Very poor customer service ! Avoid this store!The rep Michael that helped me is no good he literally was talking on the phone with a friend while I’m there to do business into getting new phones. I bring in two phones for trade ins he only put in one phone in the system now I have to start all over. My new phones were delivered & now I have to send one phone back because it wasn’t part of the plan I asked for . Plus my number is still not switched over. It’s just a-lot of back & forth with this store. Avoid this store go to another t-mobile store.
Wow is all I can say! I dealt with Noel Gonzalez at the Nazareth Road location in Nazareth. We had issues transferring my phone data from one to the other. Noel stuck with the process until it was completed. Great personality and professionalism.. If I could rate this experience it would be an absolute 10! Thank you Noel! I appreciate you!
Very well done.. as sprint customer was having problems with merge to t-mobile these guys figured it out.. other t-mobile store in area could not. This is a corporate store not an affiliate. Knowable and fully staffed

I had the pleasure of working with the staff yesterday while I was getting T-Mobile to save money and get out of contracts I was in for my business. And let me tell you, This is the best in-staff I Have worked with. They were basically flexible in every way I wished for them to be. I would recommend this store for anyone. BY FAR THE BEST!!!!
I recently had a couple problems with my phone and went to a different store for help. The other store just told me it was the way the phone was supposed to work and I knew darn well that was not true. I left and went straight to the store in Easton where I had the pleasure to get Stan to help me with these problems and he was so professional and kind he fixed all the issues immediately. He was such a pleasant associate. I know not to waste my time going anywhere else. They are a first class store.

Incompetent and untrained workers. Was looking to trade in my device for a new phone. She told me that my phone trade in value is $130. She failed to inform me of a promotion that would fetch me a trade in value of $400. Glad I did my research. Incompetence is not a good trait in the customer service space.
This is one of the best T-Mobile stores I have ever been to your concerns are there concerns they work hard to make you happy any other stores its about the sale not this store its about family and there not satisfied until your satisfied I would highly recommend all T-Mobile customers before you go to any of there 3rd party stores go to the real store the one that really cares all employees are great....extra thx to John Rodriguez for making us feel like family..it was worth the trip 💖

You would probably do better over the phone or internet. T mobile is significantly cheaper than the other carriers but they dont have alot of cell towers in rural areas.. Urban locals r great but once u move toward a more rural.. Less urban u lose 4g . And go to E network.. Got new s9s. Will update how they work 😁
Just went to pay the bill,fast,friendly, service. Bought a device a few weeks ago, still cant get it to work. People in the store think everyone is computer savvy, feel they should have stayed with me when the Sinc Drive was installed . Useless to me when it dont work. Meanwhile, I am footing the bill. When I went back the next day,they were too busy to help me.

Once again, T-Mobile has come through with sparkling service. We might be a bit bias as we have been a customer since 2005, the Birkland Place, Easton, PA store is a great place for new and seasoned phone users. Great phones, great pricing, great service. Ask for Tom Nazzaro, you wont be disappointed.

Store staff is horrible. They do not know how to treat customers. They are clueless. They treated me like i was 5 years old. I called t-mobie customer service and was told the store was wrong. Called store and was told customer service was wrong. Store would not talk to me again because by now im furious and am raising my voice. Assistant manager accused me of being hostile. I drove 20 min folowing customer service directions. Stay far away. Completely worthless, clueless and not worth the aggervation.
