Great store! They have a hand sanitizer station inside the door, and are using bags instead of plastic carts/carriers. The young lady who assisted me was fantastic. Im handicapped, and she carried my bag and helped me get everything I needed. Best customer service! 💜

I went in to buy a X-Mas gift for my daughter-in-law. The ladies working the floor were wonderful and a great help. Then the ladies working the cash registers quick and even double bagged my items. I would highly recommend shopping at this store!!!

I go to buy bath cloths and towels, get to the register and the prices are wrong. I requested to see a manger bc the items were on the clearance shelf and I felt the price should be honored. I meet Trinia and she seemed to be a bit agitated. We go through the issue, she explains how cs move items and put in wrong place. My experience in retail it happens but the majority of items on the clearance shelf were in the wrong place, neatly folded and my answer to her cs dont refold items, they throw them where ever. After going back and forth, she honors my request and gave me a better deal than on the sale sign. I laughed bc she was hitting the register like Madea,I dont know what set her off today but I want to say thank you and I hope you have a better afternoon.

The cashier was very sweet, nice and very patient I believe her name was Cece.I saw a comment in the other reviews saying that there were customers in the store stealing and that the cashiers didnt do anything about it, Well in response to that comment I would like to say maybe its because the store Doesnt Have SECURITY yet and theyre Working On It, so Be careful What You SAY because you dont know what youre saying about a SITUATION maybe no one said anything because they were AFRAID for their LIVES because they DONT HAVE SECURITY YET as far as I know. Its a GREAT STORE. All they NEED Is GOOD SECURITY Now !!!

Really like the store at New Hope Commons. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it is easy to get in and out as there is ample parking.

U wouldve thought it was the night before Christmas, but the store Associates did extremely well handling the Mothers with kids under 5, to ensure nothing was broken. With that being said Mothers of all races need to keep their little ones within their reach, cause quite a few small children bump into me, and the kids had no mask

Horrible customer service! Store manager was rude and disrespectful to customers. One customers were allowed to purchase 36 candles while one of my family members could t even purchase one. I will never visit that store again and will suggest none of my family or friends do either. Store manager should be fired!

This place is addicting. The different fragrances and aromatherapy scents sends me into overdrive. To me its a adult version of a kid in a candy store. The customer service is great and there is always a good sale going on, plus great rewards.

Nick was definitely helpful from the time I came in til the time I left. I came in looking for 2 seasonal scents; unfortunately, they do not have It at this time. Instead, Nick directed me to other collections that are very similar to the scents I was looking for (which I can say I am in love with now!).Not only was the store neat and organized, but the customer service was beyond satisfactory.

Everything was going well till we got to the cashier and the girl was being very rude she got mad because I ask for an extra bag I bought 15 items and she tried to fit everything in a small bag and the bag was ripping. When I go back I will ask for her name and speak with the manager.
