I went in today to restock my soaps. I have never been to this location and will never go again. When I came in I was not acknowledged at all. Normally I wouldn’t have an issue with this, but as soon as two white people came in she tripped over herself welcoming them. I almost walked out but I drove almost 2 hours to shop for soaps. As I was waiting in line the same lush employee asked a woman behind me in line if she found what she was looking for, again she ignored my existence. As a poc when I shop in predominantly white areas I can recognize when I am being ignored simply for the way I look. The cashier was nice, but she also did not acknowledge me until I was checking out. If I ever shop with lush again, I’ll stick with buying online.

Cute, trendy boutique of Fresh Homemade Cosmetics Bath bombs, bath oils, bubble bath, skin care, hair care, make up, soaps and more all from natural, organic homemade recipes... luxurious, unconventional mixing art, music and fashion creating uniquely named products. I bought a Butterball bath bomb with coca butter and vanilla and gave me a sample of their awesome soap called Sexy Peel with fresh citrus juices! They smell awesome, cant wait to try them. A bit pricey for bath products but perfect for a special splurge or present. Located inside Streets of South Point, free and wheel chair accessible parking.

I hadnt been to this location is a few years, and both experiences were great. Today, I was greeted at the door, and led to a sink for hand washing. Afterward, an lady assisted me in finding a face product that met my needs. She was kind, and knowledgeable. The store was organized, and clean which has me sure that Ill revisit this location again.

Everytime I’ve gone into lush, the employees are wonderful. however, my visit today stood out today. of course everyone greeted and asked me if I needed help, but rachel at checkout went beyond measures. not just as an employee, but as a person. she started naming off similar scents/products to what was in my bag, and I mentioned how I loved lavender and orange. rachel went out of her way to provide me samples with the scents I enjoy, but made sure they were not too strong because I also mentioned I get migraines easily. I appreciate this store and what they stand for, and I also appreciate the employees for their genuine kindness and bubbly personalities. thank you rachel!!!

The staff here is incredibly helpful and kind. Like every Lush store, the smell is incredible. I appreciate the strict guidelines the store is implementing during Covid and telling each customer before they come in the door.

I love walking into this store (even if it’s just for some window shopping). This place literally RADIATES happiness. It’s not just because of their products and all the amazing scents, but also because Lush employees are always so friendly, so service-oriented, and also so knowledgeable about their products (without seeming scripted).I think this is a great place if you’re looking to treat yourself or someone you care for, with something that’s guilt (and calorie)-free. I like their mission statement. I went in for a gift exchange once, worried it would be a problem, but it was hassle free.

This place is fab! Putting it on my Christmas list for a gift card. Its the kind of place you dont want to share with anyone. The fragrances are my favorites.

Great products! And a truly unique store to visit in the mall. The only downside is the over-eager approach of the staff. They jump on you as soon as you enter the store. They mean well obviously but sometimes its better to ease in or help from afar.

Im a dude so I never really heard about this place until my current girlfriend told me about it. I do get stressed out a lot and as the day goes by, my face does get oily. I do break out a little bit around the forehead and sides of the face. When I came in to LUSH, the staff was so knowledgeable about the products they sell that they sometimes know exactly what you are describing if you are talking about a specific product that they might have. They do ask you questions about your face and how oily it is, etc. Once they do that, they do recommend you some products to buy and if you are not sure, they can and most of the time will give you a free sample to try out before you buy the whole thing.All of there products are natural and are 100% chemical free. I do have to say that after about half a year on LUSH, my face has cleared up so much more. You just need to find that one product that fits your face the best which the LUSH employees are more than happy to figure it out with you.They do have bath bombs which they should as they are the original creators of of them. They also have many kinds of facial and body wash. Different kind of toners, masks, and lotions. Its best to go in and speak to someone there as they will know what to get for you. There products do last me a while so I do not need to keep going back which is always a plus so I can save money.I still go back and will keep going back because it has been the only place that sells products that trully do help my face. Knowing that the staff will always help and willing to help makes my return feel a lot better.

The team at this location is do helpful. I walked in and instantly felt overwhelmed. However, an associate was very helpful. Not too pushy! He kept coming back to ensure I was still doing alright. All my questions were answered, and he was knowledgeable of the ingredients. Great place!

