Arrive 10 minutes before appointment time for an oil change. Did not leave the dealership til 11:30, as I sat in the waiting area I watched 5 people come in after my appointment time and exit before I did. Totally ridiculous. Even though the staff of the service center was very nice, you guys need to get it together. No oil change and rotation should ever take 2 1/2 hours. Appointments are made for a reason. Very irritated by the time I left .

Purchased a 2021 Chevy Silverado with Warranties from the Dealership 6 months ago, went to trade-in for a Ford at another dealership as they gave me more than I paid for it. Went back to cancel my warranty. I paid 4,200 for the warranty and gap when I went back to cancel it the refund was $3,023, the finance manager didnt do what I asked and still sent the forms in, instead of holding off on it and allowing me to cancel it with MPP. This was a MAJOR SCAM and I will never do business with them ever again. STAY AWAY FROM KENNY KENT CHEVY

They are awesome, me being a young woman that really doesn’t know a lot about cars usually we go in somewhere take our car to get looked at because somethings wrong with it then they come out with 50 other things that’s “wrong” with it . These guys i can say have never done that to me, has always been super helpful and actually explained to me what is wrong with my car & how it’s going to be fixed, and not over charging me because “I wouldn’t know”. I can say from my point of view as a 23 year old young woman if I have a problem with my car or even want a new car they will not try to get off on me and they will always be super helpful ! I also would like to give a huge thank you personally to Brian in the service department he’s always willing to answer my silly questions about what I think my car sounds like or what I think is wrong with it and he’s super helpful about trying to inform me the best he can on what is wrong with my vehicle ! I always ask to speak with him & I never have any trouble ! They will always have my business !
At first I was truly dissatisfied. I brought our 2018 Malibu that we bought there and had it serviced with a coupon in hand. It said oil change and rotate the tires. They never rotated the tires. Richard in the service department had me to bring it back in and they rotated them along with removing tree sap at no cost and a gift card. I appreciated his honesty. I’ll continue to bring it back but I will be watching what they do!! The five stars are for what he did for me afterwards.

The service department was very busy when we got there but I had a friend getting his car worked on and they bent over backwards to make sure everything was good.
We were really pleased with the service of the salesman Reggie Topps. He was very good in explaining things and wasnt what I call pushy at all. We are very glad to have him explain everything and answer all are questions. He helped a lot since Im not very computer wise.

They took care of me so much! I was just over the amount on miles for my last free oil change and they made sure I didnt get charged. I was so grateful for that. Also, it only took about 30-40 minutes. That was so nice so I could get it done on my lunchbreak. Then the shuttle service was so nice to be able to go back to my house and you guys pick me back up and the driver was so friendly. Not enough nice things to say!

My son and I both purchased vehicles at the same time. The salesperson was very nice but since then we have had multiple issues when taking our cars in for servicing. They cant seem to even be able to handle a simple oil change(even with an appointment, it took almost 2 hrs). We would suggest not using their service area under any circumstance.

We were put in a waiting room while our car had its computer updated. We requested a shuttle to a nearby eating establishment and no one ever showed up. 3 hours later, we were phoned that the car was ready. Pathetically uncaring about a lengthy wait for a simple computer update. Never going back there.
We came in looking for a specific vehicle. The team knew a lot about current inventory and what was going to be available. They were communicative with us and very patient.
This was the third time I had brought this car over. 1st time it worked OK for several months. 2nd time it would not act up; so nothing was done. This time I was told that there was a Service Bulletin out for the fix and parts were installed. And all seems to be working OK. Thanks

I made an appointment because my car was making a noise. I arrive 10 minutes before my appointment and I still had to wait 1.5 hours before my car was taken back to even get looked at. I made an appointment so it could get checked out soon after I arrived. I am a college student and missed class due to it not being finished in time. Not impressed with the service.
Just recently had my first scheduled service after purchasing my 2017 Silverado earlier this year. Very pleased with the service and communication! I wasn’t upset about the warranty. I was upset about the fact the salesperson lied to me. When I looked in the trunk, I saw where the battery was, but since I hadn’t seen this new technology. I had bought my Montero Sport 21 years ago. I asked about that small door, Mr R.Simms told me that, type of battery is good for life. This is just a taste of the issues with him. There was the owner manual and several other things he didn’t know about the many different functions of the vehicle’s.
By far the worst place to get service done on your car. An oil change with an appointment should not take 5 hours while your wife sits there waiting. We had to take our car in for a/c warranty work and they had our car for 30 days. On day 27 we went down there and the car was filthy inside and out.
I accidentally came an hour early for my appointment and they got me in anyway.I had some questions about streaming to my radio and the service writer helped me with that.Wonderful experience.

