So I wanted to wait a little bit till some time to pass after I bought a car from them. I got a truck from them at a reasonable price. The pick up truck was great and it’s functional. They did not really hide anything about the truck. They sell good cars for a good price. Understand that your not buying a brand new car so don’t assume these cars are going to be the best money can buy. Remember that it’s a great place to buy a car for cheap. I’m impressed of them. They are honest, helpful, and Tracy is cool. Couple weeks in and the truck I got is running great with no issues. Look, it’s a great place to buy beater cars, and I will buy another one. Great job to the team, and thank you for being honest about things. For reference I got the silver 2001 Dodge Ram 1500.

I am not from the area but I went there only to purchase a used vehicle that I was looking for. They had the specific vehicle I wanted, it did have issues but it was a used vehicle. They were very friendly and willing to negotiate on asking price. Buying a used car from any business in any location is risky, they were honest with me as I asked questions.

Along with any upgrades or repairs in addition to any preventative maintenance. All at great prices and honest and upfront deals. If you need a car they offer financing for just about anybody and work with banks to get you approved and in a car you love that day. Also no hidden fees or things you didn’t agree on being done and getting billed after the fact, they’ll explain what you need so you can understand and they won’t do it unless you agree on all the aspects of the deal and they won’t cut any corners or give you any less than great parts. 5 stars for sure and I recommend them to any friends or family looking for a car or work done.

My sons car needed a whole new engine, we went to speed tech as they were recommended for car work, they ordered a new engine with a warranty that will last my son while he is traveling back and forth to college, I am proud that SpeedTech was able to accomodate my son with his vehicle needs. It took a little over a week from start to finish, I would recommend Speed Tech and all of there staff there. Happy Son!

Nate was very fair ( I called at least 10-15 other shops and was quoted ridiculous prices, some said it would take 2+ hours too ! Lastly no one was available the same day either)Nate said it was a simple task but he did not have the parts. So, I asked if I could come right back with the parts and even though it was after 4:30 on a Saturday - he agreed. When I returned he quickly replaced the parts (about 25mins). Thank you Nate for helping me in my time of need.Back story-Brought 4 new tires from Walmart but when one tire got a nail (less than a month later) Walmart tech claimed someone else must have tightened the bolts cause they do is by hand and they do not overtighten. ( no one else touched the car except Walmart techs) Anyway now it needed to be broken off. So I had to leave and get 3 studs and lugnuts replaced b4 Walmart could honor the warranty and change the tire for free.

Bought a car there.. ready for this.. October 2018 and he still has it on his lot not fixed after he sold it to me under the guides that the engine and transmission were good. I ended up having to move to Florida because of COVID and he assured me, as I stood in the lobby, that he would complete the repairs we discussed and ship it down to me at no cost due to him having it so long and not completing it. I moved last August and it still sits in his back lot still (I have ask 2 people to go see if it was even still there). Nate will lie to your face, not return a phone calls (this is almost a year, and for the record, after many attempts to call him). Do not do business with someone whos word means nothing. Also funny that Nate gave himself a 5-star review on his own business as I would not surprise me if some of the other reviews are friends/employees.

This place saved me. I unfortunately went to another shop first who stole my money and did nothing to my car that I payed for basically almost destroying my engine. But I brought my car brought to Speed Tec after and Nate is a life saver. He fixed everything and also did the extra work needed for my car to run properly. If you want a shop that is fair and knows exactly what they are doing go here.

I bought a few vehicles from Speedtech. Nate and his team have always been up front about the USED vehicle I was buying. I use speedtech for service, any repair or upgrade I do to my vehicles. I found Nate and his team fair in upfront prices for all repairs and services. Nate will resolve any issue..... but sometimes not what you want to hear.i’ll continue to use Speedtec and recommend them to my family and friends.

LEMON LAW........I bought my car @ Speedtec. A 2005 Saab 93 2.0 Turbo. My mechanic told me I needed a steering wheel censor and a starter. He said you should go to Speedtec because they could fix it. So I bought the parts and went to Speedtec. Nate SAID he could fix it. After 3+ weeks the car needed a another censor, he ordered it. Remember, He said he could fix it. 5+ weeks later, the car needed a computer. Which is more than the car is worth! Im not a mechanic, but it doesnt take 5 weeks to get a part! The service was awful and Nate could never fix it .....Please dont buy a car here......They will take YOUR money!!!

