Very disrespectful!! As I was waiting for him (owner) to finish up I needed to take a call. The dude kept yelling across to stay in a certain area. He was definitely hiding something. I’ve never seen a more secretive mechanic in my life. Secret Agent “Ferry Man” over here!!

Rude - first word that comes to my mind. Wouldnt let me touch my OWN car. Did NOT let me wait on the premises and again, rudely asked me to go somewhere else. (He allowed a lady to wait for her car right in front of me). Total Ripp off - $65 for battery problem. When I asked what was the problem with my car, he dismissed the conversation with battery problem and just kept asking for $65. Worst experience ever. First and last visit to this place. You guys need to learn about politeness, customer service, and many more things.

I always get quick service when I go either for oil change or inspection sticker.

Terrible service. The guy picking up the phone keep hanging up and he’s Sooo rude. Don’t go there, he’s the most unprofessional and disrespectful person. They have a # for a gas station on google when I called the guy said he’s the mechanic and he called me crazy for keep calling this number, he said to stop calling. I asked why they don’t have a different # for the gas station since I need to reach them. He said it’s not my business.

Rude guy took more than 1 hour to do the state inspection because he was busy talking on the phone very unprofessional scratched my car even the windshield when he took of the old sticker and I never had seen a mechanic who works with his sunglasses on all the time the worst place I ever have been