I drove from Nashville to southern Indiana to buy my truck from Kenny Kent. Spent a month of contacting dealerships w/ dishonest prices who didn’t seem to want to deal with me after I laid down my terms, several of which told me they had the truck I wanted then suddenly didn’t but had a more expensive one. I told the folks at Kenny Kent the truck I wanted and what I wanted to pay, and when an almost flawless 2-year old Colorado that was exactly what I wanted came in, they emailed me and I got a solid deal.So if you’re in the market for a Chevy and are tired of dealing with the dealership runaround, I recommend contacting Kenny Kent. In my experience it was well-worth the drive.

Had a HORRIBLE experience with the Kenny Kent Chevrolet Sales team, who were supposed to be helping us locate and purchase a 2021 Suburban. Received a call (a day before) from the internet sales person to set up an appointment to look at 2 Suburbans that were on property. I was told: I will be there, so just ask for me when you arrive and I will come out and meet you. Earlier on the day of the appointment, I received a call from the internet sales manager to confirm that we were still coming in for our appointment, which I confirmed. My wife and I made it a priority to make sure that we showed up on time (we live 45 minutes away) and asked for our internet salesperson, who was then going to direct us to an actual floor salesperson. Upon our arrival and asking for the internet salesperson, we were told that they had left early for the day AND that the two Suburbans had been sold the day before, so they were not available for us to test drive. Too bad for Kenny Kent, because we had a check in-hand ready to write for the purchase of a Suburban. But I guess that sales must really be good for them since they dont seem to care or honor integrity to the customer. I can only imagine what Kenny Kent would think if I could tell him about the lousy experience of his team. I DEFINITELY wont be back!

Mixed review here because for the most part, I had a fantastic experience with Kenny Kent when purchasing my truck. Roberto was incredible in helping me find the perfect truck and was very patient and informative. I would highly highly highly recommend working with him on your next purchase and will definitely be recommending him to clients of mine, friends and family. Excellent job Roberto, thank you so much for making this as smooth as possible and being patient.However... things went south in the financing office. Kristoffer Griffin assisted us with finalizing our purchase. My fiancé and I both felt like he was rude to us and treated us poorly when we didn’t want to purchase the extended warranty on my truck. Then said “I can promise you I won’t be using a coupon to give you a lower interest rate without the extended warranty.” We also got screwed by being forced to pay for “VIN etching” in the windows which is completely unnecessary and a waste of $200. I’ve seen this scam from numerous dealerships and I know for a fact that it is not mandatory as Kristoffer suggested. Overall our experience with Kenny Kent was great with Roberto and I would purchase another vehicle from him. I would, however opt out of working with Kristoffer Griffin unless you prefer being treated like dirt when you don’t do exactly as he says. Also been trying to get ahold of Chris Byrley (the general manager) for the past two weeks and he hasn’t given me a call back. Pretty shady company Kenny Kent Chevrolet is. Despite our good experience with Roberto, I won’t ever be back. I wouldn’t even trust them to service my vehicle. This place is full of liars just like all the other Chevy dealers in town. If you want good service I would recommend just going out of town

Mary ordered a new tire for my truck and got me in and out quick and back on the road.
This place is the biggest RIP off. Suppose to have warranty work done and they charged us almost 800 dollars. They covered it up as an alignment problem and charged us almost 500-600 for 2 tires when they actually put on 2 parts which truck was still under warranty and didnt put the parts installed on the bill.
Greeted promptly, service was quick, waiting atea and restrooms were very clean and I was able to keep social distance from everyone. All employees wore masks.Thank youMark
I was contacted the previous week to verify my appointment and the services needed. I was told everything was good to go. Then I was called two hours before my scheduled maintenance, which I had to take a day off of work for, and informed that there werent actually any available appointments and they would need me to reschedule. I was leaving town the following day and needed the service before my road trip. They managed to squeeze me in at 11. We live an hour away so that completely ruined our plans for the rest of the day. When we got there I was told their touch up guy wasnt available any day but Friday. They offered to sell me a bottle of paint to do my own repairs. Repairs that are covered under warranty... so I still have paint missing from the rear bumper. The paint rubs off insanely easily. My vehicle was serviced and I left. So it was an insanley disappointing day, didnt get the appointment I was scheduled for or the maintenance needed. Had to cancel the fun day we had planned around getting service done at the time scheduled.

Quick repairs while you wait or get dropped off. I had full car inspection and chose the repairs I wanted done and asked for service not being part of the inspection. I trust his advice and the workers I never saw made me trust them and this company also. Now I have found my mechanics.
6 weeks to solve a problem. On the drive home a sensor that was questioned by myself, stopped working. Returning today at 3 pm for the next song and dance with the service writer.
