We recently visited this location after we were unable to find the iPhone 11 pro at other local Verizon’s. This location had several in different colors and memory size. Our sales rep Jelanee was very professional and answered all of our questions. He was able to set us up with a new iPhone 11 pro, installed a cover protection on the phone and helped transfer all of the information from our phone to the new phone. During our setup wait our sales rep was very courteous and resourceful. We will be back to this location for future purchases and upgrade. Highly recommend visiting this Verizon.

Verizon is pretty great wave use their services for years academy pretty difficult and not that flexible with things and the staff is really friendly its just their plans sometimes dont work for us ever since we updatedit has been much better and we absolutely love lies and weve used it for many many years its great for family plan can get quite pricey though it has gotten very pricey throughout the years so if youre looking for a low-cost option to buy a phone or a device I would recommend going to another.

Jesse helped me to upgrade my phone to a newer one. She was helpful, courteous, extremely pleasant and mindful of my time. She went the extra mile to make sure that I had everything I needed on my new phone. She also looked over my plan and made suggestions to make my plan better. She did this without being pushy. Ive always had great experiences at this store and interacting with Jesse was one of them.

Gage was a laid back no pressure kinda guy with a sweet disposition. After a long week and a lost phone, we were not looking forward to having to get another phone. In the past it’s been like getting a new car. Gage made it pleasant. He was extremely conscientious and more than willing to do just about anything other than pay our bill, of course... 😂

EDIT: SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS, STILL NO CONTACT BACK. I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is an absolute joke. I came into this store a few weeks ago looking to switch my girlfriend and her mom to my unlimited account . After spending over $2500 on two new phones and bringing Verizon two more customers I have never been so dissatisfied. I was told my new bill was going to go from roughly $100 up to $235 with the new plan and phones then back down to $205 when I set up auto pay. Only to be called multiple times that my phone was never linked to my new account. After multiple trips back to the store trying to get my phone activated I called Verizon support only to be informed that my device payment was never added to my account and my bill was actually going to be $280, while also informing me the store was charging $40 activation fees every time they tried to activate my phone. Over the course of this new plan I now have to lay out an additional $1800 compared to what my monthly bill was going to be. Take your shopping somewhere else and don’t get ripped off like I did

I came in to the store looking to inquire about having insurance on an old broken phone. Andrew was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was was informative about all the different phones, plans, and coverages and helped point out money savings where ever it was available which is very helpful for me as a customer on a budget. He was extremely patient and even stayed passed closing to make sure my phone was activated and had my old information transfered. I came in without a working phone and left with a new one and a new plan that worked for my budget. I am very pleased with the service here and would recommend to anyone looking for help or service.

Verizon wireless has service that has been rapidly going downhill. Talking to a customer service rep is almost impossible! Try calling early or late in the day, and you get the same response, we are experiencing a higher than normal amount of calls... Verizon will do nothing for you except charge an ungodly amount for their services. I will never deal with Verizon again. I might be better off taking some hubcaps off of my neighbors car and hanging them from a tree. No service in my area? Where I work? No answer from there help desk (which is an oxymoron!) Stay away from this company! Oh! And try going into a store for help! The polite condescending people who work there will just be super passive aggressive with any and all questions you ask.

I was disappointed. I came in with a phone, which was on warranty. He said he couldnt help me and gave me a phone number for the warranty plan, and the number he gave me turned out to be incorrect. And there was nobody else there so he wasnt busy with someone else.So I went to another Verizon store and they let me use their phone to call the insurance given by Verizon, and the insurance guy asked to talk to the Verizon store guy, and everything was fixed. If the Easton guy handled it like the Newton, NJ guy did, I would have given him more stars.

Dylan was very helpful. He set up my complete phone, explained to me what the different cards are used for, got my original phone number from att, transferred all my data over, was very patient (very big plus) and I look forward to dealing with Dylan in the future. Gage and Dylan were excellent. Super friendly and went above and beyond to trouble shoot an issue with my phone. They did not give up until they found the solution and my phone was working properly. We spent close to 2 hours there and they never lost their patience and repeatedly apologized for the hold up and confusion while trouble shooting. I thought they could have thrown in the $10 Sim card instead of charging us for it but overall a really great experience. I definitely recommend them, especially Gage and Dylan. Both were friendly and had great customer service skills.

I needed a new phone for my Mother whos 73 and Gage was just amazing with helping us get setup. My mother can be somewhat hard to deal with as shes impatient and hard of hearing, but Gage continuously reassured us that everything was OK and that he was here to make sure my mom knew how to use her phone before we left. He didnt even seem annoyed after she asked him about five times how to send a new text message. He truly delivered service I never expected to receive at a Verizon store.Folks if youve had an off putting visit to a third party location before, wipe all that clean and give these folks at R Wireless a try!
