The employees and the owners West End Hardware are extremely helpful and they know exactly where their products are. I just walk in the door ask for something and theyll either get it or point me in the right direction. Im in and out every time ! Prices arent bad either !

Love this place!! Employees are all helpful and very nice. Feel very comfortable and not followed around when asked if I need help. It feels like visiting a friends really big garage of tools ( i cant think of any other way to describe it Lol)

West End is a great local hardware store! Jeff will almost certainly have what you need and can likely get it if not. The staff there are quick to get you what you need and back to your project. I cant recommend them highly enough!

I cant say enough good things about this hardware store. Welcome environment, clean store, competitive prices and best of all a great selection of Milwaukee tools! I was pleasantly surprised with a battery that was included with my tool as well. I wont shop for Milwaukee anywhere else!
