Do not buy a car here!My son was so excited to purchase his first car, and they had a mini cooper on the lot. It seemed to be in good shape, and was inspected by them. Within a short time we had to put over 1,000 dollars of work into it, then it just broke down again, everything seems to be wrong with it- sunroof not working, oil leaking everywhere, wont start, belt issues.... will be another couple thousand to fix on a 4,000.00 car. Very bad purchase.

Bought a Mazda 3 from them couple days back,they were friendly and helpful with the entire process. Everything went smoothly.

We purchased a 2005 Ford Freestyle from Amicars on Wed. March 4th, 2020. After doing much research and having several lengthy conversations with Federic on Facebook Marketplace (this is where we found the car listing). Among the conversations that we had was the inspection status of the car. At first, we were told that it would be inspected when we got there and then we were told that it had been inspected last July. After driving (3 hours) from State College, we ended purchasing the car with the plan to take it to our own mechanic just to give it a once over. Honestly we had no concerns, we assumed that would be just a confirmation that everything was ok. We took it to our mechanic two days later on Friday March 6th and he had it on the lift for all of 1 minute when he called me over to let us know that the Rocker Panels were completely rusted out and it would NOT pass inspection come July of this year. Both he and the body shop manager to whom we ended up taking the car for repair stated beyond a shadow of a doubt that there was no way that this car should have passed inspection last July. I have attached a couple of pics of the extent of the rust and the subsequent bill of $1000. We were also told (and shown) by our mechanic that the Lower Control Bushings and the Sway bar links (also inspection items) would also need to be replaced. That repair bill for that (also included a couple of wheel lug nuts and some tire valve stems) was $898.27. When I attempted to respectfully address these concerns with the owner (Amin) and his Facebook representative (Federic), I was met with disrespectful yelling (mostly denial and accusations) from the owner and absolutely no help from Federic who was the person we were most in contact with throughout the process. We have reported Amicars to the PaState inspectation complaint office and needless to say, we would NOT recommend doing business with Amicars. This is our first and last purchase from them.

Im very happy with their service. Took my Model 3 in for a safety inspection, the staff was friendly and they got me in and out quick.

PLEASE BEWARE AND DONT GO HERE. Its a mess, they are extremely rude (and I am not sensitive to anything) and they lie. Cars get driven around for mileage when engine is replaced and they don’t tell you and also gets rolled back. The owner is disgusting towards women. And the charge is ridiculous. It’s always unprofessional and ghetto there.

🚨**** From a customer using my friends Google account to write a review ****🚨Sam (The owner) is awesome!I got my Benz today and only had to wait an extra day or 2 after he took it into his shop to replace my tires to ensure 100% safe driving.Mercedes tires arent cheap either and he didnt ask me to pay any extra.My advice is to listen to your car on your test drive and listen to his advice.If he says he wants to replace something or wants to do one more safety check, its worth the extra day or commute.Dont get excited and rush to take it that day.Hes more than willing to work with people.And Id also recommend that you get the extended warranty because you just never know what can happen.And if your car gives out and you dont have the proper coverage, then WELP... Thats what happens when you dont have yourself covered.I read the reviews before coming and now that my process is over, I can see that the people that had issues just cheaped out on coverage.No offense!Anyhoo, thanks again Ami. :)Ill definitely recommend you to friends and family!

Came from Philly to buy 08 4runner, my wife says dealers are crooks Bassam & team perform inspection/put new stickers, they say everything is ok! My daughter takes 4runner, heavy rain for over 1.5 hrs. driving back to philly, cars brakes show issues all along the way. Once in Philadelphia, car is taken to Toyota, tech there says that brakes in that condition shouldnt pass inspection. Car is repaired, costs about $1000, tech also finds issues w one cv axel, Basam now says is not his responsibility, blames repair shop for being so expensive and never, NEVER, ACKNOWLEDGES THE FACT THAT THE CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE COULD HAVE SERIOUSLY INJURED MY FAMILY.BOTTOM LINE, THE NEGLIGENCE, AMBITION OF THESE PEOPLE COULD HURT YOUR LOVED ONES, FOR THEM ONLYY MONEY IS IMPORTANT!

The gentleman completely lied to me! I contacted him by phone and specifically asked him; “ Are you able to get individuals approved who are in chapt 13!” He said, let me call the bank “Westlake” and find out! Didn’t receive a call for almost three hours, I had to call him! So he called me back saying; “I called the bank, and they said yes we can definitely get you approved just fill out an application!” Which I wanted confirmation to avoid any inquiries! So I submitted my application! He said, ok let me submit it to them. Hour past no call, two hours no call, I know it doesn’t take that long to get an approval! So I called him AGAIN, only to find out, he states; “the bank said they can’t work with you because of the bankruptcy!” I went off! After I specifically asked and u told me yes they work with, so he basically LIED! So I said let’s me call the bank, called the bank to only find out, he never called! He is a LIAR, a complete LIAR!

🚫🚫The worst experience Ive had in dealing with mechanics. Although, Ive been referred to this guy by three friends of his! I dont know what would have happened if I was just a stranger! He charged me triple the normal price, he was late three days on the day he promised he will finish the work on my car, he didnt fully fix it, and he told me its fixed which caused me to fix it again. Because I drove it while it still damaged.🚫🚫🚫🚫 l worn anyone going to use this place, the owner is not an honest person, and the guy who is doing the work doesnt know anything about cars. If you want to wast your money visit this place.If there is something less than one star I would have given it to this place. Simply I lost $400 dollars just by visiting this place, not to mention the time I wasted.
