The staff are very friendly and helpful. They help keep you on track for when to have your vehicle serviced and when not to. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, with free bottled water and vending machines. I always have a good experience here.
Jarvis is great. However, you had the car for two days and it was only done at the last minute. The front passenger seat was covered with items dumped from the holder between the seats. Coins, glasses etc. were strewn across the seat as was a car part I have no idea about. I usually have my car returned in lovely condition. This was a rush job to get it down by Friday. Not up to your usual standards.
Worst dealership experience ever.I contacted this dealership to inquire about a 2021 Tahoe. They took my information and told me they would be in touch when something like I wanted came in. The next day, Before the sales department opened I got a call saying a Tahoe came in over night in the color and price range I was looking for. I very excitedly made an appointment and went to this dealership right away. It was disclosed to me by the salesperson over the phone that the vehicle was listed for a buying price of $63,390. When I got to the dealership and looked at the vehicle, the window sticker was listed at this price. When the finance manager came over to discuss numbers with me I was shocked to find additional undisclosed costs totaling $6,939! This was referred to as accessories that would be added to this vehicle that was not an option for the customer to decline. So the sales price of this vehicle was in fact $70,329. (Not the listed sticker price) When I asked about this additional amount I was told, βitβs disclosed on our website.β And by this I assume he meant the vehicle sales disclaimer of $699 which is in fine print on the website. When I asked the manager Dave Miller if he would mind showing me where this is disclosed on the vehicle, he couldnβt even be bothered to get up out of his chair.I have never experienced anything like this and hope to never again. Thousands of dollars in additional costs should be disclosed to the customer prior to ever discussing any numbers. My hope is that other customers are warned and do not experience this highly unfavorable issue.
This is the ABSOLUTE best place to purchase a vehicle! Not a single thing overlooked by this phenomenal staff at Hendrick GM. They made the entire process from start to finish completely seamless and from the first second on the lot, they make you feel like family. Special shout-out goes to Sales Associate Jamar Jackson (PLEASE PROMOTE HIM), Sales Manager Geoff Edwards, and Finance Manager Reid White. They make this place the best establishment for all your vehicle needs! This was the second purchase Iβve made from this group of awesome people and they 100% have my business for life!
Mike Bristol was a great help when I went to the dealership to see a truck. He is great guy to talk to he helped me out with everything to make sure I got the truck I wanted. Overall satisfied with my visit.
The service technicians were extremely helpful and friendly but then came the bill. I have an extended warranty with a $100.00 deductible. I was told that there was a starter problem and a bad negative battery cable. They also checked out the transmission and found no problems. I was told that there was no charge for checking the transmission because they found nothing wrong. I was told that I would have to pay for the battery cable because that was a maintenance issue and I would owe the $100.00 deductible and $30.00 for state inspection. The bill was $595.00. That means the battery cable was $465.00. I am stuck because I just bought a service contract and will have to go back 5 more times for service but other than that, you will not see me at any dealership that has the name Hendricks.

If I could put 0 stars I would! People beware of this dealership! They have shady ways. A friend purchased a vehicle from there 6 months ago, recently stated having problems, cooling fan being one of the issues. Had it looked at, at another dealership only to find out they sold her a branded title. Entire undercarriage is rusted. They claim they wouldnβt have sold her a branded title, but they did. Have no intentions on doing any repairs with the rust. Ladies take a man, mechanic, or somebody. They will prey on us and sell you an overpriced P.O.S!

Austin Strickland and Eric Foster are amazing. We were in a pinch because one of our K-9 police cars was down. This is a critical vehicle because we only have 3 of them. Austin and Eric took care of it very quickly. We appreciated everything they did for us. As a side note I switched to this location based on my previous experience with Austin and will be sending all of our vehicles to him in the future.
Eric Foster is the only service rep I trust with all my vehicles. I have been with him for over 8 years have never had a bad experience. He treats every person like they are the only customer he has. I was an out of town purchaser. Purchasing a 2015 Corvette and Luke really worked to get my business. The car was checked out and needed a part but it was on back order. With his assistance I determined that this was the car that I wanted. Exactly what I was looking for. Luke and the finance guy Michael were awesome to work with. We had everything completed down to the last detail. They were up front about all options that I had in purchasing the car. Luke went over the car with me so that I understood what the options were. It could not have been a better experience.

I think the service people were great. They were polite, professional, and helpful. But, the waiting area was like a hospital. Nowhere for a private phone call or video call. Loud music in the common areas. There was no coffee available. Just not conducive to someone who needs to do a little business while waiting. A nice person at the front desk let me use a salespersons office for a business conference call I had to do, so that was great.

I bought a brand new blazer from the Chevrolet in 2019. We were sold a lifetime maintenance package where we get free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. We agreed to this because of how much we travel during the holidays. We were told we could go to ANY Chevy or even Hendricks service center for our car. Today we finally had to go to another service center than our usually because appointments were book until the 9th. We went to the capital blvd location and was told that they donβt honor that package. They charged us $87 for an oil change. What???? We could have went to a jiffy lube down the street and paid a lot less. We drove out here to make sure we could use our oil deal and to keep loyal to the dealership. She then told us weβre lucky that was it, it would have been more the further out we drive which donβt make any sense. I donβt know which location lied to us, the south point location when they sold us this package because the whole point was we could use this offer in ANOTHER state, but the capital blvd location said they are too far for us to use this? Or that they donβt honor at all. Iβm sure but this will be the last time I deal with Chevy. The customer service at the south point location is always amazing and it really sucks that this other location ruined this whole experience. The customer service doesnβt overshadow the fact we were told one thing and had to spend more money. I feel ripped off and tricked into spending hundreds more than what I needed.

