Definitely eh.I called ahead to get a quote for a drivers door lock and ignition switch replacement for a work van and was told they had the parts on hand, could complete the job in a day or two and were actually doing the same job for another customer at the time I called, so I chose to go with them.After leaving my van with them for three days without hearing anything from them, I called Jeremy at the front desk and was told that they had the parts but were waiting for their locksmith to key the cores alike before they installed them. On one hand that’s great because I’ll have one key that works for all, but on the other..if I knew that 3 days into the job they didn’t touch it, I would have taken the van to another shop that could’ve done it sooner.I eventually got my van back 8 days after I originally dropped it off, with a $637 total for the work done. I had a couple clients that I had to postpone work for, but all in all, the product works and I’m satisfied.

Ive used several different shops and would recommend this shop the most. They were professional, courteous, and communicative. I interacted mostly with the owner, Jeremy. He was always really clear and did an excellent job communicating by phone all along the way on how the projects were going, what they found, and the updated timeline for when it would be finished.

Auto Truck Service is the best shop around. They performed a complete engine rebuild and installation on my 2008 diesel sprinter van and I couldnt be happier with how the van runs. The rates are very fair and working with them is a breeze.

This is the best place in Everett to get any level of auto repair done. They do their engine machining and rebuild in house. Great group of guys. Love this place

Team at ATS has worked on ALL my vehicles since 2008. Jeremy, Kerry and their team are the only people I trust with our cars, trucks or boats. Previous reviews have mentioned lack of communication, which isnt totally accurate. Every time I have dropped of something for them to work on Jeremy has always told me that shop gets busy and to call and check on progress periodically. Never have I felt a lack of communication on their part. They have done machine work and maintenance as well as repairs on pretty much anything with the motor that I own. And as long as they are around I plan to keep it that way!

Awesome guys to deal with took my sons ATV cylinder in there and he took care of me right away super happy highly recommend. Jeremy really took care of me if you have any motor parts that need to be taken care of I would definitely take it here

Couldnt get my truck to start so had it towed to ATS 6 months and 630$ later i find out i had low compression in a cylinder towed it back to my house just to find out they had left the engine stripped and a pile of broken parts for me to fix. I will never reccomend them to anyone I am completely disgusted with their lack of professionalism

They couldnt figure out what was up with my rig, but they didnt charge me for diag because of it. These guys are fair and do good work!

This shop is very good. The owner is present on most days and can clearly explain what his crew is repairing. Rates are consistent with the competition, actually a bit lower.We have 6 trucks in our fleet and have never had to get the same repair twice on the same truck. I cannot say that about the last shop we were using.

Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had. I wish I could find a way to contact the owner.So I had a 2011 f150 which I needed the turbo studs removed from, brought it in to the shop and they pulled them in 5.5ish hours and got my new downpipes in as well. Phenomenal job. They called me the next day and told me they saw a leaking tube underneath and went ahead and ordered a new one (without my prior approval).I hesitantly told them to go ahead and fix it since they already ordered it to which they responded not a problem, itll be done early tomorrow morning, easy fix.I get a call the next day at 3:00pm and they tell me theyre having a hard time with it and its already taken over 5 hours and theyre still not done. I get upset and my wife flips. They tell me theres another hose that needs replaced as well to which I say to replace assuming it wont take too long.The original bill for what I signed off on (the turbos) was $630. My shop bill was over $2400. Nowhere do they have in writing my consent to have done that extent of work. Massive misrepresentation of cost (which is illegal) and also deviating more than 10% from the original cost without approval (also illegal). When they were asked how much the job would cost they said we dont do estimates which is also illegal.My wife got into a fight with them over the bill and Jeremy admitted that they had ordered the parts and were going to do the work without approval, that they took the go ahead without first asking. They also admitted that the pipe wasnt actually leaking, only if held at a certain angle.Heres my problem. If a shop is doing your brake pads, then theyre like hey we can change your oil too. They cant call a day later and be like we struggled with your oil, you owe us another $1500 for labor.Oh and lastly, they told my wife they hope she never sleeps well at night again. And how can she live with herself knowing that the shop guys worked for hours and arent getting paid for it.Theres a mechanic guide to how long a job should take, its not on my end if it takes someone far longer than its supposed to. In the end my wife stood her ground (I was at work). I was ready to offer them the original $630 plus parts plus what the tubes should have taken. They ended up just charging for the original job plus parts. Still a ridiculous situation though

I’ve taken several of my vehicles to ATS over the past 4 years and have always been dealt with fairly. Vehicles have been fixed properly and on time every time. 20+ years with the same ownership and always busy says everything you need to know about the quality of work. I do almost everything myself, but when I can’t for whatever reason I choose ATS!

