Made the 2 1/2 hour trip from Indianapolis to check out a pre-owned vehicle and was not disappointed. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Rodney Filbert, who at the time, was also assisting to another customer. Rodney made the entire process as simple as possible. In and out within 3 hours from start to finish. They are short staffed however, but Rodney definitely came in clutch. Romain, you have a great employee in Rodney. Props to Romain and Rodney for the excellent experience.

Drove 2 and half hours to look at a used 2021 white Ram 1500. I was told the truck was like new well that didnt add up the front bumper on the truck had spider web cracking on the bumper, the interior has tons of scratches for a 2021 the rear of the vehicle had been repainted for some reason even though the auto check showed clean. I would say it was bought wrecked and the dealership did below par paint job. Im not a body specialist but I could tell something was not right with the paint. Didnt even waist any further time inspecting the truck after finding those few things wrong.

This is the best purchase experience of my life. Quinten Southwood made it so easy. No pressure whatsoever. We had researched a vehicle in advance. When we got to the lot and saw it in person it was missing a feature we were seeking.Quinten then went to the database and found one something that they had just gotten in the day before (sales reps knowing everything on the lot is huge). Im really annoyed as Im typing this. My husband is in need of a vehicle because sharing one has become burdensome due to our work schedules. Weve been looking for months now. Were about 45 minutes from Evansville which makes it a bit difficult for us to hop over there at the drop of a hat. I found a newly listed used vehicle on Romains website that we were very interested in. We were waiting for it to pass inspection, get cleaned up and have pictures posted. We were ready to pay with cash if it turned out to be in good shape! Then after several email updates about the vehicle, we were notified someone bought it unseen. Ugh. All this emailing back and forth and waiting was for nothing. It was probably someone the dealership knew since the vehicle has low mirage for its age and a good price. I guess next time Ill be more proactive since money talks and you cant trust salesmen. People suck. Lesson learned.
I should have known immediately when the car I went to go look at couldnt be found. It took them 45 minutes to figure out that the used car I wanted to look at had been used as a loaner. Unfortunately, it was the car I had my heart set on. I spent 6+ hours there buying this car. It seemed like it took forever. Then, after purchasing and asking them to take care of the licensing and title, I still didnt get any documents 6 weeks later. I called and they couldnt even find my account folder! I ended up having to do it myself. As part of the purchase, I strongly suggested I wanted back seat covers and a cargo tray. I was told theyd do their very best to get me one included with my price. Surprise, no one ever followed up with me, and after calling repeatedly was told it wasnt going to happen. And to top it off, they say that they do multi-point inspections on all their used cars. Mind you, I purchased a 2017 car with 40,000 miles in 2020. It passed their inspection with flying colors. 1 month later I needed a new battery. 6 months and only 3,000 miles later I now need new brakes. The staff here are friendly enough, but they are no different than any other car dealership that will do anything to get a car off their lot.
Each individual that I dealt with in purchasing my vehicle was well informed, answered my questions, dealt with me in a professional and caring way. I was pleased with the whole experience. Will do this again in the future!

Pros: Super friendly and professional service.Con: If you are going for service, make sure you plan your day accordingly. I recommend that you have a friend pick you up and drop off. Although they do a thorough job, they definitely take their time. It’s an error on my end for not being careful.I was told by the Service Advisor it would be about two hours. It took 4.5 hours for a key FOB reprogramming. They ended up not charging me in the end, so that’s why I gave them a 3 of 5 stars.

I drove from fort Campbell, KY to look at a Chevy Silverado they had at the subaru dealership, the sales person, Dann Lagratta was patient and very helpful with trading in my jeep for the truck. He went through every piece of information thoroughly and made sure I understood every bit of it. At the end of the day he even helped me get back to base by getting me a full tank of gas. This dealership and Dann provided me with phenomenal service and I will be going back to them for my next vehicle whenever that may be.

Our car needed emergency repairs and had no idea how we would get our car out to them for service. We called Dallas Towing and they graciously took our car in. Not only did Romain work us in their busy schedule but they provided a brand new 2020 loaner car for us to use. Honestly I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Tyler Emmett and Romain Subaru were both very easy to deal with in our recent trade at their store. All of the old gamesmanship from years past is missing at Romain. It is a straightforward transaction with good, trustworthy people.Also, if you should buy a Subaru from them, their service department is equally good.
Romain is a great option if youre looking to purchase a new to you vehicle. Their sales people arent overly pushy and genuinely seem to care about helping you get the car that is right for you. However, their servicing leaves much to be desired. The service staff are great, no doubt, but the time for repairs and maintenance are very slow. On two separate occasions, Ive been scheduled for a simple oil change - and both times, it was nearly a two-hour wait. Though the work completed is good, be prepared to clear a good portion of your day to allow for labor time.
Went in for oil change and truck wash. The automatic wash was down for repairs. They hand washed my truck no charge. Thank you Romain...

Leased 2013 Enclave. Our Salesman, Tom, was/is, a great honest, helpful person to deal with. Couldnt ask for anyone better. Office Manager easy to deal with. Wanted a trailer hitch put on and was allowed a certain amount. While going over the paperwork there were a few items that needed to be addressed. They were resolved with no additional cost to us. We love our new vehicle and will recommend Romain to our friends. Definitely will be back to the dealership.
Questioned myself on the two hour drive from Clarksville, TN but once I arrived I was impressed with the professionalism and attitude of the entire staff. The Subaru I purchased was as advertised with no surprises. Mr. Corey Hopkins was knowledgeable and energetic, Mr. Enrique Lopez made the purchase experience stress free. My only regret is being to far away to get my car wash on Saturdays.

