Would give 5 stars because overall weve had good service on all our purchases of several Hyundai vehicles over the years and mostly great service with visits for oil changes, etc. Im deducting 1 star after last service call. Hubby had the Palisade in for an oil change. We were told all filters were good. I doubt the cabin air filter actually got looked at. Its black and full of bugs. Lost sale - were getting one on Amazon!

Had them fix my recall and they did regular check of the car and within 2 days, car started making huge noises when driving.Took it to shop near my home and they said that they forgot to bolt the protection mat under the car and it kept hitting and rubbing on the road which was really dangerous.For the amount that they charge, this is really poor service.

I was having some electronic trouble (key fob not working, locks not working etc.) Took my Sonata in and Eric and Sean were both very helpful. They diagnosed and fixed the issues. I was exceptionally pleased when there was no charge for the fix!! And on top of that, when I got into the car to leave, I noticed the car had been vacuumed. Usually I dread dealerships but not this one now. Thanks to all for your help.

I bought my new Hyundai from this business 13 years ago and it has always received scheduled maintenance here. The Hyundai has been rock solid. The service reps are professional and only sale me what I need. The price I have paid for service work (timing belt, belts, valve cover gasket, transmission flush, radiator flush, oil changes, etc) is competitive with independent shops. The license plate frame discount is sweet. If and when I wear out my current Hyundai, I will probably go back here and buy another one.
