I bought & financed a 2007 Dodge Nitro a little over 3yrs ago; I have to say its one of the most reliable vehicles I have boughten from a buy here/pay here dealership that includes a warranty. The sales dept is very helpful as in working with your payment options, vehicles that would fit your payments and/or with in the time frame it would be paid off. If the vehicles that were picked you may not like they work with other options for you. I see so many bad/wrong reviews though if you keep up with the service on your vehicle/s or may here a noise get it done and your vehicle will def last longer than you may think. Since I have had mine it has been normal wear and tear; a part was a little expensive and Laurie in service had sent me a place that may give you a loan that works with them. All in all everyone is so helpful and extremely nice, and when your getting service done on your vehicle and need to wait they try their best to get you done and out of there in a timely manner. Laurie in service is great, she does her best to get you price on any service you may need and paperwork is always ready for you to sign before coming in. I couldnt ask for a better place to buy a vehicle and most importantly get service done on my vehicle. I plan on buying another one in the near future and I refer anyone whonis looking to buy a vehicle to JD ByRider in Easton and ask for Cassandra. Anyone is missing out if they dont go there or not understanding that when buying a new or used vehicle it needs service done; you cant run on dry fumes.

I bought my vehicle a little over a year ago the sales dept and finance dept I had a good experience with them. But I wanted to really say how great the service and repair dept is whenever I had to go there either for a oil change, regular maintenance or a big repair they have been so wonderful, helpful and polite especially Lorrie from that dept she has helped me alot she is so helpful and I feel she goes out of her way when she can to try and cut down the price even if its just a little I do appreciate it. She is the main reason I keep going back there for my vehicle repairs and maintenance. She always fits me in as soon as possible when I need to come she tries to understand the problem that Im having with my vehicle the best she can cuz sometimes its hard to explain how a noise sounds that u may be hearing, just an overall great experience every time I have to go there.

I bought a car here 3 years ago, I’m still mad about it. The cars are more fit for the junkyard than the road. Yes, they specialize in poor credit and will *probably* get you approved. However, nobody deserves the after effects of paying WELL over Kelly Blue Book. On top of the maintenance that these junk cars require. I HIGHLY recommend you go to reputable dealership, or ride a bike, before ever choosing to ride in one of their insanely priced cars that would not even resale at a fraction of the cost. Save your money, your stress level, and time. My personal experience was riddled with airbag warning lights, electrical issues, and terrible customer service. Please do not feel desperate - even if this is your last option, walking is a better route to go.

Ive been with Byrider since 2017! Never had any problems when it came to service nor payments... The only small problem that arises for me is the service department! Replacement parts and service is expensive but worth it.This is my second vehicle from them and never had to constantly call them nor complain about issues, we have to trust your own intuition when buying a car from them and ask alot of questions before buying and it would be helpful if you are knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance.

I was Happy with the customer service from leesa and cansandra,they explained everything to me, so I would have a better understanding of my purchase, they made they whole process easy and painless.

So let me start over priced for a vehicle..Car breaks down every three months and even though I have the warranty none of my parts are covered by warranty. Take car in for oil change and told nothing is wrong with my car all good each time after oil change check engine light comes on Each time!! Now went back asked for exchange vehicle to get a non lemon car and was told you have to only owe $2000 for us to be able to exchange the vehicle thats been breaking every oil change..now not even a year with vehicle ..check engine light on..leaks in motor leaks in antifreeze..now car dont turn on check engine light on and car payments of $400 a month and told the car needs to be left at dealer for another amount of repairs..mind you while dropping of for oil change never was air filter changed its black!! I will NEVER buy a car here again and will NeVER recommend anyone else to them again..Do not work with you when vehicle is a lemon to exchange and just want service fees and none of my parts never covered under warranty!!!!

So I was actually really excited to start working there. At the end of day one, Jason said that from what he has seen in 1 day that I’m not gonna work out there and he was letting me go. I was shocked. Not even given a couple of days to a week for me to get accustomed to the new place. I didn’t even get the time to get my tools fully set up. I was barely shown anything about where anything is or how they do things differently from what I’m used to. Ok, so I had a more difficult time programming a TPMS sensor than I should have, but seriously, couldn’t even give me one more day to make up for it. Not cool brah. If I gotta figure out myself how things go there and where anything is, at least give it a week dbag.

Car dealerships are typically filled with sharks, but this one is filled with money hungry sharks that have no concern for their customers. 10 months ago I purchased a car from here and was swindled because I had no credit and desperately needed a car. $13,000 for a base model 2010 Kia Rio is a joke. The car isn’t even worth more than $2,000. Save your money and go somewhere instead of letting these people have your paycheck for years.

I took my car for inspection and oil change. The work was done efficiently and they asked before doing anything extra. All were courteous and polite and the price made me happy.

Worst Experience !!! They can never seem to want to help you. Since I purchased a vehicle there it has been nothing but a headache. I lost my key and I call for them to tell me that they dont carry spare. Ive taken the car to the mechanic there only to get it back worse with no answers from anyone as to why the vehicle is running the way it has been. I am just so Fed up cannot wait to pay this car out and get out of contract with them. CUSTOMER SERVICE is awful. They make it sound like you are getting a steal on a car only till when your car starts having issues then nobody can help AT ALL...They harass you for payments but can NEVER get help on other issues when needed... SO Frustrated... I am looking into the lawsuit they have pending and see what I can do. I have emails going way back when on how they are so unreliable one person says one thing another says something different they back out of what they say.. They are a HOT MESS !!! PLEASE people STAY AWAY from this place you WILL REGRET...

I have a loan on a vehicle that i have ready put 250$ into and now it needs a fuel pump. Was told its a used car what do you expect. Hoping to get rid of this car soon. Will not refer anyone nor purchase another vehicle from this lot. Was told this car was reliable and could travel where ever. I wont even take this on a long trip. Have only had this vehicle 8 weeks. Such a shame.UPDATE. I GAVE CAR BACK AFTER 8 weeks the engine started to go. Worst place ever. Filed a claim with credit bureau and had car taken off credit due to multiple issues.