Let me start by say that Nate comes off like a really caring guy! But he is not!!! I showed up there under false information! That he was one of the best in our area to work on Nissan 350z! My car was worked on before. So when it got to his shop most of the parts like the radiator, ac condenser etc.. were already taken of the vehicle. He was supposed to adjust the timing belt with whom I thought was a friend which came out to be not true he wasn’t friends with the guy but his friend from Cars Towing did recommend him! Nate state he could not adjust the timing belt because there was a rag stuck between the head and the block of the engine so I had to buy a new engine! I did! After 3 months of my car sitting in his shop and call after call and lie after lie I finally pick up my car and nothing is tightened not even the hood of the car!Okay his mechanic tells me Nate didn’t even check his work! When I start my car it like a Christmas tree! Very light is on the dash and the temperature gauge has no reading! Nate states to me that he was only paid to drop the engine? What??? Who pays 900.00 to get a car that does work mind you I paid for my engine! I drive home the next day transmission oil all over the ground! I get someone to tighten the screw take it back to him he says nothing wrong! Then like a couple weeks go by because of the weather I take it out again and my wheel cover falls of and my bumper. I call him again. He also get into a heated argument with a person that was the person that took me there they are threaten each other. It’s was total ridiculous! He calls me we have an hour conversation. He ask me to bring the car in so he can make things right! Another 2 months he tries to charge me 400 plus for thing that should of been done the first time! Plus I got my car like 2 weeks ago never drove it just from his shop to my home and again oil all over the ground!!! I called my lawyer and the better business bureau!!! Over 1200 on a engine 900 plus on labor plus 100 gave plus there are parts missing from my car electrical problems, the horn don’t work, the ac don’t work, the lights don’t work, I took it to another shop and he could swollow that bill too! My lawyer is already on it! Thank you speedtec! For being such honest professional dedicated automotive repair shop!!! And before I get a comment from speedtec I had this car for over for years never had a problem with the horn anything electrical ac or anything else! My car over heated the engine need to be changed not dropped and wires cut like I had a radio installed by Best Buy that don’t even work!! There were also wires that were not even connected!!! I was patiently waiting for you for fix my car for all together 5 months there is no excuse for the garbage job you handed me!!! I also had another job which I also told Nate I wanted him to do and I was also gonna buy a car from him 2019 Nissan Murano! But he is a thief!! And he will never get one penny out of me!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!Ive never felt compelled to write a negative review of a business before, but this place should barely classify as a business. They care more about making a few dollars than the lives of the people who are driving the vehicles they inspect and repair.DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE...I bought a vehicle here that left the lot leaking break fluid. When I took it to the mechanic to fix the leaking break lines, they notified me that the frame was rusted and rotting underneath. No damage was reported on the sale. To verify and make sure the quality of the vehicle, I took the vehicle to two additional mechanics. Both mechanics within 2 minutes of looking at the vehicle notified me that it would not pass inspection. THEY PUT AN INSPECTION STICKER ON A VEHICLE THAT WAS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE! They do not value your safety.If you notice all of the positive reviews on here are generic, i would not be surprised if they are writing their own reviews. Please also look for the other reviews that are similar to mine, these people are not to be trusted....cant say it enough.From their previous trends on these comments, I wouldnt be surprised if they comment on this with some bull#$%t response about how they are willing to work with you. They are not. I spent over a month getting the run around, and then they had the audacity to try and up charge me for repairs! AT BEST they are incompetent, and most likely they are complete crooks.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This shop is very horrible and unorganized, i give one star only cause I was issued a ragidy loaner car. Just stuff everywhere looks almost close to a junkyard and the great Nate (Total Joke) pure laziness and no attention to detail, and has nothing but excuses while repairing a car. I took my car (2012 Audi A4) in for a smoking issue, and leaking oil, and they accomplished nothing I took my car in for $2,000 later and 2 months after I pick up my car, 50 miles down the road, car still smoking and check engine light comes back on and my ac doesnt work cause they did not recharge my ac after the car was put back together. Due to just clearing the codes, when I was told my car would be tuned. Went home and car is still leaking oil, turns out after their premium oil change they still use the old drain plug and gasket. Why wasnt that replaced with a new one, I feel any tech should know not to reuse an old drain plug on a oil change and know a catch can is not going to fix oil burning issue. I try talking to Nate and hear nothing back or wont try to resolve a problem. I would recommend anyone to find another shop. I would advise not to buy a 2005 Saab 92X from that place that car has more problems than anything I ever drove and they want to sell it..

