The associate - Sarah - was quick to offer assistance, then allowed me the space to try on glasses. She then pivoted to other customers in the store and kept everyone in progress without making me (or anyone else, I imagine) feel neglected. Once I had made my selection, she conducted the transaction smoothly and quickly. I was in and out in no time, which is great.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Both ladies were so sweet and very knowledgeable about their products. My son walked away very happy. Thank you!!!!

Great experience! Sarah matched price reduction on Oakleys and gave good advice on cleaning and 1 year warranty. The warranty was $20 with a $40 deductible on a $214 retail sunglasses.

I always find the best sunglasses here, the greatest selection and high end quality eyewear!! The staff are very professional and knowledgeable of all the different sunglasses and the prices are very reasonable. I always pick up three or four pairs of sunglasses Everytime I shop here. Hands down this is the best place!!

Okay selection and the store employees are nice, but the wait to get inside is a bit annoying. Their current policy is only 4 people max inside at a time so there tends to be a queue formed and it can be a lengthy wait. It can also be cramped inside, as there is a sunglasses rack immediately adjacent to the cash register. If someone is checking out, you either cant look at the glasses their, or you are in their way and they have to stand back from the register. Staff was kind and helpful.

So far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. There was a sells guy when I got to the store he was really nice and kind, I was debating between two pairs of glasses, when this lady came out of nowhere, with the worst attitude, she almost bumped into me when trying to “clean the glasses” more like taking the glasses from me, when I was not even done. With that attitude she lost a $500 sell, I wouldn’t recommend coming to this store if this lady is there (the one with the arm tattoo), and if you are the manager or owner of this location and you are reading this, let me inform you that employees like her might be damaging your business and your sells overall, I would rather buy online or somewhere else than coming here again.

I visited the store today, we were trying glasses on, trying to figure out which ones were the best for us and this lady that works there (the one with an arm tattoo) came out of nowhere with the worst attitude, she almost took the glasses out of our hands and started cleaning them... so rude and disrespectful, I would rather buy online now that coming to this store ever again. If you don’t know about customer service, you shouldn’t work at a store like this, so dissatisfied and disappointed.

Same story with the lady with the arm tattoo, I don’t even know why or how she would works there, extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional, we understand your job is to clean the sunglasses after we tried them on, but you can’t take the glasses almost out of my hands when I’m not even done trying them, if you see this lady at the store, I would recommend you to walk out and come back later or buy online... save yourself from an unpleasant experience.

My experience here reminds me why Id rather buy sunglasses and things like this online. They sold me the pair off the floor instead of a brand new pair from the back. Bad policy in my mind. Wont be purchasing from here or any other sunglass hut again.

Service was excellent! I typically have trouble finding sunglasses that fit correctly along with looking good, but Amanda picked out the right pair the first time. Ill definitely be going back!
