Very pleasant experience, was greeted immediately and kindly. Was advised what would be done with my car, was told about other services that could be done (inspection was almost due and they were able to do it in the time allotted) and when asked, offered the educators discount. Total time waiting was about an hour, which was reasonable for the services that I had done. Comfortable waiting room and appropriate accommodations for social distancing needs.

I had a very pleasant experience here. Im very careful about trying new dealerships, but this one was highly recommended to me by someone I trust. They did not disappoint! They were polite, attentive but non-pushy, and very flexible and patient with my needs. After completing all the paperwork and completing our transaction my salesperson, Chris, sat in the car with me for a while to make sure I understood all the bells and whistles. Every single person I came into contact with was pleasant and they all followed social distancing protocols politely. Overall, this was the best dealership experience Ive ever had. Ive never been to a less pushy, more honest place. Very highly recommend them for your next car!

I trade-in my 2015 CX-5 to a new CX-30, the manager gave me a good value for the CX-5. This is my 5th car brought from this dealer- Young Mada, Easton PA. The sales person and the substitute manager both are good. I like their services department, I recommend this dealership to my daughter and brought two Mazda since. Very happy.

Bill helped me with everything from trading in my car (they gave a great trade-in value), updating my insurance and financing. They also had me set up with recommended maintenance for my vehicle months in advance and added to my calendar through email. 10/10 would recommend

Service was beyond professional, courteous and caring. The problem was not fixed the 1st time (it was tricky) however with the inconvenience of bringing the car back, the service department (Josh) went above and beyond to ensure all would be taking care of and they did not charge us due to the inconvenience. He was respectful and diligent with diagnosing the problem. In addition, our Sales Rep (Kuran) worked alongside of us, helped us with a few questions about car and even washed the car.I would highly recommend this dealership!

I brought my Mazda CX30 in for a small recall item and also had told them the front windshield wipers were very squeaky and rough. They completed the recall and replaced the wipers in less than an hour like they promised. The car is running great and the wipers are working very good!

Service department is fantastic. Finance department is terrible. I called & left voice-mails with (several people including the receptionist) for 4 weeks before anyone called me back. I was looking for an appointment to pay off my lease. I had everything ready to go. After I finally got a call back, it took 2 more phone calls to make an appointment to get the car inspection & make the final payment. I received a voice-mail about the day for the appointment. I was at work & called back immediately that I would take that day & asked for a call back to finalize the date & time. Again no one called me back. I called the service department & my appointment was put in.I showed up for my appointment. Got my car inspection done. The service department was not given any information from Finance. I said I left a voice mail & no one called me back. The finance person had no idea I had an appointment. He was not prepared & had a meeting scheduled. He apologized. I waited 4 hours. Yes 4 hours to sign paperwork that took 10 minutes. Not acceptable.

I went in for my cars second oil change and tire rotation. Iwas greeted by a friendly gentleman when I pulled up for service. He quickly took me inside to take care of necessary paper work and drop off my keys. I was texted about the time they had told me my car would be done. Upon my return, it took a matter of minutes and I was back out the door. Very quick, convenient and friendly experience.That afternoon I was able to access a video of some of the work they did.Good job!

Huge shout out to your advisor Chad Niebell! Dropped off my car for service, and had booked a loaner. In the middle of a torrential down pour and literally an active tornado warning, this guy still went out to grab the loaner for me just so I didn’t have to walk in the rain. No hesitation, didn’t even have to ask. Give this guy a raise!

Appt to program a key fob. Waited 1 hour before receiving service. Then, fob was programmed incorrectly. 2 days later went to another appt when they told me I needed both keys. I said just program the one key (which will cancel out the other key). I wasnt driving 1/2 hour back home. Horrible service. Im not skilled in auto service but I do expect those who are to be somewhat timely, competent & give me information on what is needed prior to appt.

