My sister went in for free on and John offered to clear the check engine light. Well now all the lights r on car will start but won’t stay on. John told her she needs to tow it to dealer he can only get it out of park if he sticks a pen in some place near shift😩 oh and yeah he said he didn’t do it the car did it😂 and he is not paying for the tow. How someone like this can stay in business is beyond me😡

Called them late on a Friday afternoon as I had a tire losing air. They squeezed me into the schedule. Dropped it off, and they had it repaired and ready for pick it up by 10:30 that Saturday morning. Definitely plan on returning to have my new tires installed before winter since Wil Ridge alerted me to the fact that my tires are low on tread and wont do well in the winter.

We’ve been using these guys to keep our cars in tip top shape for the past 5 years. They are honest about the work that needs to be done, even if it means sending me to the dealership for something that might be unable to do. I respect that. They have also helped me out in more than a handful of last minute binds that I’ve been in. John is the best-reliable, responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend them.

When we moved to the area 20+ years ago, my wifes car wouldnt start when she had to pick up the kids at school. John came out and jumped the battery....no charge. Strange experience today. Very much in stark contrast with previous interaction. Initial charge was more than twice (2x) the same service 4-5 months ago. They changed it when I complained, and verified by looking at their own records (after telling me I was crazy), so kudos for that. I will make sure to ask for up front pricing next time, if there is one...

I called to replace a fuel pump ... I spoke with John who was absolutely amazing! Other places gave me the run around then the prices were not so good. Not to mention the part was actually a Toyota part.The price was very affordable. I haven’t had an issue with my car since they installed the new fuel pump. I called to get an oil change. I was running pretty late but he still was very accommodating. And once again the price was much better than any other place! Thank you wilridge auto. This will be my go to mechanic from now on

Good place to go if you want to pay more. I do not question their work or quality but do question their pricing. Will charge you manufacture list on all parts, you pay a full hourly rate, and they will squeeze. Still cheaper than a dealer but not a value compared to other reputable outlets. Please do not trust my recommendation alone but do your homework!

VERY RUDE PERSON WHO ANSWERS PHONE. I’m calling to inquire for my grandpa who is very hard of hearing and soon as I say “hey how are you” the man hangs up. So I’m thinking it could’ve been an accident but no I call back and I’m like “oh I think I just got hung up on” and the man says yes you did and hung up again. It’s some very weird unprofessional people working here and I wouldn’t dare let them touch my grandpas car.

I cant imagine taking my car for service anywhere besides Wil-Ridge. Ive been a customer for close to 8 years now and have experienced tremendous customer service from John and his staff.