Don kept us informed of the delivery status, and did an excellent job of showing my wife all the features of the vehicle. He also did a great job informing us ahead of time of all available incentives, and required paper work prior to our visit to pick up the vehicle. My 2002 Pontiac Firebird needed an oil change and had an issue with the passenger side headlight motor. I found the staff to be very courteous and I was very comfortable while waiting inside. The headlight issue was resolved the next day -- they had to order it and I was happy they could get it so quickly! Also, while waiting while the car was being serviced, I decided to see what you had in stock to replace my 2002 Jeep Liberty. I really love driving that Liberty but it has 182,000 miles on it. The sales staff was also very courteous and actually listened to me rather than doing a one-style-fits-all sales approach! Not only were they courteous,I was very comfortable in their place of business -- felt free to walk around and look at the vehicles on the showroom floor and wasnt immediately interrupted.I have bought a number of cars over the years, beginning in 1967 -- and I would say that I have never felt so relaxed and able to think and make a good decision as I felt at Romain. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Also, as an aside -- I found the vehicle I had truly wanted but didnt think I would find since I wanted a used silver Jeep Liberty (again) with low mileage. Amazingly -- you had a 2011 silver Jeep Liberty Renegade on the lot with only 16,254 miles on it!!! I am driving it today!!!! It is great -- I am truly a happy buyer!

The selection is great. Had a horrible experience with the pre owned sales guy IRA. He was very pushy. I orginally asked for a sales guy that I had dealt with in the past but he insisted he was the one that had to help me. I told him I would think about it and at 7am had already received multiple text messages and calls. Upon returning because the sales guy I usually deal with was there and appointment made. I was not allow to re test drive the truck and take to a mechanic before making a decision. He insisted it was sold. The following day I had received a phone call about the truck and telling me it was still available. This whole situation has cause me not to return and take my business elsewhere
Needed to take care of recalls on our Pontiac. Had to use bright lights to drive at night. I called other dealership to get in and never could get them always busy signal. Spilled coffee in my Forresters driver seat. Called to see if I should bring car in and have them look at it because l didnt want it to stain my cloth seat. They said to bring in right away and they would get it cleaned up. Very prompt service, had spill cleaned up within a couple of hours. Very fast taking me back to work and then picking me up from work to go back and get my car. Was pleasantly surprised to see they had also given my car a much needed care wash! First rate service!

I didnt have an appointment for service, but had a check engine symbol come on while returning from Indianapolis. We were leaving the next day for Notre Dame and I asked if we could have car checked out. They not only looked at it, but resolved our problem!! I went there to test drive a car I was extremely interested in. I showed up, car looked great. After having the car on accessory for ~10 minutes to check the radio, cigarette outlets, windows, mirrors, etc., I tried to start it. The car did not start and had to be jumped. The salesman stated he would get this in the shop first thing tomorrow morning. I asked if they check the battery or alternator or anything electrical when the vehicle comes in - he said they do not. The next day, he called and said everything was OK with the battery and the car was starting fine. I asked him what the shop said about the electrical system. He said he did not take it in to the shop because it started a few times that day and diagnostic work would cost us more money and you said you were going to take it to your mechanic anyway. I guess testing the battery and alternator is too much trouble when trying to sell a $12,000 vehicle. My brother bought a truck there three years ago and had a dead battery the day after he purchased his vehicle. Testing the battery is a quick test and the fact that they werent willing to do this even after a vehicle fails to start for a test drive shows how little they care about the vehicles they sell.EDIT: car was a 2008 Honda CRV for those potentially looking at the same vehicle.

I have had my Acadia Denali there for service under warranty twice, and everyone has been extremely nice and courteous to me. The work was done promptly, and the receptionist/scheduler keep me updated on the progress of the repair. I will definitely take my vehicle back there in the future if I need service.

I love the car/SUV very much. I also love the color. I would only take a RED and this Ruby red is awesome! I wanted a smaller SUV and this just fits the bill. I love Buicks and so I stayed with the line. My lucerene was the very best car ever and I really miss it.

Ive purchased 3 used vehicles from Romain (2 current, 1 previous) and love dealing with them. Service team is great. Service has been great. Ive even had a repair fail at 13 months on a 12 month warranty, and they discounted the repair... they go above and beyond for us! Love the late hours for picking up cars after service... regularly open until 8pm. Love the free Saturday car washes (with a free snack while we wait). Prior owner of my truck put some custom features on it so Romain has to wash it by hand each time, but they honor their free-Saturday-carwash committment without a complaint. Much. Love.

I did take the car for service (had to leave it there) and left a voice message 2 hours ago to Jacob at the service department wanting to know when my car will be ready. Nobody is returning my call to let me know when the car will be ready.......

Nick was great! It was an easy deal considering how long and stressful car shopping can be.Edit: Dont buy anything from these crooks. We bought a GMC Acadia from Romain in November 2018. In July of 2019, the transmission basically exploded, causing $5000 worth of damage to the $11,000 vehicle. It only has 56,000 miles on it. I asked why it was so cheap when I bought it, and Nick said it was because theyre volume dealers. After the incident, I learned that this is a very common failure on these vehicles, and Romain probably knew about it. Now I have a worthless vehicle that I cant afford to fix because of their dishonesty. Take your business elsewhere.