Lush has a great product line. You can go into this place thinking youre only getting soap and youll leave out with skin care, perfume bath bombs, etc. Lush is the spot to get just about everything you may want for your skin. Environmentally friendly body care products for all people. The commitment to sustainability and quality are what bring me back again and again. I’m a big fan of their scents. The customer service can get a little aggressive with many people offering to help, but there’s a good side to that, too. Also, you can sample anything.

Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Incredible selection of indulgences. Lots of free samples and fun demonstrations. I told them about my sensitive skin and which scents I like and they guided me to perfect combinations. I only spent $25 and am now completely stocked with a many products. No gimmicky sale deals like BBW where you have to spend money to save money.

Theres always something new to try, and the people that work there are super friendly and helpful. Especially Tucker, he was happy to help me find everything I was looking for.

I absolutely love this store and the people that work here. I have gone to consult about getting some hair care products and body sprays and the consultants have been extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction. They listen to what you want and give advice accordingly. I also like that they can give samples for some products that you may want to try. I like being able to make commitments after making sure I wont have adverse reaction on my sensitive skin.

Love this place! It’s my go-to for all things soap and bath! And it’s great for gifts. Everything there smells really nice! And the staff is really friendly. They’ll be glad to show you a hands-on demonstration and they’re very knowledgeable about all of the products. If you know what you’re looking for they’ll help you find stuff similar to it. And if you’re more of a hands-off peruser, they will let you do your own thing, as they don’t work on commission. I love that their products are cruelty-free, sustainable, and handmade!

This place might be overstaffed at times..But someone is always eager to help you any questions you may have the minute you walk in.The staff remains quite knowledgeable about their merchandise and offer plenty of sample items to help influence your decision.It would be nice if they would have 2 registers. This store attracts a good sized crowd so waiting in line for an incredibly short transaction is pretty common in this store (or at least thats been my experience).

I cant say enough wonderful things about LUSH and the employees at the Southpoint location. I volunteered for Mijente/SiembraNC at this location last weekend and was delightfully surprised to learn about their commitment to helping us raise funds and inform people about our cause. Each individual employee listened to our story and goals and would be sure to include this when talking to clients. Kudos to everyone!

This is a very unique store and theres such a wide variety... My nine-year-old son loves the store and they were super careful in helping us shop as he has several allergies.

Walked into this shop yesterday and it was the best customer service experience Ive ever had! I wasnt really sure what I was looking for but I was greeted when I walked in and someone walked up to me and offered to help answer any product questions I had. In addition to be knowledgeable about their products, the attendant that had suggestions for me based off information u gave him about my hair and routine. The waste free products are really amazing! So happy with my experience here.

I really love LUSH and all of their products! The employees are very helpful (especially as someone with a cocoa butter and shea butter allergy) but at times it feels like the LUSH employees are literally following your every move. I understand that they probably have to meet a certain amount of customers or sales or maybe both but not being able to move five feet without being asked if Im doing okay or if I want to ask about anything (even if Ive just spent 10 minutes speaking to an employee) can be annoying, especially since I was trying to show my boyfriend the items myself as it was his first time.

Didnt enjoy my visit to Lush at Streets of Southpoint today. This negative review is not based on the products, but on the customer service. Profiling visiters in a retail establishment by untrained associates happens every day. However, being the subject of unconscious or conscious bias is always disappointing. The sales lead greeted me (Hi), asked me if Ive ever been to Lush before (yes), and what is a favorite LUSH product (I dont frequent enough to have a favorite)? That exchange was fine, until I overheard her tell another associate to watch me. I immediately lost all desire to shop; my husband and I had specifically gone to the mall purchase from the store. I told my husband, who was seated near the entrance, what had occurred and the words I overheard. My husband suggested that we leave; only to have the sales lead on our heels to the door. I buy and enjoy LUSH products, but will now order online or support a small local skincare maker.

I love Lush and was excited to visit this one since I dont live close to one. The store itself was very nice and well stocked. However, this Lush was incredibly overstaffed the day that I visited. It was to the point that people couldnt even walk around the already crowded store. Staff stood in clumps around the store talking to each other, not moving for people to get around. Other staff was constantly asking me if I needed help, and while I appreciate assistance and I know that staff is required to approach customers, it was excessive and some staff members were pretty rude in their approach. I was asked if I needed help with the skin products because I look like I could learn a few things about skincare? It got so overwhelming that I had to leave the store. Im not sure if this was just all new staff because of the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, but I did not have the most enjoyable experience here.
