Great inventory, prices and convenient location.

My current hot water tank started leaking, so I was in need of a new tank quickly. I called up Irr Supply and talked with Jamie. He was gracious in answering all my questions and making sure I would buy the right tank for my needs. I drove out to the store, met with Jamie at the service counter. He had the tank I needed already set aside. All I needed to do was give him my form of payment. He helped me load the new tank into my truck and off I went. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive salesman at Irr, ask for Jamie.

I was over charged two times as much as Home Depot or Lowes for 5 small piece of pipe. Wouldnt recommend, this is the second time I feel Ive been over charged there.

We special ordered a sink from your company. We were told initially that it would be delivered within a week. After three plus weeks it finally came in; when the installers for countertops went to measure for it there was a CRACK in it! Rather than reordering we asked for them to take the charge off our credit card. Horrible experience and caution that this is an absolute disgracing way to conduct business.Tim Maloney
