Awhile back I bought new tires and had other work done. These guys were great and honest. I have referred others to this shop.

I dont normally write reviews but I felt inspired. Love the owner of this business. He’s a competent guy that really knows his way with cars. He’s got a skill at diagnosing and pinpointing the problem with your vehicle. While also being upfront with the customer and showing them respect with their finances. His quality of work and attention to his customers really speaks for itself. Unlike so many mechanics that feel like they are taking advantage of your time and money, I would travel across the state to follow this guy for all my cars needs. By far my best experience with and independent shop ever. Ahsan (sp?) is the owner and he is very hands on with everything and honest about everything. I could tell he knew what he was talking about and he actually does research on the things he uses. He walked me around my car and let me take a look under while it was on the lift and showed me everything. I’ve always done most of the work on my cars because trust worthy mechanics are hard to find but he is one and I’ll be bringing my cars to him going forward. I had such a great experience, i wanted to give him a tip but he adamantly declined and told me he didn’t do anything to deserve it (he did for me). Amazing experience and will definitely be back. I highly recommend him!

Engine light was flashing so we knew we needed to be seen quickly. These guys were able to fix our car within the day without an appointment and they gave us great prices and friendly service!

Ahsan is very friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the service at Prestige!! He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, showing us exactly both what was needed, and what was not needed. He also gave lots of pointers and tips on extending the lifespan of our car and its various components. All this, even though were from out of town! Amazing service. Radiator broke on a Friday afternoon on way to Anacortes Ferry. Problem was diagnosed, parts ordered, delivered, and in and we were in our way in under 2 hours. Flat out amazing.

I took my 2015 VW Jetta in for brake service. I dealt with Sean(Shawn) and basically had the best experience ive ever had dealing with a shop. Nicest guy you will find in the business. Helpful and explained all the issues in detail He got me though a lame situation after getting railroaded by twice VW. The final bill also came back under the quote as well. 100% trust with this place, customer for life now.

I live close by and awhile back I thought I would take a chance and bring my 2000 windstar van in for a tune-up . Brought the van in and met the owner Ahsan who was very personable. I got great service, a very fair price and they were friendly and fast. I brought it in again today because the front drive axle was clunking and needed to be replaced. Even though Ahsans mechanics were working on other cars he took the time to put the van up on the rack and inspect it. The parts werent available till the next morning and as soon as they came in the van was up on the rack. The van had lots of miles on it and had some leaks so I also asked if they would generally inspect the van for any other issues. There were a couple of leaky seals but nothing that needed immediate attention. The van was done by noon, labor was under $100 and again I was very pleased. Im very satisfied with the work, the time it took and the friendly atmosphere. I will go back anytime I need any work on my vehicle and work recommend them to anyone........09/13/19 Im writing a new recommendation, Prestige Auto might look like a little hole in the wall place at first sight. Once you get inside and talk to Ahsan(Shawn) and see how together the shop is youll get a good feeling. Im disabled and had done all my own work at home, including building my own drag cars. I still do the work on it when able but mt two daily drivers always go to Shawn. He has an excellent staff and hes honest to a fault. Always fair prices and if theres anything else that comes up he will personally call you before doing anything extra. Hes no longer just my mechanic, Hes my friend! I think youll feel the same!

Worst ever. A father and son operation out of Pakistan. I asked to have my transmission oil level checked they said ok. Later I asked about it and was told its fine. I asked how full it was and the son began looking for dipstic, I said its a manual there is no dipstic, so he said that they could not check it. I was then charged $5 more than agreed upon. The father is a cheat
