Real good dealership in small town. They were a big help twice on my old Tahoe before buying a new one.Oil change today - in & out about 25 minutes without all the upselling the oil change places always do.

This is the most dishonest dealership, I have ever seen. They advertised this car at $64,419 and when we were going through the financing they switched the price to $66,419. Bait and Switch all of which I have screenshots for. Not to mention, I put a deposit in of $1000 two weeks ago, I waited patiently for this car to come in. I gave them all my information. They ran my credit, gave me numbers, called to congratulate me that I was approved, but when I dared question them on the difference in the advertised price, they said oh its just a mistake. I asked will you at least throw in floor mats and I will pay sticker price, which I have all of the texts to prove. They have someone call me to refund my money. I said no I have waited two weeks I want this car. Then they tell me it is sold and being picked up that night. My husband and I still came for our appointment that was scheduled at 10:15 am on Saturday to pick up our car. We drove over an hour to get there. Sure enough, the car was still on the lot, yet they said we will not sell you that car, you can buy any other car but not that one. What kind of place takes your deposit and then sells the car out from under you, and tries to dismiss you, without letting you talk to the manager, owner or anyone. I am furious and they still have my $1000. Not to mention on their website right now this car is advertised as $70,385. Run from this dealership, do not fall for their false advertising, do not give them a deposit thinking they will hold something for you, even if you plead with them they are heartless crooks, with no sense of decency or honesty.

Great experience today with mechanics at Autofarm. Traveling alone across country, I had to stop in town to take care of repairs. They dropped me at my hotel, picked me up and gave me a great price on repairs that were completed that morning. Thanks so mucj

Had a simple request for service to replace mirror, no word, had to call back second day-no one knew anything.

Excellent service! Matt in service was great. Our vehicle was towed in on July 4th. When they opened on Tuesday they diagnosed a bad o-ring causing a problem with the mass air sensor. Speedy repair, fair price for only what was needed to repair the o-ring and Matt went above and beyond to give us a ride from the hotel to the dealership when the truck was ready.

Matt service rep look at my problem and had it fixed and back on the road in a timely matter. I was traveling through and had an issue he got me in and fixed the problem quickly.

These guys did not want my money either. Dam a nice friday afternoon. They tried hard to keep my money in town.

We had a flat tire at 5:00 on a Friday night and were told by all the tire shops in town that it was too late in the evening for them to help us. My drivers floor mat ended up missing! My ABS light is still on, my stabilization track isn’t not working, my service tire monitor light is on, service brake soon light is on, service traction control light is on, and the traction control will not turn on.When I brought my truck in I stated I wanted my truck gone through really well. Also they noted on the inspection a motor mount bolt was broken and I do not see anywhere on my receipt that they replaced it. This is very unacceptable service in my eyes from a Certified mechanic!

Brought my Enclave in for a no crank, I let Jeff know when I dropped it off at the beginning of June that I thought the issue could be Fuse or Fuse box related and also asked twice if they checked the boxes. The response was the tech is checking everything over a month later the tech found out that the box was shorted out. Around 600 dollars is labor when the fuse boxes should be on of the first things checked. I was very unhappy especially due to the fact that I expressed that I felt the fuse boxes should be checked and I was right, due to this negative experience I have filled a complaint directly with GM Chevy customer care department. As an update the Dealership Owner did apologize and said his service manager would reach out to me.

This is strictly for the service department side of things as Ive no experience with sales here. Been using this service shop for several years now for routine maintenance on my vehicles. Service is always good and techs that Ive dealt with are great and bring good knowledge back to the customer. Shop prices are comparible to any dealership in my opinion. They have sales all the time for various services as well. As long as they stay great Ill continue to bring my vehicles here for service.

Coming back from Vegas to Minnesota our fuel pump gave out going up a mountain. Good Sam found Castle Rock Chev as the closest place to get the work done, and they said the tow truck driver could put the 29 travel trailer in the back if we wanted. After getting there, they borrowed us a wonderful Ram 2500 Mega cab to tow our trailer to a RV park since it was going to be day or so for the parts. I brought the Ram back after getting the trailer set up and they let me use a new Chevy Colorado to use until the work was done. The job wasnt cheap, but the service was superb, Matt and the people there were great.

