked there pirce for brake service they marked up the parts by 85 to 100% compared to what i could get the same parts for. They did about $2000 of. Work. I got a quote for the same work from another shop and they were $500 cheaper. I confronted them and they could care less. I will never use them again. And dont recommend them to any one. If you do use the get another quote and checke there part prices to what you can get them for. I only write reviews when a shop is really good or really bad and only after i have given them a chance to make it right.

Poor customer service, even after you hobble your car there i still decided to take it somewhere else. No communication, employees rolling there eyes and generally being unprofessional.

WOW!!THESE GUYS ARE FANTASTIC!!MY BRAKES HAVE BEEN ACTING WEIRD. AND SQUEALING VERY LOUD...I DRIVE MY CAR ALL DAY LONG FOR OUTSIDE SALES, AND ON A RANDOM WHIM I STOPPED IN ON A SATURDAY. I really appreciate the team at this Tire Factory, top notch techs and superb customer service. I pulled in to have my front end aligned and radiator flushed on my 04 RAM. I had new tires on the truck which I had purchased elsewhere, they discovered one to be out of round and the other three to be out of balance, they re-balanced my tires and advised me to return the one out of round, and didnt charge me a cent. That is going above and beyond the responsibility of customer service. Ive had maintenance done here on my truck in the past and will definitely be doing all my service with these guys in the future. They know what theyre doing, provide a very timely service at a reasonable cost, and they stand behind their work. Ill be back!

I needed new rubber all around, low profile 235 40 ZR18, which are fairly rare. They totally set me up for just over $300 including warranty, and the tires are equal to my OEM models in specs and performance. They even gave me advice on a wheel problem. Very good service and prices. I will definitely be going back.

I just moved here from Tacoma and was looking around for a skilled and trustworthy shop to work on my extremely finicky and maintenance intensive old Jag while also tolerating my coffee-induced relentless pacing. These guys fit the bill and were friendly and honest throughout all of my dealings with them. I know a thing or two about cars and used to do most of my own work but have less time to do so these days since I both work and go to school full time. I have had a lot of shops try and screw me over as they see dollar signs when I roll up in my gaudy car, but I have always known better and never let them get the best of me. However, this shop is different and I think they place a premium on customer retention rather than upselling and making a quick buck as fast as possible, which is a welcome experience to go through as a customer. Furthermore, these guys are both accommodating and non-egotistical. I am picky about how my car gets serviced, and like to pick out my own parts and fluids, sometimes even bringing in my own tools for the techs to use on a job and these guys have never raised an eyebrow at me for doing so. So far, I have spent a lot of money with Everett Tire Factory and it looks like I will continue doing so. They have yet to disappoint, and I trust them to always do the right thing. Its one thing for a car guy like me to go in and get treated fairly but its an entirely different story for a vulnerable single mom with little to no car maintenance knowledge to have the same experience. Based upon what I have experienced, I would have no trouble sending someone like that to Everett Tire Factory as I think they prioritize ethics and values in a way that few other shops do...

My daughter brought her car here to see what was wrong. They told her and she decided not to have it done. They were honest and very nice to her. She was leaving on vacation and couldnt pick up her car and she was told no problem you can leave it here until someone picks it up. If I need work done Im coming here.

Phil has been helping me with my tire needs for years and even though I no longer live in Everett, I make the effort to see them to make sure my tires are balanced and in good shape.

Extremely poor experience as first time customer. They took over an hour just to inspect my brakes and Im pretty sure they messed up my car while they were in there. They decided to do an inspection on my car, which was just them seeing if my lights work and pulling up the recommended maintenance from the manufacturer. And then based on their inspection they told me that I needed like 4 really important things done to my car and tried to scare me into doing the repairs through them immediately. They over-quoted me on everything they wanted to do to my car and tried to tell me the parts that they recommend would cost $XXXX and when I found them (the same exact parts and brand the guy recommended) online for less than I was quoted for the part the guy tried to say that he wouldnt trust those parts in his car and basically told me HIS parts are better and HIS way is the only right way to do it. Lots of scare tactics and then once I left both of my headlights mysteriously went out at the same time.Update because I called the Everett Hyundai dealer and they quoted me almost half the price that the guy at Point S did and told me I should never pay anywhere near the price Point S quoted me. Apparently Point S thinks theyre better than a dealership.

The guys at the tire factory are as knowledgeable as they are friendly. I left there feeling like I could really trust these guys... a very good thing when it comes to auto maintenance and repair.

The BEST place to go for tires is Point S. There is no way I could get 3 brand new tires at such a low price anywhere else. The store is very clean. The waiting room was nice and full of free coffee. The best part was viewing the Silvertips zambonini shown by the team that built it and knowing this team has been assisting Everett for years. I will always return to Point S.

Went to Marc the owner of the shop, I was in need of some good tires for my move to Spokane. He recommended Nokian WR G3 tires. Perfect timing as well had them installed the day before about 4-5 in of snow so I got to test them out on the way to work. Ive never felt so comfortable driving in the snow! Point S in Everett has had the same owner and employees for as long as I have been going there (20 years). Always treated with respect. They have a variety of tire brands and do mechanical work too. I would highly recommend taking your car or truck there.

