I’m seeing a lot of reviews about being left alone by employees, but I liked that the employees let you find what you needed. If asked, they were always happy to help. The stock of the store, especially toners was low but I think the woman working was putting in an order at the front. Store was also very clean
This location was clean and orderly but when I walked into the establishment there were 3 employees that looked right at the door and waited till I acknowledged them. I never walked past the counter because I was there for a pickup. When I informed them I was there to pick up items that were ordered I was looked at like she had no Idea what I was talking about. Maybe cause I was a male and all three pickup items were for females beats me doesnt matter. This is a very convenient location to do my shopping and will hope that the customer service picks up a bit. I do understand that some people have bad days and I truly hope that was what the issue was today.

Nothing about store was wrong. Plenty of what I was looking for was in stock. Cashier on register 1@11:24 on 10/11/2020 has bad customer service. Needs retraining. After being irritated over something Ive never had a problem with before, I went to sallys on University Dr. with the purchase I made at Renaissance pky and they fixed the problem with no attitude and good customer service. It took about 10 min and I was gone. It took 15min at other store and ended with me being told I need to call customer service. She needs to call so she can get some.
Received terrible customer service from the manager. DO NOT shop at this location. Please be aware that Sally’s is now charging for bags after spending your hard earned money on their products. After several customers expressed their dissatisfaction with the new policy, the manager indicated she hear this complaint all day long and proceeded to have an attitude with the customers. I refuse to spend my money at an establishment that does not treat their customers with respect.
This store deserves no stars but have to give only in order to post this.The ONLY reason I went to this store is because the other location was closed for some reason. It was raining and the sign on the door said 10 customers at a time. My 2 children and I tried to enter the store and the lady at the front (with attitude) said we had to wait. So we waited outside ever though there were only 4 customers in the store at the time. After 2 customers left the store we were still left outside waiting. When the last 2 customers came out we went in and this nasty lady was looking us up and down and kind of following us as if we were about to steal or something. Dont know if it was a race thing or not but I have been a Sallys member for at least 15 years. And I DONT APPRECIATE FEELING LIKE AN UNWANTED CUSTOMER. THIS WOMAN AND OTHER WORKER REALLY SHOULD WORK OF THEIR MANNERS AND LEARN HOW TO TREAT THE CUSTOMERS WHO COME THERE AND SPEND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION PERIOD.
Worst curbside pickup in the world .... Not only did I waste 1 hour of my time ... So I called four times and only an answering machine answered ... knocked on the door the lady said she only took orders left on the voicemail .. left 3 messages with my name and number NEVER GOT A CALL BACK ... 5 people did the same thing.. they got out of the car, the lady at store/desk did NOT CARE if we were calling or knocking at the door ...LEFT there and drove to Raleigh

Offers curbside pick up . But when I went there the lady couldnt even open. The door a crack just to tell me what she was saying ... I tried to order online but dosent give curb side pick up a option !!!!!! And the lady said she was closed for lunch from 1-2 thats all I could understand from reading lips and she said to call, but I have been calling the number ALL MORNING and it just hangs up after it says please hold for a associate... VERY VERY FUSTURATING I love that you offer curbside but I dont like how you handle it Durham renaissance location
Terrible service and communication. The phone was never available to place order for curbside. Then when I arrived to store to inquire about placing an order the cashier lady was highly rude and blatantly ignored me. Never came out to speak or acknowledge me. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
The thing that makes the difference about this Sally Beauty location to me is the awesome STAFF! No matter what Im going through or doing to my hair, I always feel like the staff at this location are able to help advise me regarding finding the perfect product. Bonus is that I sometimes get tips/tricks regarding application techniques...information I just cant get anywhere else!
Casandra the store manager is amazing! She’s so helpful and sweet. I can appreciate a manager that is true to her word, and does what she can to help. Very impressed!

Super unprofessional.. had a sign up saying they’d be back in 30 mins. & came back an hour later and the sign was still up withy the same time they’d be back. That’s very misleading seeing how even online it said the store was open. Multiple people stood outside and waited, pulled the door & even called. They could’ve updated the sign at the least. Person didn’t return until 3:40
Not a friendly place. The customer service is lacking very much. I have been here 3 times now looking for products and each time I scan the store first before asking for help. This visit I asked for help and the lady at the register (who had no customers at the time) just pointed in a direction and said near there. Puzzled, I was not sure what direction so I guessed and slowly walked in the assumed direction to continue looking for what I had come to the store for. Less than 2min. another customer ask for help and the lady gladly stepped from the register to help the customer and talked about hair extensions and weaves. Im not being racist but note that the employee and the customer were African American and Im not. Disappointed and frustrated that I couldnt find what I was looking for I left the store empty handed. Manager please if you read this help your employees work on EQUAL customer service. Thanks
Staff is always friendly and helpful
The customer service was awful. The manager was working and was on the phone the entire time. When she was finally off I went to ask her a question and she had no idea what she was talking about. I later realized she gave me false information. Other times I have gone in, the employees arent sure what theyre talking about. I would much rather have them tell me they dont know, than give me bad advice.

This is the second time Ive been when the store has been closed in the middle of the day. Last time there was a sign, but this time nothing. Everything says it should be open. Probably done trying to come here, go anywhere else
Just Horrible! I walked in ready to purchase some Andis clippers so that was going to be 70 bucks or more. The lady working was on the phone talking about another customer complaint the whole time. I stood in front of the counter for 5 minutes browsing the Clippers because they are behind the counter. She said nothing, no greet, no I will be with you, she rudely stayed on the phone which turned into her well being because apparently she was just returning back from some type of surgery. I cant stand to be sitting waiting and im trying to spend money in your establishment. No wonder all these reviews says the customer service sucks! I walked out without purchasing anything and will not be returning! Customer service still suck and a inconvenience!
Ive been trying to call the store for the past 30 minutes constant busy tone. After reading the reviews Im assuming theyre just housing on the phone according to the rest of them.

Although it had exactly what I needed to purchase, the customer service was extremely unpleasant from the time I walked in the door until I left. Reluctant to speak when customers walked in the door they had to speak first. Acted like customers were a burden to her day. Her attitude was very rude and her tone of voice was extremely unwelcoming.
