Have bought all my Toyota vehicles from here and all from the same salesperson. Jim has always been great. Had an issues with a recall job performed the Camry and took it back. Was told there was nothing wrong. The next day the check engine light came on and half the safety assist features disabled themselves. Took it back again but went straight to the service manager. Mark took it right in and completely reworked the recall service while I waited. Would give 5 stars except for the time I told them there was a problem and I dont feel like they throughly investigated. Thankfully the service manager made it right in the end.

Dealer Roger was very kind....offered drinks and said we would have new brakes and our steering wheel switches fixed on our vehicle......his words were easy fixes.....needless to say they wiped the rust dust off the brakes and didnt fix the switch. This person said wait 30 days and we will use your extended warranty which I found out today doesnt cover those issues. Furious isnt even the word to describe my demeanor right now!!

Well organized and helpful staff
Talked me OUT of even discussing buying a vehicle or trading mine in. The salesman had no clue who I was or what I did but when I started asking questions about a newer model and discussing what I wanted, he physically started walking me back to my car and told me I shouldnt even look at a newer one - that I was perfectly fine with mine and to have a nice day.

The Lexus service team exceeds my expectations for our RX330. We had a bad buying experience with another Kenny Kent location years ago and was hesitant to bring the suv here, but so glad that I did. We have ordered parts and that department has been great to work with as well. Recently we did a new car test drive with Lexus and the sales rep was really easy going and gave us a lot of good information, sadly he has left the company.

I will never buy from them again! Less than a week after purchasing a car for my son from their neighborhood store, the Service Engine Soon light came on. I asked them to check it out and was told by the salesman, Carlos, that I bought it as-is and they would not even look at it. This was confirmed by their manager, John Ford. They refused to look at it! Even Autozone would tell me why the light was coming on, but they couldnt. BUYER BEWARE!!!