Was working on a budget to fix my car and the guy didnt seem interested in helping me get my car fixed in a timely manner. It wasnt an expensive car. So I went to Les Schwab

I brought my RV in for alignment, and they noticed a problem with the springs and shocks. Im so glad I followed their recommendations - the RV now drives so much better, especially over bumpy parking lots and bad roads and driveways.

I have never shopped here but everytime I have ever had a question they have always been willing to help.

STOP GOING TO THIS SHOP FOR SERVICE!!!First of all, I took my 2013 nissan pathfinder for a oil change, I paid close to $100 for oil change whereby i always do my oil changes at nissan Everett. They said they change my oil but never reset the settings, I still get the oil change warning.I have returned to give them more business. I brought my BMW 3 series for tire check due to low air pressure. Day one, I was told by (Paul) that they reset my tire pressure because they cannot find the lug nuts to remove the tire and check why its low pressure. I locate the lug nut myself for them to check my tires.After checking i was told the i needed a new tire and i would also need a tire rotation. Its going to cost over $350. I was having second thoughts to take it to somewhere else, but i decided that since they spend their time i will give them the service.After several hours waiting for my car to be done, (Marc/Mark) Came and told me that i have some bad new to tell you. We align your rear tires but not able to do the front tires. They broke down one of my bolt in the tie rod ends. Mark told me he will look for the parts and let me know when i can bring the car in for them to fix it.We agreed to bring the car in on a monday, as i arrive for my appointment, Paul told me the parts are here, parts and labor will be around $500.00.COULD YOU IMAGING THEY BROKE DOWN A PART ON MY CAR AND WANTS TO CAST THE BLAME ON MY CAR, SAYING MY BOLTS ARE FROZEN, THEN WHY DO YOU HAVE TO FORCE TAKING THE BOLT OUT.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE TO POINT S, THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET YOUR MONEY EVEN IF IT MEANS DAMAGING YOUR CAR.

I had a flat and needed a new tire ASAP. Every place in my area either wanted to do a substitute brand (at a ridiculous price) or a special order that took 3-5 days to arrive.Everett Tire Factory was the only place that not only had the 2nd lowest price in my area, but also was able to special order my exact tire and have it ready THE NEXT DAY. They called me around Noon and told me my tire arrived. I swung by and it done in less than 25 mins.Fast, friendly, accurate, - Just Amazing.

Inflated price tag and very boorish communication with customers. For the work they asked for 230 dollars, I did it in walmart for 25. Especially disappointed Marc Thompson probably he wanted to take advantage of our situation and make more money

Fabulous customer service. Marc and his team helped me out in a pinch. I was working with another shop trying to get my jeep lifted which was financed through the dealership. The shop I previously worked with tried to rip me off and when I approached Marc with the problem, he bent over backwards to get me what I wanted for a fair price. Love my new jeep!! (Point S Tire installed a 4.5 skyjacker lift, 37 grappler tires, 17 XD wheels, a rough country front bumper w/lights and winch on my new Wrangler JL).

I purchased a full set of tires at Everett Tire Factory, I was told that any problem in the future they would fix it for free. Time passed, I had a problem with a sensor on my tire. I Returned to the store, the representative was very neglect about my problem and wanted to charge me about $128 to fix the problem. I left the store and went to another place to have it fixed. I found the Discount Tire and guess what? they fixed it for free.

Phil is the most knowledgeable auto shop managers around. He knows tires, wheels, shocks, alignment and how to present the solutions to a customer.

My boyfriend changed my struts out for me manually. I brought my car into point S tire to get my car aligned. I told them that the struts were put in by my boyfriend. After looking at my car they told me that they could not perform the alligment because there was a problem with my how my struts were installed. They stated they found movement and noises. They also went as far to tell me this is why you have a shop change your shocks and went on about examples about how people mess up their car when they do it themselves. I thought it was very rude and i honestly started freaking out because I thought my car was messed up. I left and got a shock inspection for free some place else and turns out that there was just one bolt that had to be tighted using a numatic gun. This bolt cannot be tighted by hand. It was free to tighen the bolt. What I am most angry about is if I were to have point s tire do work on my car to fix my shocks I would have paid a lot of money. I already paid them $45 just to look at my car. There was nothing wrong with my shocks and they honestly ruined my whole weekend making my car seem it had more issues than it had.

Got an oil change quick friendly service will use again.

Marc and his crew did a fantastic job...I needed all season tires instead of the summer Pirellis that came with my 2015 Mustang. After looking at many options, Marc suggested Nokians WR G3 tire considering the type of daily driving that I do. I needed a good all season set up...talk about timing - I woke up this morning to 4 of snow in front of my house and my car drove through it like butter! Got New tires in jan2016 went for tire rotation yesterday and the sales guy told me I need New tires because the front tires are worn out to the bottom, he told me warranty wont cover because I didnt bring it for rotation, which I never received notice nor explained to me during the purchase. Bad customer service and unfriendly.
