Moe was very helpful in trying to get our transmission fixed. He gave me all the possible loan companies I could use to get the work done. Unfortunately, I could not qualify for the full price of replacing our transmission, so I had to decline. However Mo was a great help and was very patient in discussing with me and my son all the options we could use, so I am very grateful that he took a lot of time with us to satisfy us, even though we could not get the job done. I have a 2008 Mustang GT/CS with over 550 hp, and 500 ft.lbs. of torque. The car needed a new 6-speed Tremec t6060, a new clutch, a new flywheel, and an aftermarket reverse lock-out module. These guys did it all, and they did it right! I recommend them to anyone who wants good service from people who really care about the job they do, and the customers they serve!

Jonathan was awesome!!! AMCO did a free inspection of my vehicle. Jonathan went through the estimate and explained everything in detail to me. He explained things in a way that I could understand them. I was very thankful that I went there. I even explained that I was worried about the safety of my car cause I had a little one I drive around. Jonathan said that I can come back anytime to have my car checked over if I ever need it. Just to make sure my car is in tip top shape! This was very comforting to me. I highly recommend this business and the staff.

Me and my husband could not be more grateful for these folks. We took our car in for them to do some work, we ended up finding out the fixes were going to cost more than we were able to pay, and they decided to not charge us for the time they had already put into the vehicle. Labor isn’t cheap for shops like this one, so this was a pretty serious kindness.We definitely didn’t deserve that, but it’s pretty amazing to find a mechanic that actually has your back. This place is an anomaly in the best way. So glad we came to them! They clearly valued us more than they did making a profit. Would not recommend this shop. Misdiagnosed and read the transmission codes wrong on my vehicle and repaired/replaced the wrong part. Took the car to a different shop that from properly reading the codes replaced the correct transmission harness solving the car issues. Money down the drain replacing the wrong parts.

They repaired my daughters car very fast and kept in touch with us every step of the way.

I stopped by today to see how much they charge to air tires!The friendly face Jon in the front quickly had one of the techs pull me to the back and aired up all my tires without hesitation. Jon and his crew were amazing the level of care and work put into my car was astounding. Jon was very diligent in helping me get the best cost and repair plan for my car, he was patient and answered all my questions. The work done to replace my transmission was done in a timely manner and I was contacted with updates regularly. Before going to AAMCO I was told that my transmission was extremely hard too find and would be very expensive, further it would have to come from a scrap yard. Jon found one in prime condition in minutes and had it shipped overnight, even with a supper low price. This is by far the most trustworthy shop I have been to and highly recommend their work! Going to make this my go to for any work done to my car.

Starting with Jon at the front desk to all the techs, service is also thorough and professional. They work with the customer and afford every convenience they possibly can. The only ding is after this recent service visit there was grease or dirt on my driver side seat cover which was upsetting; would prefer if they used the paper coverings for both seat and floor mat so as to not track in grease or garage debris into the vehicle. Had to rebuild the transmission on my car and fix the computer system. These guys were great helping me with my car issues. The Simple things to running a business! Booked a appointment for transmission service two weeks ago. Showed up 20 min early and they misplaced my appointment. And then didn’t even attempt to make it right. Left and went to Ed’s and they’re beyond incredible and awesome prices! I would’ve been paying $500 more at AAMCO Everett for the same exact service! Took my car into this shop to get my brakes inspected and replaced. They didnt try to force me into buying unnecessary things for my vehicle that I did not need. They recommended only what was needed and gave me a few different options. Definitely felt like I could trust this place, and they performed a free vehicle check for me! The manager Josh was very easy to work with and very upfront about everything. He didnt hide any repairs on me or try to sneak my into anything that wasnt needed. And he got my authorization before any work was performed.

Let me start of by saying I never leave reviews but after the positive experience I felt I had to share it which is saying a lot from me.I had called around to multiple shops this week to see if there was availabilities but a lot were booked not being able to just inspect my vehicle as I always been on top of my vehicles needs until I contacted Aamco of Everett.I was a little hesitate to have my vehicle brought to a new shop(Just Relocated)to have service done but Jon was warm welcoming over the phone when I then made an appointment and during check in as well being courteous.He had my vehicle inspected and was able to confirm I did indeed need my vehicles oil serviced.I was pleased to hear this was the only service his team and he recommended at this time to perform at a fair price as well! The whole system of aamco is based on the owners of the franchises as well as the corporate owner mandating and forcing their management into using their phone track which is designed to basically get your car in there and do everything they can to get every single penny they can for it regardless of how minor or major the problem is. pretty much all of the real managers in the automotive world know not to work for AAMCO transmissions because if you dont rip them off like they want you to they dont pay you right. They will actually look for excuses not to pay the manager on job where they dont feel they didnt enough money. So when you see a manager at AMCO in general they are there because theres no other job openings anywhere else. But the minute there is they leave. Amco goes through managers like your average automotive shop goes through minimum wage employees who just dont fit the bill.

Had issues with car. brought it to aamco and turned out to be transmission going out. had them replace it and no more issues with vehicle power back better than ever. service was fast and professional. highly recommend

The team here is super responsive and is very straightforward with their recommendations. My daughter had transmission issues and didn’t know where to take her vehicle. She doesn’t live with me anymore and is a student on a tight budget. So, as a father I was worried about her situation. We started to call around to find a reputable shop to take her vehicle to and I’m glad we found this shop. The repair was way below what we expected to spend. We actually didn’t need a transmission replacement but only a repair. Thanks for being honest and turning the repair around in quick fashion.

First time I have used AAMCO, and I cannot believe the amount of servitude this team has!Ive been having issues with my Dodge Dart for about 3 years, primarily due to the lack of skills in the dealerships, but this group of men were able to fix what took others several months to figure out, in a couple of visits.The current manager, John, saved me $100 from the second diagnostics (had to fix a prior problem not belonging to them before continuing the diagnostics). Not only that, he saved me cost to labor for a part installed, since the vehicle was already open, when he could have charged me regardless. Just to add, he scheduled a rental car for me and was ready soon after I arrived to drop my vehicle off. He made every effort to update me on the progress of my Dart. Communication is imperative when building trust!Another shout out to the Electrical Specialist Aaron who was the continual technician on my vehicle, who not only diagnosed the problem accurately and expertly corrected the issues, he was kind enough to pick me up and a car seat, taking me from home to AAMCO, instead of having a 3rd Uber to pay for.I do not believe I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Mike, but I hope you know how outstanding of a crew you have, and the type of service they displayed reminded me of the comradery I had with the USN. Your men showed a selfless attitude, and willingness to help as if they knew me.
