After making my purchase at a Verizon Corporate store, I needed help quickly setting up my new phone since they dont help customers do it. Thanks to him and his exemplary knowledge and service, this store quickly became my go to place for all things Verizon Cellular! I tried to buy a charger cord for someone else. I did not want to give them my phone number to purchase it. A cord. They refused to sell it to me. They were rude and short. I am not sure why they need my personal info to buy a charger cord. Why do they want to track me that bad. I have been a Verizon wireless customer twice as long or more than this dealer has been a dealer. If Verizon approves of this I will be changing servicers this week

Thieves. Avoid this place. Offered me a deal for 300 off a new s21. But still being charged monthly installments by Verizon to pay the full price and on top if that the 150 I paid them that day that was supposed to go towards the phone apparently went in their pocket.

There is a young blonde boy working there that is loud, has phone conversations while customers are in the store very loudly on his personal phone he’s argumentative and very rude to customers. He really doesn’t act like he likes customers. This is the second time in a week we have been in this store and his actions have been the same each time.

I give them lees then one if I could. They are not a Verizon store but they make you think they are. They take advantage sell you used phones and make you think there new charge you 1000.00 . Sell you items to go with phone that are not for you phone. But for and Iphone they didnt even know the difference.If Percy asks you if he can help sayHELL NO

I originally had Sprint that has absolutely no service in my area. After being run around a bunch and lied to by the Sprint person I came into this store. They were able to help find me a phone with a huge discount because of a promo and set me up quickly. She was super friendly and really heard me out after everything that had happened. I can’t say thank you enough and I will definitely be coming back here from now on!

Got a new phone in less than 15 minutes. My representative, Ken Goslee, was efficient, fast and extremely honest which saved me time and money and ensured I was making a smart purchase. He also gave me his number and said to text or call if I had any other troubles, business hours or not. Extremely helpful.

Very easy getting an upgrade! In the past it’s been stressful but the reps here make it simple, to the point and don’t try to obnoxiously sell you things you don’t need unless you show interest! Very happy with my visit.

We were actually on our way back to Virginia when we found this Verizon store off route 50 and decided to stop. We were able to get the IPhone upgrade we were looking for and the sales rep William even let my girlfriend try out the different phone cases so she could find one that protected the phone and still fit in her purse. He also helped break down the cost for changing from a 2 year to an Edge plan (which Verizon has basically written in Chinese). Great experience.

My WiFi mobile jet pack battery would no longer hold its charge. I went to the store and showed the associate the jet pack. He got on the phone with tech support and order a replacement for me as it was still under warranty. It arrive the following evening by overnight express. I was up and running the next day. My sales associate was super.

My experience getting a new phone was great. Everyone was helpful and very nice. When it came time to trade in my phone, they were very helpful in that regard as well. However, the new system for phone trade ins requires that it be mailed in at a later date, and then a visa gift card will be emailed to you. However, the way they worded it made it seem like it was a regular visa gift card that could be used anywhere. What everyone failed to say was that its actually store credit. So my $600 device was appraised for a $90 gift card that can only be used in store, even though it was made to seem like it could be used anywhere. Beyond frustrated that I was mislead.

I went to your Easton location today to see if there were any new options for me. There were new options & your representative Emily was very helpful in explaining them!! I am not ready to Edge up yet, but when I do I will be doing it at this location with Emily. Beautiful store, friendly faces. Wonderful!!
