Alex and team are the best, they allow walk-ins on the weekend which is perfect for our schedule and they were both complete professionals. They diagnosed the problem right away, worked fast and got me back on the road in no time. Our catalytic converter was stolen and apparently it was quite the hack job. Everett Auto replaced it super quickly and efficiently! Its never fun to have car troubles, but Ahmed and and the people here relieved a lot of our stress. They were straightforward, helpful, and very friendly. Really appreciate the service and the speed at which they worked, and would 100% recommend them.

First and only experience with these guys was excellent. I needed a pre-purchase inspection on a used F-150 ASAP and these were one of very few places willing to accommodate and get me in quickly. They took extra time to walk me through important considerations before buying this particular truck and gave me solid tips on buying used cars in general. Super knowledgeable and friendly.

Took my car to these guys not knowing what to expect but I’m glad I did! They quoted me over $300 less then the cheapest of 5 different places I went! Went there, they explained everything to me and had my car fixed in literally one day! Great service and very down to earth people! One of the few mechanics I can actually trust with my car! Fantastic. Im driving a Ford Transit campervan across the country, and noticed I had a damaged rear rotor. Everett Auto squeezed me in their schedule, immediately diagnosed the problem, made the repairs, and had me back on the road in 2 hours. All on a Saturday afternoon. Fair pricing and extremely friendly service. They showed me the damage - very transparent. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this place they got me right in the next morning to replace my water pump and cheaper then all the other places I called . So what ever you might need done give Andy and Alex a try to get it done for you .

I had a problem with my car that I got checked out by a different shop and they quoted me 900, I took it here and Ahmed and his technicians took a look and diagnosed my car in front of me and it literally quoted me 175 to fix everything I needed. Their shop is amazing and it saved me a pretty penny! I recommend this shop! Best shop in downtown!

Wanted to give this place a try—talked with someone who scheduled me for an appt at 9:30am, showed up and no one was there, locked doors an everything. Waited until 10:15 and still not a single person in sight. Pretty disappointed—ended up leaving and going down the road to someone else. Would love to give it a second shot but looks like they need to button some things up.

Went in to get a simple fix. Part was 43$ and labor 115$...paid 411$ and nothing was fixed I took it in for.. but hey I guess a fuel cap ring and spark plugs cost 411$.....WILL NEVER BRING ANY OF MY CARS THERE. SCAMS!!! ESPECIALLY THE GUY THAT LIVES UPSTAIRS...SCAMMER FOR SURE. RECIEPT SHOWS I PAID FOR PARTS/LABOR I NEVER RECIEVED

They fixed the bottom cover of my engine perfectly for a good price.

Under new ownership and the mechanic was awesome changed my starter for way less than other shops. Front desk is very professional and courteous. I enjoyed getting my Buick classic fixed and would recommend this shop to anyone who likes good work at reasonable prices.

This place is the worst place I’ve ever been to. I brought my 2001 Honda Civic in for a routine oil change and not only was it way over priced and took less than 20 min, the mechanic completely stripped my oil pan and instead of telling me What happen or that there was a problem, he just glued the bolt Back in to plug Up my oil and sent me on my way. My car was running very rough and was making a strange sound. I brought it into Buckys right up the rd to find out what they had done. And when I confronted SS about this they wanted to tow my car from Buckys with a bronco and a tow rope instead of paying a tow truck to take it to their shop. Not only would I not let them ghetto tow my car I would not let them fix it for me at their cost. I couldn’t imagine the problems that could happen by even letting them fix their mistake. Please don’t take your vehicle to this auto repair shop, if going into have them do a simple oil change almost blows up my engine, who knows what could happen to you and your car. Take it 2 blocks up the road to Buckys they are amazing and did everything to help me with this situation, amazing work and the most awesome customer service. Ss was an absolute joke that wasn’t funny at all puttimg my children And I in danger driving around With a bolt glued into my oil pan . The dishonesty to just act like it didn’t even happen is what blows my mind. Tell your friends to stay away from this place. And now I’m without a car while it’s being fix by somewhere else, super inconvenient not to mention Someone could have been seriously hurt

Ok so I brought my car into this place and they took 3 weeks to fix it. Not only that I had to bring it back 3 times because they never fixed it the first time and they try to charge me a outrageous amount. If you want your car fixed right and have GOOD customer service this isnt the place!! DO NOT GO HERE EVER! PLEASE TRUST ME! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

This shop is incredible. The customer service and just at home family feel you get from the second you walk through the door is impecable. The lead tech and manager Robert is honest and efficient as all get out. He wants to make sure the customer leaves confident that when they return not only is the price thats qouted concrete, the repair is finished and done efficiently and on time. Its been the first shop Ive visited and done business with that i can honestly say I was impressed and content through our whole transaction.