Great service, great people! My truck broke down on 1500 mile trip, called them and even though they were booked for next 2 weeks and our vechile was not even a Chevrolet they squeezed us in and had us back on the road in 3 hours. Thank you again after rock

Very nice people that work there and they had the right car for the right price. however, when I took the car home I spent over a hour cleaning the car. was not very well prepared for selling and I have no idea if the oil was changed, Disappointed in these 2 things. The car, we like very much. Had to take a 200 mile trip and it got 47 miles to the gallon and the car has many wonderful features. no buyers remorse here.

Purchased a new truck here. Everything went fine. In the deal we had them take the truck to get leather installed, I fueled up the truck for them to take it to Utah for the leather. When it came back it had extra 100 miles than it should have and they didnt top the fuel back off. Later on I have taken the truck in for its last free service, get the truck back to my house, look it over a couple of days later. The truck had scratches that where not there before. Who ever changed the oil didnt wipe the guard, black oil all over my driveway. Will never take my truck there again.

I always go out of town to buy my cars but didnt have time to deal with going good to Utah this time, my mom suggested I ask Nathan to see if he could help me, I went in told him what I wanted and in less than two weeks he had found me the car I wanted and brought it to me. The sales staff was great. Not pushy. Again, honest and great to work with. They knew how tired I was and did not try to take advantage. They let me make my decision without pressure. Castle Rock was AWESOME. I called them a couple days ago and explained my situation with my husband in the hospital in UT and my transmission went out in my Tahoe. Told Rolene what I needed and she got the ball rolling. I went in this morning at about 10am and was driving home in my Chrysler Town & Country Van by 2pm. Did a nice repair job

Away from home and the dreaded death wobble struck. We limped our F350 into Auto Farm service and this team jumped on the issue, fixed and back on the road with in 2 hrs. Alot more in the details of this adventure yet if you have a choice on where to get your vehicle serviced this is the place. They even called the next day to be sure we got home safe and sound!! Who does that? Auto Farm in Evanston does!!!

Most of the people that work here are incredible, very nice, very compassionate. The new GM Dennis however does not fit in with the characteristics of the rest of his team. All management left when he took over and he does not have good communication with his current management team. I didnt feel like my position was going to evolve into something more like the original management team said it would when the opportunity presented itself. I informed my direct supervisor the service manager that I intended to find a new job that did fit what I was looking for, but that I would really like to stay if they could work something out. I heard nothing from them for almost 2 weeks, so when I did accept a new job and told Dennis about it he told me to just leave now and not finish out the week like I planned because he knew nothing about what I had told the service manager. Even after explaining that I did indeed give notice he threw his fit and said to leave anyway.Update: Yes, Dennis did ask me to give him time. In the mean time I was passed over for a total of 4 positions that I could have done with little to no training, all in the mean time the main reason I am being fed is that no one is applying for my spot. Well no one applies because its the worst position but I took it to show I could work hard and am reliable. No, Dennis did not throw a fit verbally. He got up and left his office quickly, saying nothing else and leaving me there alone. So I got up and said my goodbyes to everyone and left.Update: The GM Dennis does not allow his employees to use their tools that are required to be in the castlerock shop on the weekends or during the shops techs free time. It appears he expects his employees to take home thousands of pounds of tools if they need them for anything on their own personal time. I wasnt disgruntled, I was present in the shop wile a friend that still works their came in on their own time and used only their own tools to help on a Sunday. Dennis came in and seen us and didnt verbally throw a fit but called in his service manager to come in on a Sunday just to kick us out. Im not being sarcastic when I say the shop is full of people on the weekends doing their own work or helping friends because the shop is where they are required to keep their 10s of thousands of dollars in tool, but apparently im not allowed. Again I am not disgruntled in the least bit. But I have no problem calling people out when they are not being fair or mature. Ask around. I know very few people have anything positive to say about castlerock ithe last 6 months or so. Coincidence? I also like how 2 weeks ago Dennis Lynch rated castlerock 5 stars then replied to his own review saying Hi, thank you for the wonderful star rating! If there is anything else that we may do for you, please do not hesitate to reach out! Great character right there.
