So I got quotes around Everett and these guys were all over fair pricing for my sports car. ONB wanted 2800 to fix the clutch, Subaru wanted 1600 these guys came in at 1500 super fair prices. Car needed a lot more work than just that and the prices came in so close to Subaru we did it all with Zsports. Even after I move I will be taking trips back there for service. No bull 🐂

$4,200 went down the drain. Brought my car in to get fixed due to turning the car on and it vibrates really bad. They found out what happened they “fixed” it. 3 days after we picked up same problem came back & a different problem pop up. We took it back and it says it the transmission? I’m just sad we lost ALOT of money here. How come they didn’t catch it when we brought the car in? they even said they did a test and found the problem. Obviously they did a bad job. Very sad.

Just called in to ask for an opinion on a used truck I was looking at buying. Guy who answered the phone was friendly, professional and helpful. Gave some good advice and didnt push a sale. 10/10 would highly recommend based on customer service alone.

Z Sport is fantastic. Ive had 4 different vehicles serviced here and Ive never been anything less than satisfied. While maybe not the cheapest outfit in town, their prices ARE reasonable and the work is thorough and complete the first time. Excellent communication as well, which I appreciate. Theyll also make recommendations without being pushy.

Sheesh, where do I start? I had an appointment to have my R33 skyline worked on the first week of March. My car literally sat in the shop for 2 months before they even started working on it. Instead of going through and making sure they have every part they needed to complete the job they would just work on it a little at a time and then say they needed to order parts. This happened on multiple occasions and every time I went in to check on the progress I NEVER saw anyone actually working on it. Their lackadaisical approach to getting the work done is extremely frustrating. I have owned the car for a year and so far they have had it in their shop for almost 6 months out of that year. I was told on many occasions that it would be done by the end of the, then is was next week...then next week. Every time I called I got the runaround on why it was not done and an excuse of having to order more parts. Because of this place I lost my sponsorships. One included a sponsorship from Alpine with 5k worth of stereo equipment and I also lost 1000.00 deposit on my paint appointment from the constant delay...the car is still not done. I have never been more frustrated and angry in my life! DO NOT take your car here.

Brought my R32 skyline in for coolant hose replacement and was asked to leave car at the shop. Following day I get a call that my side mirror got damaged. Concerning my coolant hose repair, the hose was replaced but some of the parts and internal connections did not get put back to its proper mount. They ordered a side mirror to replace but it was in a different color so I asked them to paint it. The paint job was runny, very unprofessional for a specialist they said had 20 years of paint experience.

Excellent, quick work and good mechanics. This is the shop I trust and use.

I had talked to Travis at Z Sport several times about my 350Z and finally brought my car in for an intensive one hour inspection. I gave them a list of items Id like looked at as part of the inspection that were of concern to me. I was told the inspection was $140 which was fine. I didnt want them to repair anything... Just give me a list of what needed to be done in priority. After going over the list a little Travis then told me the inspection would now be $600!! They hadnt even looked at the car! Can you spell bait and switch??? Wont be going back there! Good luck to those of you who do!!!

I will be bringing my 2006 350z that just got new exhaust headers cat back and is running dam lean. Not good, so I will need your expertise on this one. Before I do i should put my turbo in first no sense making two trips. Lol peace Z brother

I called on a holiday, fully expecting a call back the next day. Within 10 minutes, Travis called me back. His first concern was whether or not I was stuck on the road somewhere and needed immediate assistance. Once I told him everything was fine, we got to the bones of what my car was doing. He got me in the next day, gave me a service loaner so I wouldnt miss work, and my car is much happier now. He went over the diagnosis with me and I approved or rejected every item. I never felt pushed into doing work I can easily do myself, even though that work definitely needs to be done. There was no pressure. I left feeling like I was more important than the money I spent having my car repaired.

