The customer service worker down your shes a wonderful woman help me quick took away the bill that I didnt know I even had I put something by accident she took care of that took it right off my account back to $50 it was good woman good place go there be there or be square

They answer your questions just fine they let you know if youre due for an update and Im not due for a SIM card update but the other two that I have on my account or do for an upgrade on their SIM card so theyre getting theirs done I like it from my experience thatd be great

My old phone was no longer cooperating and I didnt know if it was replacement or repair time. Went to Best Buy who no longer carry Boost. Found the Boost store...so glad I did. The employee was fantastic! She explained available phones, plans, etc. She was amazing...had two two other customers, simultaneously working on setting up my phone and account. Explained everything in detail. Love my new phone and I definitely think this young girl is the best! Deserves a raise! I feel comfortable knowing if I have a problem with my phone or account I can run right there for problem solving!

Ive been a Boost customer since 2012 and just recently bought a Galaxy s9 from Amazon. Erick, the guy working who helped me get it up and running on the network, was amazing. Huge kudos to customer service. Very professional and proficient, 10/10 next time I need to go into a Boost store Im coming back here and asking for this guy again.

The gentlemen who was working was a great multi tasker he was able to Help everyone in the same manner as the other fast, an he did a thorough job with each of us.

Took my friend to get set up with a phone. Rep was pretty knowledgeable and worked quickly to get my friend set up. Ill see how boost compares to ATT through my friend. IF cell service coverage meets my expectations, I see switching to boost in the near future.

Been here since 10am (openening time) its now 1030am and still not open. No sign saying opening will be delayed. I am driving around a disabled veteran to get some service. Ill go to Bethelehem on Irwin street from now on for my guys.

Customer service in this store sucks. My phone would have taken 3 days if ordered right off the site 2 weeks now and im at the store its 10:12 and they open at 10. No one is here.
