Reliable great used car dealership. Dani and Luis really help take care of you and go above and beyond. While I was there we saw many repeat customers coming to trade in their vehicles and buy a newer one. The prices were as advertised and there was no funny games like we encountered at other dealerships.

So these guys sold a buddy of mine a mini van. I went with him to pick it up and when we got to his home, were looking at it and one of the sliding doors would open half way and then close back up automatically. Couple of days later the door completely opened and did not close what so over. I drove it to them on behalf of my friend. (Three mile drive with the door OPEN!) they called him the next day saying they couldnt fix it and would only fix by leaving the door manual. What the hell is that!? They have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. But dont want to fix it. Dont buy from here. Dont waste your time dont waste your money.

Just got a 2007 Infiniti G35X from them As a wholesale deal & it has about 160k for miles so it’s not a car that they usually sell but I needed a really cheap car. They helped me get it inspected & made me feel like a regular customer even though my car is sold as it is & has no Warranty. I truly feel like they didn’t have to. So I’m very thankful for their help. When I’m ready to buy a newer car this Place will be my 1st & last stop.

Competent, clear, honest & straightforward, and extremely pleasant and reassuring to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend them, and I had to check out a LOT of different dealerships. This one is totally slime-free. I would send my grandmother here, because I know theyd take care of her, treat her right, and make sure she got the right car in perfect shape for a good price.Update, once the wounds healed: That didnt go well. They tried to make it right, short of actually giving any money back. The engine exploded, the warranty didnt cover the obvious problem and refused to cover anything further if the mechanic cracked the engine without a work order, and it wound up being a TOTAL waste of money, time, emotional investment, and mileage driving back and forth trying to get the wrong thing fixed.I learned a lot about used car shops. Bought my current car from my mechanic, whos demonstrated his integrity over years.

Friendly enough staff. My 18 year old son bought a 2010 BMW for $10+. He sold it back, around 10 months later, & got $4+. He spent a lot of money decking out his first car. He was told something was wrong with either the steering wheel or steering shaft. I wasnt sure exactly what the problem was & my son thought everything was fine.

I had to go back to the everett auto gallery for a couple of minor issues, the guys there were super nice and helpful. they took care of all my concerns and needs. Brian the manager i dealt with in the past is no longer there. and the company fully apologized for the way things were handled on the day i bought the car. I would recommend this place now as these guys took my concerns seriously and addressed the situation properly. Sam the manager and Luis the salesman both treated me with great respect.

This is a very bad place to buy a car as soon u tell them something is wrong with the car they denied don’t answer your calls or call back . This is so absurd they didn’t fix my car brakes and charged me for a car I just bought 3 month ago and the other day they fix I got into accident because of them bad customer service and bad service totally disappointing
