I absolutely enjoyed building a bear for my 9 month old granddaughter. She will have something she can cherish for years to come. I also love the fact that I was able to record a clip of a song I sing to her. My granddaughter absolutely loves her bear and sleeps with it every night. Thanks ladies for creating a memorable experience.

The two young adult manager’s of this build-a-bear location were so lovely. I am generally not a review person. But I was so taken back by their gentleness, joyfulness and empathy. They even tried to make sure my 7yr old spent his own money wisely. You can tell they not only care of their jobs but they like what they are doing.

Very helpful staff. Well organized location. Easy for anyone to shop at while waking through the mall. Their ability to add a recorded message into their bears is why we shop Build-A-Bear. You can make a memory for someone in minutes that will last them a liftime.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Its not a full store, though, but more like a kiosk and its right outside the food court. So its small, with a limited selection of bears and accessories. It gets the job done so to speak, but you dont get the same feel and experience as going to a full store. There is not a bath station, or dressing station. I would not recommend if its your childs first BAB, but if you ordered online and just need it stuffed, or if its your childs 10th, then its great.

Lady employee was a little rude. Didn’t say hi or greet. She spoke to her coworker the entire time about her personal life as I was looking at items... Her coworker helped me check out while she stood right in front of the card reader speaking to a friend who came to visit. They saw me trying to pay but they kept talking right in front of the register. Not real great customer service on her part.. she is more worried about socializing than attending to customers. Not sure of her name but she was working on 9/30 at 12pm.

The staff was awesome!!! My daughter is autistic, and was celebrating her 25th birthday. She picked 3 animals to stuff, and got the scent for all 3, and the voices for all 3. She loves them!!! There was the cutest little boy there, and we let him push the floor petal to stuff them, and put the hearts inside. He was precious! It was a great experience!!!

This place was great with my kid. They didn’t force anything on us and were very patient. Our helper was Brandy and I will definitely ask for her when we go back.

Their online system is the worse. I just placed an order online for the first time and my total was $53.40. I use gift cards that totaled $45. After taxes my card should have been charged $8.40 instead I was charged $37.80. I now have to wait 3-4 days for the shipping to take place before I can get my credit of $29.40. I was told this will always happen when they are running a promotion and you’re using a gift card etc. which makes no sense to charge more than the actual price and to make customers waits. Build a Bear stores DO NOT match their online prices/promotions yet they hold more money then they should when you use gift cards during their promotions which is ridiculous.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times. Yes, it is a kiosk and not a full store, but it is convenient if you don’t want to drive to Crabtree. So you won’t get a secluded in store experience, but the employees try their best to make it as close to the in store experience as possible. Both times, the employees have been very friendly. Yes, some will push more than others to get additional items like clothing or sound, but they are in sales, so that is what they are trained to do.For those complaining about high prices, this has been the norm for Build-a-Bear for years. The first bear I purchased back in 2001 was $15 back then. I don’t think a store should be rated low because the prices are too high for you.For what it is, I think this location is perfectly fine.

Love the new concourse concept! Building a bear has never been faster/more efficient, and they have a great selection of all the most popular bears and characters.

We were able to get my daughter a kitty, but be aware its a kiosk not a store. Youll be standing in the middle of a walkway making your bear near the food court. Not nearly the same experience youd get in a store. I dont reccomend it.

I went with my daughter to look around and was greeted by a very pushy rude young lady with no respect. She had glasses and long hair. She was trying to sell things to me, and I told her no, but repeated herself to my daughter anyway. I asked her if she heard me and she snaps ” yes ma’am. I heard you”. I wanted to ask her why she repeated herself if she heard me, Butbi didn’t want to start an attitude around my daughter. Another clerk then helped us and she was a lot nicer. I was relieved.
