Horrible store couldn’t return my ring and when I finally shipped it to them took 4 months to process my refund and I had to call 15 times to make sure they figured out what they were doing. Never buy this trash

A good selection of charms for bracelets, and other jewelry. However customer service was a bit lacking. I was in the store for over 20 mins, without assistance, when I located the charm I wanted myself. Once a sales person freed up they were very friendly.

While the jewelry pieces are absolutely beautiful, and make awesome gifts. I feel the quality of some of the items are cheaply made. As a customer who owns many pieces I have some concerning disappointments with Pandora. I have a mesh bracelet which is beautiful, it is not the problem but the charms definitely are. My husband purchased the ladybug charm for me, one day while putting on my blouse the charm fell off. I was in my room found it I put it back on good and secure. Thank goodness. Well I walk to the car took my pocketbook off my shoulder get my child in the car seat drive 30 minutes to my destination... check my arm! No charm! I was sick to my stomach. Pandora does nothing about this! I was so sad. My husband purchased the same charm again. I was so scared to even wear the bracelet. So needless to say I now have two beautiful charms that legit have superglue on them to hopefully insure they will not come off. And if they do I will have a mesh bracelet without charms. It’s sad that pandora doesn’t insure or replace after seeing the same complaints about their products.I also have a bangle which the clasp is very weak I have several time undone the clasp without my knowledge until I hear charms hitting the floor. I’ve told my husband I think I’m done. I will never have that bangle full of charms I wanted, at least not from pandora. So I’m on the hunt for something of better quality. Which is sad because pandoras pieces are so cute, but the quality is so unacceptable, and they do not care.

They greeted me as soon as I walked in. Even though I had to wait a few minutes, I did not mind because they were so friendly and they told me that they will be right with me. Once I was served, the sales representative was so friendly and we actually talked about her mom being a teacher. I would definitely recommend this store.

I am a huge fan of Pandora and have made numerous purchases online and at several stores. I am not one to write bad reviews, however, this needs to be said. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received at this particular Pandora shop. The woman helping me could’ve used a lesson on smiling, but that is not the reason for this review. The true disappointment came from her coworker. She made me feel I was more of a nuisance rather than a paying customer. Her condescending attitude and the manner in which she spoke to me was absolutely unacceptable. Her rudeness was uncalled for. I made my purchase regardless, because I wasn’t there to waste anyone’s time but to buy something. If you’re thinking of shopping here, lower your expections and you won’t be disappointed.

They have the worst worst worst customer service known to man. The website let me place an order for merchandise they didn’t have. Second I waited for 2 rings and one only came. Third my second ring was canceled and when I called the “supervisor” said she wouldn’t do anything about the fact that I needed to place a whole new order and wait for regular shipping! I won’t ever order again no matter how beautiful the jewelry is. But poshmark sure does sell it cheaper and you will get it faster...

I wish there was a worse rating I could give. As they are the worse store ever. They do not know customer service at all. I shop Pandora all over the country and know what I want when I go in. I normally spend minutes in a store but this store with their system required me to stay over an hour to buy one charm that I knew what I was getting when I showed up but they still made me wait. I will let Pandora corporate know of this nonsense.

I’m very disappointed with the staff at this location. After waiting for at least 30 minutes I was finally able to make my purchase, however the sales person failed to fully explain the return policy. My information was entered into the system and I was told if it didn’t work out I could bring it back. Fast forward... unfortunately the purchase did not work out but I can’t make a return because I don’t have the receipt. Never mind my information and verification of the purchase is in the system. I spoke with the manager but she was very unhelpful and stated it’s their prescribe to explain policies to each customer. while speaking with her I pointed out SEVERAL employees failing to explain store return policy - her response I’ll speak to my employees. I will not shop at this location again!

Nice jewelery, but pretty expensive once you buy enough pieces to make your charm bracelet look decent with the minimum possible items. I took off one star because of the prices, but they do sell nice jewelery in sterling and 14kt gold, and they do have a one year warranty, which is unheard of with jewelery.

What is going on with Pandora? Customer service at this store has plummeted over the last six months. My husband bought me a Pandora bracelet from a online authorized Pandora vender for V-day (he always waits till the last minute and wont go to the store because of the lines) that turned out to be the wrong size. This has happened once in the past and the Southpoint store had no problem exchanging. Things are very different now- they dont deal with anything from the authorized venders. Maybe that is a new store policy but while the sales person wasnt exactly rude but she definitely wasnt nice. It was very embarrassing and Ive spent hundreds at the store in the past. This is the second bad experience with this store- I went in a few months ago because my Pandora essence bracelet had broke (the one that my husband just tried to replace) and since it was out of warranty they wanted nothing to do with me- couldnt even recommend what to do. Again, the sales person wasnt exactly rude but definitely wasnt friendly. I have visited this store dozens of times over the past several years and the staff had been wonderful. Now either Ill try my luck with Crabtree or stick with online (the authorized store of course).

This was the 2nd time in 2 weeks I had come, and both times I felt ignored and not as a valued customer. The first time I walked around with my wife for 10 mins before someone approached us just to tell us we would have to wait until someone can speak with us, although there were CSR freely talking.We walked out without a purchase. I chalked it up to a busy Saturday night. I went again today, Sunday AM as soon as they opened and again, ignored for 10 minutes, with CSR walking and talking freely.This Pandora is already small barely 20x20 feet, so I know they see me. I reluctantly made the purchase (simply BC of a credit for only that particular store).I will give them one more try.