Speed Tec took very good care of me. Bought a 05 sti and on the way home from the shop I blew a tire. I called Nate to tell him what had happen and he was so quick to say he will order a new rim and 4 tires no questions asked. He had everything basically the next day. I would recommend Nate and his crew without a doubt!!! They are definitely passionate about what they do and it shows!! Thanks speed Tec for all the help.

The guys here are absolutely wonderful!! I stopped by and asked if they would be able to fix my window for me. I had the piece needed in the trunk of my car. They said yes, didnt even think twice about it. I didnt even have an appointment!! They pulled my car right in, started working on it while I went and did the paperwork. Mind you I only work at the restaurant right behind them so while they did they their thing I did mine. Next thing I knew an hour or two later they were hand delivering my car to me. They were nice enough to work with me until I got paid, and I was able to make a small payment, and then pay off my bill. All the guys here are fantastic. Please by all means if you need your car worked on stop by. They will get the job done!!

Very well verse in the mechanical area. They dont try to get over on you. Up front with you and take time to explain the situation when they are encountered. Can get busy but they make sure to get back to you.

I bought a Legacy GT from here and the kept it about a week or so to do the timing belt. They also told me the turbo was good and 40 minutes into driving it the turbo blew. I got thE turbo fixed and drove it about a few thousand miles and it started making a knocking noise and at first I assumed it was typical Subaru rod knock or something but then I found out they messed up installing the timing belt which resulted in engine failure.

One of the best buying experiences for used car Ive had in a long time Nate was very patient and showed me a lot of different ways I could pay for the car help me with Finance with the bank and showed me where to get it registered very pleased

Nate is very smart and professional yet laid back. He was able to help me with a supercharger issue even when the manufacturer did there best to screw me over. Service is quick and I would recommend speed Tec to anyone looking for quality performance parts, install or advice.

If I could give this please 0 stars I would. My dad bought a used car from this place. He was told it would be ready last Thursday and he went Friday and it still wasnt done. No calls or communication whatsoever. Fast forward to this Thursday they were supposed to deliver it to him and again no calls and no car. I called Alex and all he gave was excuses. My father is 81 year olds old and doesnt deserve this....nobody does.😠

I visited Nate at Speed Tec multiple times. The atmosphere is very relaxed yet extremely professional. Nate and Brian are extremely knowledgeable and honest. I initially went into the shop for custom exhaust work, ended up returning for mild electrical work.I highly recommend them for custom, maintenance, and repair.

They sold me a car with missing swaybar links that had fresh inspection stickers on it. They are at best terrible mechanics and at worst dont care about the safety of their customers.And yes, I tried to get in touch multiple times but after I told them what was wrong they ignore me. I will never again buy a car here, for my own safety, let alone trust them to make mechanical decisions on my car.If you unfortunately do buy a vehicle from Speed Tec I cant recommend strongly enough that you first have it inspected by your own mechanic (a neutral third party). The swaybar links were a severe safety issue, but there was a laundry list of other issues with the car. Consider yourself warned.*EDITED because they responded below.* I called twice. 11/4/19. They never picked up even though it was around 4 PM and during business hours. I left two messages.They never would have let it happen, and yet it did. Jiffy Lube of all places discovered the missing swaybar links. It was that obvious. I took it to my (trustworthy) mechanic who then confirmed that it was a non-pass for inspection and would be a $700 fix. (Speed tec had the nerve to charge almost 2k for the car regardless.)They may want to save face with their response below but facts are facts. They also did not acknowledge the ignored emails.What this boils down to is two strange-to-you people on the Internet going back and forth; neither I nor Speed Tec will change your mind here. Just please keep in mind that this is not a trustworthy business nor do they have integrity. Please be careful. Have also contacted the BBB.
