These people here have no customer service they are disgusting have no manners whatsoever and fix iPhone poorly and very expensive,don’t waste your time try somewhere else

I unfortunately dropped my iPhone 7 Plus causing the screen to spider web severely. I researched online for iPhone repairs near me and came across this shop. I called and spoke with James who was able to answer my questions and verify parts were in stock. I arrived and met James and he was friendly. He made the repair within a half hour of arriving and my phone functions properly as it should. I recommend this shop and thank you again James for your customer service.

This place is very customer service oriented. I was unsuccessfully attempting to repair my Moto Z2 Force and called the store for help. The associate offered his time and supplies to help me finish the project. The motherboard was shorted so we couldnt make the repair. In turn he decided not to charge. I will go back for future repairs and I certainly recommend them.

The worst cell phone repair customer service experience ever. Do not take your phone here for repairs. I paid $65.00 for a battery swap. I brought the phone back explaining my issue. They wanted to charge an additional $55.00 to give me an functional battery. In which should have been done with the first battery change. The battery would not hold a steady charge after 5 weeks of use.

Very bad deceptive sleezy shop.The Guy said $65 to replace the screen,Then When I got there he raised the price to $80.Then after he disassembled the phone he said the rear camera wasnt working.I had just come from the Apple store where they told me $150 to fix it & the camera was working fine. at that time..He replaced the screen & the next day THAT screen was CRACKED!! & the phone wouldnt respond at all!! I took it by today & they refused to fix it.They bought a bunch of cheap junky screens & or improperly installed & Refuse to fix it,

I broke my iPhone 6 screen over the weekend. I went to cell solutions to get it fixed. They replace my screen within 20 minutes and my phone is just brand new. Extremely satisfied with the service and I would definitely recommend them.

Not the first time this happens. I tried to trust this store again and I shouldnt have. I was told I could come back if the phone had a problem . I was told the phone was great. IT SUCKED . I go back and the guy tries to be smart and blame me. And he wouldnt exchange the phone. Almost 200$ down the drain. NEVER AGAIN

IPhone worked fine had cracked screen, got it repaired for $50. Now phone wont charge and keeps shutting off, wasted my time and money,wouldnt refund money or fix problem,
