The manager Jerry truly goes above and beyond to service you! He has to be one of the greatest managers Ive ever dealt with. HE EVEN HELPED ME ON HIS DAY OFF!!

My got a phone wasnt Metros fault phone wasnt very good didnt work well at all.thanks to the great customer service by jerry.we got a better phone plus I got my up grade.jerry was a huge help and should be rewarded for his help and outstanding customer service.We are both very happy with our new phones and service.thank you Jerry!!!

Drove 45mins to store to get A52 phone....Before I left, they said they use progressive or affirm...I get there and they dont use NFC or virtual cards or progressive or affirm.......

Went there yesterday late afternoon (Friday, August 20, 2021) and the door was locked, lights were on inside.

Customer service is good but my phone hasn’t had service for over a month and they tried to help fix the service but nobody could they supposedly fixed it one day and I went to go pay my bill and the next day it had no service again so basically I just paid 50$ for nothing !! in general metro PCs DO NOT RECOMMEND TERRIBLE PHONE SERVICE DEFINITELY TELLING MY WHOLE FAMILY TO SWITCH !

Me and my boyfriend came in looking to do the bogo on iphone 7, but the person they had working today (Donna) was such a sweetheart and helped us with the bogo since my boyfriend already has metro and it wouldnt work for us but told us to come back before his bill is due to get the numbers swapped around, Donna was such a delight to have helping us and i would love to be able to give more than 5 stars just for how her customer service skills were!!

I have been with Metro PCS for about 2 years... Sometimes we have trouble with the service but Their family plan is very affordable and is worth it... The employees are sometimes not soo pleasant and I have had issues with online pay due to their technical problems... Even though it is their issue they still change the fee to pay at the store... They say there is no way around it but that is a load doodoo... If it wasn’t as affordable as it is I would switch to another company...

LaDonna was absolutely amazing, she made me experience the best ever and Ive been with Metro for 6 years. She made sure I left with a smile. As other customers came in she greeted them with a smile and assured they she would take care of them as soon as possible.

I am not one to write a review (ever), but finally had to do it. I have had the best experience ever. I give Will kudos. He was extremely patient and helpful in troubleshooting the issue I had. The staff at this location (DQ & Sugah) give great customer service. I have been to several MetroPCS locations in Pennsylvania and New York and by far this store has surpassed any other store I have been to when it comes to customer service and appreciation.Thanks again for all of your help.

I bought I cord here for a Google phone that didnt fit and was told I can bring it back if it did not work. I had another person the next day who not only refused. To help me out with this issue but told me, the not one but two receipts from my purchase were invalid. I will never use TMobile again or any of their services after this experience.

ZERO STARS! I called yesterday 1/5/17 at 1:30 to try and make a payment. I am aware that they do not accept payment over the phone but I was trying to figure out how much I had to pay so I could do it online. The lady rudely told me that she could not give out that info. I informed her that I was given that info before over the phone. She said well Im telling you Im not going to do it with an attitude. Then I was talking trying to figure out other options of paying the bill and she hung up on me! I then called back and she would not even pick up the phone. Extremely unprofessional!

My phones network decided to stop working on me out of nowhere so I decided to go down the store after I spent 24 hours on 5 separate phone calls with their customer service reps what a waste of time .... Even tho I ended up waiting close to 4 hours to fix the problem but they were very busy ...the customer service in that store I fantastic was very pleased with they way the kept the lines. Moving thank you my local metro pcs for everything I will never switch to any other carrier thanks again sugah and your team fixing my problem 😀😀😀

Went to this location to start a new line with MetroPCS... I was told that I was not going to be able to use my Moto G5 because even though I purchased it myself unlocked from Motorola, T-mobile (old carrier) had somehow locked the phone to the T-Mobile network and I would no longer be able to use my unlocked phone with any other carrier.. I knew this was not true as I have changed carriers many times with unlocked phones and never had a problem. Went to the MetroPCS on Stefko Blvd in Bethlehem and they had a new SIM in my phone and my number ported in under 15 minutes. DO NOT go to the Palmer location.. not worth your time.

METRO CORPORATE - AWFUL.MAXINE AT THIS METRO STORE- AMAZING.A month or so ago I had an issue connecting a device to the hotspot on my phone, but assumed it was the other device not working. A day ago I bought a new laptop, and had the same issue. When I got my iPhone 6s as a part of a promotion with Metro, I bought a $50 plan for unlimited everything plus ten gigs of hotspot data. Now when I called the 800 number for customer service yesterday, the person on the phone tried telling me I never had hotspot which I knew was false. I went down to this location and Maxine, who was the only employee working and also helping two other customers, began assisting me. She brought up my account which showed I should have the 10 gigs of hotspot, but when she called corporate they gave her the same response I got. She argued and did her best to get them to give me my original plan back, that they cancelled when the new promotions started without letting me know, and they wouldn’t budge. So I’m upset with the company, but Maxine was freaking awesome.

Awesome customer service with these girls. We went in for a bill payment and they ALWAYS ask if there are issues with phone or system and help fix it. Not always about selling for tbem. Theyre great!! Tiffany and Sugar

I have been with Metro PCS for a while now the only problem I have is with the LG phones especially LG K7 so I would advise you to stay away from that the LG K-10 I have problems with and not as much with the K7 so otherwise MetroPCS is wonderful with me hey help me out with extensions when I need them usually they say one but I get more than that so you should switch to MetroPCS they are great and you can go to any saying you want and pay the price you want
