Staff was extreamly rude and rolling eyes. Service is definitely lacking in this location. ALLY was her name. I can tell you I will not be spending any money at this location.

Cute shop. However super expensive and slow as heck. Took them 15 minutes to check out 1 person with 1 thing. You can also find most of their stuff online $5-10 cheaper, including the collectibles.

Zero stars if I could. My fiance and I were in there Monday (2/15/21) at around 6:45pm. She has a medical issue that prevents her from wearing a mask. We walked in and the cashier told us she needed to wear one, she was very nice about it. I told the cashier about the issue she said she needs to talk to the manager. The manager come out (white lady with blonde hair) and was EXTREMELY rude to us! Told us very bluntly if my fiance cannot wear a mask then we have to get out. It was almost like she did not believe us, or was having a bad day and was taking it out on me. We will never step foot back in that establishment. She could have been nice about it, that would have changed everything. But no she decided to be rude and treat us like we did not matter since my fiance has a medical condition that she cannot control.

Super sweet and helpful person working the front today They made me feel welcome as a customer and that mine and others health was important.

I used to come in regularly but stopped since most of the old employees quit. They used to make it so lively and welcoming now it feels like no one cares. It doesnt help when the manager mary is so rude and Im guessing the other manager with blonde short hair, looks like she wants to escape if she could.

Oh my gosh I absolutely love this place! It has a ton of disney stuff and anime things that my daughter loves. Great place to grab a present for someone. And not to mention if a girl i think her name starts with a K, with cat eyeliner and fun eyeshadow is working that day youll definitely feel welcomed and cared for. Definitely stop by if youre near there!

A very easy gift-exploring experience shop! My first words in the store were this is like a Disney and anime expo store in one. My only complaint would probably be the size of the store being small so the shelves and aises seem a little cramped. The selection of pops and nerd-culture items are very similar to the websites selection which I appreciate. The fact BoxLunch has a round-up donate option at register is awesome and modern!
