They took in a phone that wasnt working. I assumed it was a screen or battery problem. They took the time to replace both, but that didnt fix the phone, so they determined it was a motherboard problem (which was beyond their expertise). They put the phone back together the way it was and only charged me a nominal diagnostic fee. I think Ill go back if any other phone of mine has fixable problems.

When visiting this location in the mall, we expected to run errands and return later in the day to pick-up the phone. To our surprise, it was only 10-15 minutes and we walked out with a brand new screen on the phone (and a few accessories) for a price that was less than we expected. Thank you for great service.

I went to ifix and more an asked if they had a belt clip for iPhone 8+ Because I brake mine on a daily basis and he walked over to the iPhone wall an grab one charged me 10$ an as I walked out he grabbed another belt clip an didn’t charge me!! Now that’s what I call great customer service will definitely be coming back here for my phone needs!! Strongly recommend

Joe deserves11 stars. I dropped my phone off, when it was ready to be picked up I was at work. The manager waited for me to get there(which was minutes after they closed) & I was able to get my phone thanks to them. My iPhone X is in better condition than it was before, you cant tell the screen was ever cracked!! Bring all your apple products and any other gadgets, trust them they are the best in neighborhood

I shattered my iPhone 6s for the first time and hopefully my last. The guy at the the stand fixed it for about $85 and it was well worth it. Took about 25 minutes to repair. It looks brand new and you could never tell it was ever shattered. I highly recommend this guy if you don’t want to drop money on a new phone.

I had a very unique experience with the owners. I went there to fix one problem and and he took care of 5 of my problems. Customer service from the owner was second to none. I would recommend the iFix at the Lehigh valley mall to anyone before you go to Apple stores or anything close. He is fair and honest and will take care of you. I spent $120 for screen repair. That alone was a good deal. Walked around the mall for an hour and went back in. Im sorry I broke the charger port wire when I was removing the broken glass. It wont be any extra but it will take a few days.. If that was the end of it, itd be a 5 star review. I got the phone fixed there about 2 months ago. Since then I bought an otter box and was very careful with it. Yesterday the screen just stopped working. It wasnt dropped. I was checking my bank account, set it in the console of my truck and went into a store for a little bit. When I came back out and turned it on the screen was black. Nothing. The indicator light and home buttons were lighting up. No screen. I called it with my work phone and it vibrated from the call but no screen. I took the case off and removed the battery and turned the phone back on. Nothing. I stopped in there today and explained what happened. The guy looked at my phone, pointed out an old ding in the paint and told me I had to have dropped it. There was nothing he could do. 30 day warranty on repairs.I MUSTVE dropped it. Nothing could have come loose, or disconnected? Nope was me. I did it.

Horrible experience and service. I went to get my screen replaced and it did not work. After going back twice within the same day, the man told me to twist my phone for it to work. After doing that for a week, my phone completely stopped working. I went back to get a refund and the gentlemen gave me attitude and told me that he doesnt do refunds but since hes working with me and give me a refund, he has to take the product back. He told me he threw out my old screen and hes taking the new screen. They made me leave without any screen on my phone. I went in with a screen and left with none. They were horrible and rude. Horrible business people. Be aware when going!

I had a cracked screen on my iPhone 5s for over a year. The touch function stopped working this weekend so I brought it to iFix and they said the digitizer was not working which would get fixed with the new screen. After a half hour it was like a brand new phone. I would definitely reccomend these guys. They have reasonable prices and know what they are doing.