Young Mazda did a great job on my 1st service visit! Bought a 2018 Certified Cx-5 in January. 6-7-21 was my first time dealing with the service department. I noticed my touch screen had some sort of marks on it the day after I bought it. Set it up so that they would fix it during my next trip for service. They did great job as it looks absolutely new! Also did routine oil change/tire rotation and washed car of coarse. $84 out the door. Very pleased! The service manager Josh is a great guy. They provided a loaner car as well so no waiting around which I truly appreciate. Highly recommend Young Mazda in Easton, PA. So much better experience than Ray Price or Kelly Mazda!

These guys are the worst!!!, my car was in their bodyshop for over a month, and to add insult to injury the one girl Erica on the phone was beyond rude to me and my wife, when we asked about our rental and how much more time it would take for our car to be fixed, her best answer was idk depends on when your parts are available, thats not on us, you just have to wait like everyone else does, thats the answer of a professional business... We will never again bring a car or even buy or recommend this place for any type of business to be done there.We tried speaking to the manager and for whatever reason he was never in his office or wasnt available, really had us wondering how a place never has the manager around for customers to speak to.. Immoral And Unethical Business Practice if you ask me. First And Last Time Going There Ever.! they dont deserve the one star

Yesterday I purchased purchased a Mazda Cx-5 truck carbon edition and I absolutely love it! They were pretty business yesterday from end of the month sales so it took a little longer than normal and they staff John and Steven was very apologetic for the wait. Thank you! the only negative I have is that when it came time to sign my contract, other customers were taken in a separate office from waiting to discuss their business and sign and mines was done in the waiting area with daughter and two other customers waiting. I think that was very unprofessional to due the number of open offices that were available to discuss my signing. It was not any other customers business what my contract entailed. I would also like to thank Karan for taking care me while my original sales guy Rafael was on vacation. I would love to have given 5 stars but that contract was unprofessional.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCEWe bought a CX5 from Young Mazda and was so impressed by the sales and service department, we purchased another CX5, a few months later. Steve (sales manger), runs a very tight ship in the sales department, and Chad (services mgr) makes sure that every customer has a great experience. Mazda is a well made vehicle coupled with Young Mazda who is an excellent dealer, we would definitely buy another Mazda from Young Mazda as well as have it service by Young Mazda.

Great dealer. My wife and I did not purchase here so I can not speak to the whole process to close. We did spend a lot of time looking here though. Our salesmen (Bill J) was very patience, personable, and helpful (we are very carful shoppers Lol!). They had great prices and a nice facility. Only reason we moved to another dealer was because we were used car shopping and looking for a specific option they didnt have on the lot. They explain everything so that I understand it and keep me updated while I wait. The lounge area is super comfortable and the guest Wi-Fi allowed me to work on homework while I waited. Short story: I was charged for a part that didnt need to be replaced and was told if they always did what the customers requested they would waste their own time. Instead, they wasted my money and time.Full Story: Due to their diagnostic procedures they charged me to replace the PCM ($$$) even though the original one was tested and proven to be working perfectly. I brought a cx3 in with a no start issue and infromed the service team I believed the issue was a broken wire as I was trying to install a radio when the issue occurred and told them where I believed the broken wire was located. Young Mazda first charged me for 2.5 hours of labor to remove the radio and put the car back to stock, saying if they put it back to stock they could try to put the work in as warranty work since the car had 15k miles and was only one year old. After removing the radio and putting the car back to stock, they then informed me they believed it was not a broken wire and was actually the PCM causing issue, but since they suspected it was related to the radio install (which I told them openly about from the beginning) they couldnt put it through as warranty. Fair enough, I suspected it was a broken wire I caused and didnt expect it to go through as warranty, but it would have been nice to not have to pay a dealership to uninstall a radio I just installed and was actually working perfectly, the radio worked great but the car wouldnt start. Young Mazda went ahead and replaced the PCM but found the car was still not starting. Later they call me back and inform me they did find a broken wire (exactly where I told them I suspected the broken wire was located), fixed it, and now the car is working fine. I asked if the PCM was actually the issue or not and they stated they believed both the PCM and the wire were the issue and it was not just the broken wire like I originally suggested. I requested the original PCM when I picked the car up and brought it to another shop to be tested. The old PCM was put back into the car, 80 miles were put on the car to allow the module a chance to communicate with the rest of the car and a full hs and ms can diagnostics was performed and showed that the original PCM was in perfect working order. I called Young Mazda and explained the situation, offered to bring the car back to show the original PCM was fully functional and never needed to be replaced, and they infromed me that there was nothing they could do and I was stuck with a 2k bill for a part that didnt need to be replaced. They stated that their diagnostic tree requires they follow procedure and even though I told them about a suspected broken wire, if they always did what the customers requested they would waste their own time. Instead, they decided to waste my time and money.

