On our way to California, maintenance required light came on. Time for an oil change. The guys at this location this morning were great. Had us back on the road in 21 minutes. Highly recommend for those from out of town with car issues!

I was passing through from Utah back to Indiana and I received the best service. They were very friendly and professional! They had me in and out within 20 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Brett, Mike and Bobby were my heroes this morning! I am driving a new to me vehicle from Oregon to Michigan and was only in town for the night before the next part of my journey. A dashboard warning light went off and after doing a lot of research (and kind of freaking out!) I determined it was probably related to oil pressure and that my system might be low. I pulled in to their service bay at 835a and explained my theory. They were super quick in determining that indeed, my vehicle was 2qts of oil low AND that the filter had a crack in the rim, probably installed incorrectly at another shop before I bought it. I rolled back out of their shop at 850a, topped up with oil and tires all inflated to the correct pressure. These gentleman were so courteous, professional and reassuring, not to mention speedy! I am so thankful for their amazing service and help in what could have been a really stressful situation! Youre definitely in good hands with them!

This jiffy lube I have used since 2000 and they have always handled this professionally.

Excellency and Professionalism. They exceeded my expectations! They took care of me like never before. From the manager to the trainee, they form the most perfect team. They do more than just taking care of their customers: they love them and make sure their customers always leave happy, satisfied, and well pleased, at least this has been my personal experience. My sister who is a traveling Nurse at the Wyoming State Hospital told me the exact same thing, as far as her personal experience goes: how they deeply care about her and take good care of her each time she goes there. Had my oil changed and found out I should be using full synthetic oil. Very happy that the staff there are knowledgeable.

Did not receive a quote before oil change. A 15 quart oil change (~$80) ended up costing ~$200. I would only recommend this business to some one with extra cash they dont need and are afraid to get their hands dirty.

Ok for changing oil, but so slow and when I asked about tire pressure he said it was fine, I told him the dash said they were low and he said you cant ever trust those things, they didnt check the air filter or vaccum yet it was checked off, used to like this place, doubt Ill go back

This place is amazing! The manager and employees here are kind and professional. Our windshield wiper fluid broke during snowy conditions and with the salt and dirt from the roads we could hardly see. They fixed the problem and replaced the wiper fluid so that it wouldnt freeze in the snow. They worked quickly and had us in and out in less than an hour even though they had other cars they were working on. They really helped us out of a tight spot and we cant thank them enough. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

This place and employees are amazing! When we hear jiffy lube i dont think that many of us have nice things to say about them, especially if you work in the automotive field, but when my family was on vacation driving through Evanston Wyoming and our truck broke down this jiffy lube went above and beyond to help us out allowing us the use of there facility to repair the truck. Thank you seems to pail in comparison to the help that they gave us. I will remember this for when i get back home and i will pay it forward.A special thanks needs to be given to the manager Joe this man is a legend in my book now.
