Betsy and Jenna did a wonderful job providing excellent customer service! Jenny did an outstanding job with the gift wrapping and Betsy was very insightful as she helped me choose wrapping paper, bows, balloons..etcI will definitely be back and i will definitely recommend this business to others!!!

What a store from top to bottom! Superior selection. Quality products and amazing staff. I have been to many other paper stores but none compare to PaperSource. Hands down my go to place for quality paper. Oh! They sell some serious balloons too!

Excellent service but prices for basic gift items are way too high. I could understand this due to the store having a convenient location for mall shoppers.

I dont think Ive ever left a review for a company on Google before, but I am so frustrated by the lack of response from customer service that I have to say something. I had a negative interaction with papersource over the holidays in which customer service took TWO WEEKS to reply to my email. I understood that things were especially backed up from the holidays, so I didnt mind as much.This time, I ordered a roll of wrapping paper and 3 birthday cards on January 11th. I received confirmation that my package was being shipped on January 13th. I received the delivery on January 15th. The problem is that the package only included the wrapping paper roll. The shipping invoice had the other 3 items circled in pen, whatever thats supposed to mean.When I first made the order I received an email saying that if any items were unavailable I would be alerted immediately. That did not happen in my first order over the holidays or this time. When I went onto papersources tracking page it says that all of my items have been delivered. I have been charged for all of the items but have only received one of them.I tried calling customer service on Monday and went from #12 to #3 over a span of 60 minutes and then had to hang up because I had to go back to work.I am currently on hold with customer service today. I went from #22 to #9 over the course of 47 minutes and am again afraid I am going to have to hang up.I emailed customer service on Monday regarding this order and still have not received a response.I will no longer be buying anything from this store.

They have some interesting things, but a lot of the paper products seemed like they have fallen off the shelf quite a bit and are damaged or have poor quality control.

I think the story is fascinating and there are so many unique items. Even my nine-year-old son likes going to this store! They have some beautiful papers and so many other interesting things that you dont commonly find. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I think theyre a little overpriced.

The store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are usually cheerful and helpful. They have a wonderful selection of cards and wrapping paper. They offer wrapping services at this location. They have a wide selection of nicknacks that tend to be on the expensive side. Good in a pinch or if youre looking to splurge.During weekday morning/afternoons, they only have one person staffed on the shop floor and maybe another person opening up merchandise in the back. Getting help may be a little slower if there are multiple people shopping.

Have a look at the frequent workshop they organize. If you like crafts, it s also a good way to meet like minded people while improving your skills and knowledge. a lot of cute good gifts ideas too :)

Fun store with a lot of gift trinkets, toys, games, books and the like. Large selection of stationary paper, writing pieces invitations and all things associated with paper. Work going in and looking around.

Customer Service of Walmart in a Boutique Setting. I have to say I was truly disappointed in the empowerment of the employees of this store today. I purchased over $150 in items and was asked to move to a different register to check out. When I did I left my portfolio that I used at lunch on the counter. After driving the 30 minutes back to my office in Raleigh I called and asked for them to mail it o me. She said, that is no problem, but you will have to pay for it. I responded with, that is no problem, Ill drive back and return the $150 worth of merchandise that I just purchased and retrieve my portfolio. That is exactly what I did. So what is the margin on your items? 40-60% markup i presume and you couldnt mail back my portfolio that would have cost you $4. My first and last visit to a Paper Source. Cheers!

I loved this store!!! What an unexpected surprise!! There was a wide assortment of items. Far more than just paper. I am looking forward to going back when I have time to shop leisurely.

This place is awesome! A wall of wrapping paper that I cant wait to go through again. Paper crafting items, planners, even a table for mens gifts.

Always a pleasant experience, and staff is very helpful. I go here frequently to pick up marketing materials, and the staff is always quick to assist and make sure I am getting exactly what I am there for. I highly recommend them if you are looking for unique and fun stationary and paper crafts.

Not nearly as many cards as I expected and none for the occasion I was shopping for. Plenty of paper projects, which wasnt unexpected and was actually refreshing to see. However, the amount of random gifts was disappointing when contrasted with the small selection of cards.

Paper Source us a unique shop. It has a large selection of beautiful wrapping paper, cards, quirky gifts, scrapbooking and journaling supplies, as well as classes and stationary needs. This is now my go to place since Camerons in Carrboro has closed. I love the selection of funky cards, funny and unique gifts, and gorgeous paper. The store is well organized and the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Its also in a prime location near various other stores on the Streets of Southpoint. I highly recommend a visit; especially when looking for the perfect, unique gift to give someone else or youre treating yourself.