Waited 6+ weeks for a car. I got a call from the dealership that the car was in and I had to make an appointment to pick it up. They also told me that they wanted to revaluate my trade in. When I got there I went to look at the car. The car was hit and nobody at the dealership noticed it. There was White paint and a scratch on a red car. When I brought it to the sales managers attention he sent a detail person to address it. They were able to remove the white paint but not the scratch. The sales manager told me that they can wet sand it and it would be fine. I told him no because that will compromise the integrity of the clearcoat. Then I was told take the car then I can make an appointment with their body shop for repairs and bring the car back. I was not doing that. I understand that car dealerships frequently do these types of repairs. My issue was that they tried to hide it from me. If I had seen this after I left I am pretty sure that they would have told me it was fine when it left here. After getting loud in the show room they agreed to get me another car. Never got, sorry this happened, sorry for your inconvenience, NOTHING. The red cx30 vin number ending 36723 was put on the website for sale imeadtly I doubt that it was probably repaired. As time went on I had lost my trust in the dealership and requested my deposit refunded. No one returned my emails or phone messages. I went to the dealership to get my deposit back. I am still waiting for them to process it. Had the dealership contacted me prior to my arrival and told me the car was damaged and that they would make it right to my satisfaction this would most likely have been a 5 star review. I feel that this is a total lack of integrity of the sales manager and Young’s Mazda

This place is not real. I have not seen any car dealership who is so honest and sincere. I am from NYC and I tried contacting every dealership in the tri state area and no one even came close to the deal that was offered and honored by Young Mazda. After going to the dealership, there was no pushy sales tactics to buy additional warranty or anything of that kind. We dealt with Andrew from Finance and Karan who was our sales person and they both were amazing. Everything was ready before we got to the dealership and we were out with the new car within an hour. Karan was extremely patient and explained to us about all the new features of the car. It was a 2 hour drive from NYC, but was worth it. Give them a try.

I went in for what was a handling, not confidence inspiring drivability issue.I was told that all I needs was tires to be balanced, an possible alignment. They didn’t try to sell me on tires which I’ve seen happen to others at other dealerships.. An oil change & tire rotation runs about $65 and its is usually done in a reasonable amount of time with a complimentary car wash at the end. Service was completed with no wait time and car was run through the wash after the service. I was the only person in the waiting room and it appeared to be clean. There was hand sanitizer available on the counters. They also had full size sodas in the fridge in the waiting room for free, and a Keurig for coffee. Everyone was nice.

I told them it was NOT the bulb that had been replaced a few weeks earlier. Of course, they replaced the bulb. Per the photo posted, it didnt even last a week.I also asked for an Estimate only because of a dashboard light that the airbag was not working. I told them not to do anything to the car in any way. Just give me an approximate cost, which could have included any diagnostics. Of course, they said they fixed it without my approval. They were supposed to call me but never did. I picked the car up at 6 & got a text at 7:30. Just a bit late! The dashboard light is still on!!! I also posted a photo of it.Very poor customer service. I would have rather lived with the recall problem.

I was visiting family and decided to go car shopping. I wasn’t really ready to buy yet but I thought that I would have some fun. I visited a few dealers in the Ogden area but they pressured me to buy right away which made me feel so uncomfortable. That all changed when I went into Young Mazda in Ogden and spoke with a salesman named David Marley. He was kind, very professional and informative. He made me feel that my satisfaction was of the upmost importance to him. He was friendly and never pressured me to buy. Even though I didn’t purchase a car, he assured me that he would be there when I was ready. I will definitely be coming back to buy from THIS dealership and definitely THIS salesman. Impressive!
