Good experience. Salesmen and manager were both very nice and straight forward. We couldn’t come to a deal and I left with no hard feelings. Went back the following day with my family. They offered all my children water and gave them coloring books while we discussed the vehicle. They offered to let me drive it again and anything I needed/wanted to do to make sure it was the truck for me. I knew I was going to lose some money on my trade in but at the end of it they worked with me and I was satisfied with my purchase and the whole experience. I would recommend Lux.

The staff out here is great. They will help you in any way they can. With that being said they can only do as much as the boss will let them do as far as a price on a vehicle. The rating speaks for itself. The rating doesnt reflect the nice cars they have it reflects the prices for those nice cars! If you want to drive through and look at some good vehicles this is a place to go just be ready to spend more money than I believe you should have to.

Its really not the review for the office Evansville, its the review of the closed store in Henderson, my truck I bought had issues from the beginning, the most noticeable is the cracked tail light, still not replace, after call after call run around, so they lifted it and didnt even sync the speedometer, for real or sensors, This truck has less than 70,000 miles and Im still dealing with sensors. To this day, I just found out that because of all this, its costing me another $5,000 because they didnt take the time to do it right the first time.

*BUYER BEWARE* Buddy of mine regretfully purchased a ZR1 from Lux Motors for 60k. The motor locked up 2 hours post purchasing the vehicle, due to a bolt from the supercharger making it’s way into the combustion chamber from previous work done under the supervision of Lux Motors before the sale! The owner of Lux Motors has nothing to say except, “you gambled buying the car and you want me to pay for your mistake of buying the car” and continues to push off the situation and push blame on the buyer and anyone else involved! is that what you’d call customer service, especially at a foreign/exotic dealership? This is the kind of business we are supposed to trust our hard earned money with? Selling vehicles that they know nothing about, misleading buyers with the promises of in-depth inspections, that is very clearly a blatant lie? This is the nightmare of every buyer in the market for a vehicle! A dealership that just wants to make a buck with no professionalism even by the very owner, that will NOT take care of its paying customers once you walk out of that door. Buyer beware. Do not waste your time. Customer service is non-existent here! You’d be better off shopping on Craigslist or EBay! What a joke!