These guys were awesome, they were able and willing to work me in on a very last minute request. I needed my flywheel resurfaced and my usual go to place machinist had gone home sick so I was in a real crunch, these guys made it happen without hesitation! Will definitely use and recommend again!Thank you for the great service.

Brought in my moms car for some work beyond maintenance. My mother is on a tight budget and is not in a position to rebuild the car. The guy at the counter was helpful and fixed what needed for it to be safe. He also let us know what would likely need to be worked on in the near future. The car sounds good again and I feel good about the whole transaction.

It has been a pleasure to take both of my personal vehicles to ATS. Eddy always goes out of his way to get the job done fast, accurate and his customer service is off the charts. 3rd party contracted out my truck to be fixed and didnt do a good job!!

This has been my go to shop for years. Owners Kerry and Jeremy make a great team. Jeremy is the front man on the phone and dealing with the customers. He is very knowledgeable on most everything from a simple fix to high performance race engines. With a No BS accepted attitude, he can seem a bit terse, but remember he has to deal with boneheads who question processes they no nothing about. Kerry is the Good Cop very patient and friendly and is also the shop foreman. Kerry also posses a life time of experience and usually willing to share his knowledge. Shop rates are below average to day so doing the job right the first time is a money saver in the long run -

My husband and I take all of our vehicles to ATS . Their honesty and integrity in their work and prices are unbeatable! Customer service is impeccable ! A few years back we thought we could get a better price on replacing our muffler by going to a muffler shop only to find out ATS was less expensive! This year my husband had 2back surgeries and wasnt working for several months prior and after ...our truck needed major work we couldnt afford in one lump sum so the owners did the repairs anyway and let us make payments ! Who knows another shop that would extend that courtesy!!!! We are and always will be loyal customers because ATS really knows how to treat their customers!

I have a super duty Ford F350 truck that needed some work on the turbos and they worked beautifully with my warranty and got my turbos rebuilt. I have since then takin my truck to the Ford dealership and let me tell you these guys are 10 Times more knowledgeable and experienced then the technicians from the Ford dealership. I will be returning for sure!

Great guys, trust worthy

Horrible customer service. Went in and explained clearly to Jeremy what I wanted done to my motor. Said he would check everything and can do everything to the motor as needed. Was told I needed a main line, valve grind, and deck cut. When I asked him why his statement was why do you question everything I tell you?. Then he stated thats what we do to every motor and tried to say I was cutting corners on an engine rebuild. If someone is about to spend $1000 with you for machine work and you cant tell the customer that something is out of specification to warrant the work to be done then that is bad business practice. I reccomend you take your cars and machine work else where.

Its only a 3 and being a mechanic my self I can see things that could have been better or could have did a little extra to help and didnt get it because it was not ordered and of course anyone would want to charge for any little extras...so 3/5 they did what was asked but didnt go the extra mile to make it super perfect or fix little things that I had to do later (left new scratches on car was dirty when I got it back had to reseal an EGR tube repaint brake calipers... (engine rebuild and front end). things you coulda done at home like clean everything as you go when things get a little beat up just doesnt happen... and at 100 bucks an hr in labor well I dont think any ones going to pay that anyway.... So I absolutely hate other people working on my cars... something always gets missed or over looked ... But if you dont have a choice, like weather not cooperating or do not have the right tools for the job or really just need some help and want it done. Then this is definitely the place to take it. They are very knowledgeable and know what their doing. They are a pretty place and lots of people go there. Also a great machine shop. I would take my cars here again if I ever needed too again.
