I bought a matte lip pencil here and asked if it would last all day, the lady said it would. It definitely does not, came off after eating. I called and asked if I could return it and the women asked if I had used it, I was honest and said I did once. She said they do not take back used items. This reasoning doesnt make sense to me because when I was there, they had testers out. The older women who had helped me pick a color was testing them on my skin. She also took one of the testers, removed her mask and put it on herself and told me she could give me one to try out also. But they wont take back something Im not happy with? Cute store but I will not returning.

I Have been waiting to get my daughter’s ears pierced but Covid happened!!! But finally got it done n it was a very good experience . With a crying toddler (who has hardly seen anyone because of Covid restrictions ) who was scared n fighting with all her strength to not let a stranger so close to her ! The ears were pierced n on spot !!!! Alhumdulillah

Nancy did a fabulous job piercing my 5 year olds ears! She was kind, patient, and distracted her well. They have a wide selection of earrings and so much other cute stuff! We drove from Raleigh to come and we will be back again!

Places like this should NOT be using any kind of needle to pierce ears. The rate of infection is much higher.

Well what can I say about Merle Norman cosmetics they have no one representing younger people they have no one who had professional looking makeup applied they didnt have anyone with personality even though they were very knowledgeable about what they had it just feels like a store for elderly people to buy makeup