I recommend this shop to everyone. Travis helped me through the mechanical issues on my car that no other shop took the time to do. My BMW 335xi was leaking a bit of coolant and my local dealership wanted quite a bit of money to replace the electric water pump, which was determined to be the issue. The repair cost was so high that I felt the need to shop around.I emailed Z Sport and received a call back the following day. After describing my issue, a detailed estimate of repair costs was emailed to me within minutes with a much more reasonable amount. I made arrangements to drop off my car the next morning.Upon dropping off my car, I was very surprised to learn from Mark that, (unless something unexpected happened), I could pick up my car that afternoon. The repair was quickly completed and the repair cost was exactly as quoted. I did in fact pick up my car the same day.Naturally, this might not be the case every time, and we did have the advantage of knowing the problem ahead of time. But I didnt have to wait for parts to be ordered and had basically no downtime without my car. I couldnt have asked for better customer service and professionalism.

I recently took my car in for a very tricky check engine light. The staff is very experienced and the owner is very motivated to get things right, and make sure you are happy. I know I saved quite a bit of money versus the dealer and got things fixed right. Gary even helped me to meet me so I could pick up the car when I was available, even when the shop was closed.Alex is great with updates and is good at looking out for his customers. I am glad I found a shop that does good work and stands by their warranty. My car was overheating and would not pass emissions.Thankfully now it is running great and passed emissions with flying colors. Thanks for all your hard work at Z Sport. Like my friend who recommended them to me, they will take good care of you.

Honest and upfront, Mark looks to give you the best value when you need repairs, which is awesome. He looks out for you, if things are taking too long he makes sure to call and update you. If you dont care about your car, just take it any old place, like Walmart or pepboys, or anywhere else they pay minimum wage minimum effort employees to do the minimum, and not really care about your car either. If you actually like your car, and want to take care of it, bring it here. Ive actually met the owner in here on 2 separate occasions. This is not the cheapest place in town, but its also not some faceless corporate money making scam either. The people that work here care about the work they do. That makes all the difference in the world when it comes to the quality of the work done.

I have been going to Z Sport for 20 years. The service and professionalism I have received has always been amazing. I have referred many people over the years because I have always been treated fairly and with respect. Gary and the rest of the staff have always helped not only to figure out what is wrong with my vehicles but prioritize what needs to be done now and what can wait. I appreciate that kind of honesty and compassion. Since I am not a subject expert when it comes to vehicles I need to know I can trust the people I go to and with Z Sport I do.

This people are a menace, smug in attitude and overbearing in opinion. I think and organization such as Toastmasters, centering on interpersonal communication skills would do wonders for them. Their products are if much higher quality than their interpretation of representation.

They have great customer service, and take care of me fast whenever I bring my car in. They do an excellent job of keeping in touch and giving updates in the process too. Paid $900 to fix my 1984 rx-7, drove it for about 15 minutes it dies and wont start back up. Even though they told me my car was a happy car and ran fine. So I take a look under the hood and the air filter is black as night, take it off car runs fine. To this day I still cant figure out why their rotary expert didnt start with the basics and if I actually paid them to do ANYTHING at all.

This company does not care about communicating with customers. Do not believe them when they say they can fix anything. Ive been taking my 1993 RX-7 R1 (FD3S) to them since 2007, and also my 2003 Ranger, my 2010 CTS-V, and my old 2001 BMW 540i to them, over the years. Ive always been treated very well, and theyre one of the only shops in the area that can work on a tuned/modified RX7 (or is even willing to, they take special care). I dont know what these people in the reviews are complaining about with regards to the staff, or Gary.. Ive always been treated well by everyone there, Gary included, and always recommend my friends take their cars here as well. On the rare occasions when things havent gone 100% right, this shop has gone out of their way to make it right, which I appreciate.

I brought my car in for an oil change thats it. They kept my car on the lift for 2 hours. Finally they came out and said I needed to fix my car or the wheels would fall off. The said procedure would cost 800. I knew this was bs. Its been 4 months and nothing. Also I got a second opinion and they said there was nothing wrong. Dont get taken by these crooks.

