This place is the truth..... I have nothing bad to say about LQ Auto and all the people that work there, its hard to find a business now that actually care and everyone here does. If you are looking for an old school trustworthy auto technicians, stop scrolling and PLEASE give them a call. Plus i got a great car air freshener when i picked my car up !!!!!!!

I don’t know where to start. From the initial point of contact all the way to pick up, the experience was stellar. I was given a quote via text message and when we picked the car up, it ended up being way less than the quote. How often does that happen? (Never)The price, communication and service were all top of the line. I highly recommend Nigel and LQ Auto above any other shop I’ve been to. You will not be disappointed.

I found LQ Auto goggle search. My car has a leak. Since the leak has been fixed. I havent had any issues. Very professional and clean atmosphere. Im a satisfied customer.

Everyone whos been driving for a while knows how hard it can be to come across a good and honest mechanic. I have two vehicles and had work done by LQ Auto on both. First of all, these guys are honest, do quality work at a fair price and they are efficient. They communicate with you every step of the way and get your vehicle back in a timely fashion. I have no plans of taking my car anywhere else. Also, the customer lounge is clean and comfortable, well stocked with coffee and magazines to read while you wait. 5 stars all the way.

Our car died unexpectedly this weekend, and LQ Auto was EXTREMELY professional, kind, and helpful, which mad a bad situation less stressful. The prices were fair, they explained what was wrong with the car, and tried to get it back to us asap. Were new to the area and this is definitely where well take our cars from now on.

Best mechanic shop on the planet. They are very thorough and courteous. There customer service is phenomenal. There honest and dependable . Very warm when you walk in and the essentials oil smells are a plus!! Prices are fair and you don’t feel like your ever being swindled . Definitely check them out for all your auto needs.

Took my 2012 Hyundai for what I was told a “dealer only” steering support issue by another shop. Nigel took no time to look into the problem and was very honest with his recommendations, ended up being the CV axle. No extra, unneeded work and had me better than before in no time. I won’t be taking my vehicles anywhere else.5 star customer service and satisfaction.

Excellent! They fixed the brakes on my high-mileage minivan after I had already tried other places. These guys properly bled the lines and seated everything. Brakes work like new!

These guys are 100%, they were able to resolved my cars electrical problem/alarm system. I want these two young men/owners to succeed, and once you experience their commitment, service, and honesty in wanting to be your mechanic, as I have experienced, you will want them to succeed as well. And what I liked most is that I could tell that they will only take what they can actually chew, and not over promise. I think that they fee-rate is reasonable (and personally if you think that it isnt, then you are being a cheapazz/cheapscape....move on somewhere else....plus they have to make a living & feed their family).Give these guys your service.(this isnt a paid or trade review, but real and honest, and most importantly, a very satisfied customer)

Where do I even start; The pure definition of white gloves service. They actually pick up the phone during their office hours, from where ever you are in the city, they get your car towed to the shop, provide you with a detailed estimate without breaking your bank, and HEAL your car with a sense of urgency. What a find. My oil presure light went on. Not sure what was the problem I checked with my Ford dealer where I bought my 2012 Fusion. With 160k+ the dealer said (without testing) it was mostlikely the oil pump at $1,450 to $1,600 to replace. The dealer could not take me right away but said it was a three week waiting list. I went on line and check the 25 best places to have your car serviced with an oil light sensor problem. The problem I was facing it could be either oil sensor light itself or the oil pump. Replacing the oil pump $1,500 vs replacing the oil sensor $300.After reviewing several reviews I come accross this place ... doesnt look like much from the picture but the reviews were grest. This is a start-up with two experienced mechanics who have over 30 years of experience. I called, they took me same day and fixed the problem for $241.14 including an oil change. It was the oil sensor not the pump.Need a repair give them a chance to prove to you theres still a place that is fair, honest and appreciates your business.Heres a plus, all work is covered by TECHNET 24 months / 24,000 miles.