I was stunned at how clean they got my car. Im embarrassed to say my car hasnt been really clean in about 5 years. So many pine needles it looked like I hauled my Christmas trees on the inside. Enough sand to fill a sand box. So many old frenchfries it smelled like the inside of a McDonalds. ( Just kidding McDonalds). The dog hair, well lets not talk about the dog hair. The expert detailer got everything spotless. I can tell he takes great pride in his work. It looks brand new.The folks at Z Sport are all very nice, professional and accommating. Their communication is excellent. The prices very competitive. Ill take my vehicles there for detailing, maintenance, and repairs.

I drive 2 older Z cars: 1984, 1990, highly modified street legal racing car. 3 times in the shop so far, once for the 84, twice for the 90, and always excellent work. I had H & H auto repair start on my electric locks they messed it up so bad I had to bring it to Z Sports. I havent been happier. My car was in and out of the shop in the same day. H&H took 4 weeks to do a crappy job with auto zone parts. Avoid H&H in Lynnwood washington. Then my window motor died and my window was down for less than a day. When I emailed Dan he had my part that day and said to bring it in on Saturday. He had my car done before I was off work. And two of his staff brought my car up to my job. When Z sports did my locks Gary the owner came and picked me up from work. You will never find a better team anywhere. Z sports takes care of their clients and it keeps bringing me back. Dan will never put new people on your car. Once you bring your car in you will always have the same Tech because that Tech knows your car. They do not put crap parts in your car and your car will love you for that. Dan and Gary also back their warranties and will bring your car in and work on it with no charge to their customer.

First experience with Z Sport this week was excellent. We will definitely come back.

Dropped almost 8k at this place had to go back multiple times for the same problem over a corse of three years. Last time, they broke something and said they could not do any thing about it even though it effects my idle. Turns out the part new is 800 buck. Good job guys............

The Owner Gary Watts is dishonest and rude. When pinned down and asked if he owns Zsport Euro Gary told me “no they have nothing to do with me”. This is Not true according to a phone call made to Zsport Euro, Gary owns or has interest in both locations.I told Gary about a fake business named Ricks Automotive that pictured his Zsport storefront on smiths Ave. Ricks website was linked to Yelp reviews. He denied dealings with or knowing Anything about Ricks but somehow the Ricks website disappeared that very day! How does someone appear to have deleted a website as if it never existed ?I quizzed Gary about his link to Ricks And Zsport Euro he flat out lied to me. All the bad Yelp reviews intended for the Zsport on Smiths Ave and “Were” linked to Ricks are now gone..... years of reviews appeared to somehow be missing for Ricks as if it never existed (which it didn’t )Gary called me fuming mad and demanded I remove a review from Zsport Euro that i mistakenly posted for them but intend for his Smith Ave. garage. Proving that he did own the Zsport Euro and he did not want their reputation tarnished by bad reviews for the Smith Ave. garage he primarily works out of.

I have spent so much money and brought many cars to this shop as well as the Z Sport Euro location. Recently Z Sport hired new employees to handle phone calls and transactions. Their customer service has really gone down hill. When they say that they will call back immediately or even by close of business, they need to follow through. It is poor business practice and customer service to tell a long-time customer that they will do something and not do it. They need to understand that some people, like myself, work night shifts and are sacrificing sleep just to wait for a phone call to either pick up their car, get an update on the status, or order parts in time so that the car doesnt stay in the shop longer than it already has. Mark at Z Sport Euro does a great job with communication so I will probably continue to give him my business for my European cars. This location needs to learn from Mark and take notes on customer service.

Very rude. Even if you have thousands of dollars to spend there they will not treat you with ANY respect. I went in there a couple of times, got some injectors there and came back with some questions about my car 1 time and the owner told the sales guy to not answer any of my questions. Why? Go to z specialties in clearview. Much nicer group of guys. Screw these jerks. Hope they go out of business.