Service advisor Iry was pleasant, professional, and responsive. Service department pricing seems approximately 35% high relative to the market rates of the OEM parts from Advance Auto and Auto Zone as well as for the Labor time to do the job from You Tube. The original problem was fixed in a timely manner. However, the criticality of the imminent failure possibility of the engine oil leaks from the pressure sensor and oil cooler lines was not properly diagnosed and forecast. This resulted in the need to return the vehicle for these repairs after approximately 50 miles of driving. Again the Service Advisor, Iry, was very helpful and worked hard to expedite the parts delivery and prioritization of the repair the the shop.

Scheduled service 2 weeks in advance, dropped my business truck off Wednesday for service. Was told by the coordinator I would get a call when ready, 1 day, 2 days at the latest. Called Friday to make sure everything was on schedule and was informed that work had not even begun. Iβm planning my business schedule based on the communication I receive from Hendricks. Losing money now.They tell me there is nothing they can do No courtesy vehicles available, no timetable of when my work would start, no offer of a discount. Only that I was in queue. I will be picking my truck up tomorrow with three outstanding recalls and no timetable for completion in sight.Disappointed in this organization to say the least.

Went in a couple of days ago for repairs and was approached by a knowledgeable salesman Mr. Brian Henry. My husband and I were not shopping for cars, especially in this climate. However during our visit he showed us a couple of options on the lot. He wasnt pushy like other salesmen, he only gave me facts surrounding the vehicle. I didnt know I needed a new car until my visit but I guess I do, I will be back.
About 4 years ago I brought in my old Buick because it was making a shrill scraping noise on bumps after I was rear ended. After having the car for days they claimed they couldnt reproduce the issue. I ended up having to insist on driving it with a tech riding along, and within seconds of leaving the service center they heard the noise. They claimed they knew what it was, they made repairs, I paid, and got my car back. They were wrong, the noise was still occurring. I took it to an independent shop which immediately identified that the control arm bushing had been knocked out in the impact. They were confused as to how this would be missed as they should be checked during any safety inspection. I agree.Fast forward to now. Last week I made an appointment for my new Buick to receive repairs. I dropped my car off 5 days ago at my scheduled appoint time. As of yet they still have not had a tech look at the vehicle. When trying to get an answer as to why, they could not give one.I will not be bringing any vehicle to their service center again. They botch repairs/safety inspections and do not respect the schedules of their clients.
I made my appointment online for 2 recalls for my vehicle. Shortly after making the appointment, I was called to confirm the details, and they let me know they were working to make sure the parts were getting ordered for both recalls.From the moment I arrived at the dealership, I was treated with a sense of appreciation (even though I was just getting safety recalls for a 10 year old vehicle). The service porter greeted me and gave me some simple instructions, and my service writer took great care of me when dropping off and picking up my vehicle. I could not have asked for a better experience.I worked for Hendrick for 10 years, it is nice to see that standard still held very high, with excellent customer service from start to finish.

The wait was longer that expected for an oil change. I had to ask for a status update. After leaving I received an error message βtire monitor systemβ . When I called, I was told I have to schedule a new appointment and the earliest is 2 weeks out. This is something that the service center did and now I am kinda out of a cat because I donβt know if itβs safe to drive.
The experience was easy. Brian helped us tremendously.
We had the pleasure of working with both Mike Mitchell and Brian Henry. Both were wonderful! We were in the process of buying a home so we could not make any large purchases until closing. They were patient with us, answered any questions and made sure we got the right vehicle for our budget. I would highly recommend asking for either of them!
I had an 8am appointment scheduled for a simple oil change and check engine light diagnostic. 3 hours later the oil change was done but it would be another hour before they could even look at the check engine light let alone fix anything that was wrong.No updates throughout the process either.Will definitely be going elsewhere for any service needs.
I bought a vehicle in January. I had some issues with the salesperson not following up on a couple of things that he said he would which was frustrating. But within 2 weeks the backup camera went out and I still had not gotten the second fob I had been waiting on, despite continually following up. At that point Iβd had enough. I bypassed my salesperson and went back into the dealership and spoke to someone else who set me up with Eric Foster in service to resolve the issues with the camera, get the fob I was waiting on, and change the oil (which had also not been done before the sale). Eric is one of the BEST customer service professionals Iβve ever worked with. He got all of the initial issues resolved, made sure I had a loaner while mine was in for service, and went above and beyond to keep me updated throughout the process. While the sales experience was not ideal (nor is it ideal to already have to have had it in for issues outside of routine maintenance a couple of times), Eric continues to be the reason I trust my car with Hendrick and am giving them a good review.TL:DR sales experience wasnβt great but Eric Foster in service is exceptional and if you need anything from Hendrick service, heβs the guy to talk to.
Never again will I ever step foot in this dealership. My husband and I went in to purchase a GMC Yukon and were told that we could not purchase the vehicle unless we paid the fee to have black rims & a clear protectant coat put on the vehicle which was a total of $10,000. They said the general manager was doing this to all incoming vehicles in order to βkeep the lights onβ due to the shortage of vehicles and that βpeople were paying itβ. They would not even work the deal. Need I mention that this would have been a cash deal for them? Some customers do not prefer black wheels. The salesman and the sales manager didnβt seem to care whether we bought or not. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere, at least somewhere that is not rude & that we feel will earn our business. Worst dealership ever!
I worked with Mike, Steven and Reid on purchasing a used truck. I actually had a deposit at another dealership but had to wait due to a missing title. During that time, I saw Hendrick Chevy/GM add a Toyota Tundra to their inventory.I had nothing to lose so I messaged them and they promptly got back to me with the details of the car. I explained my situation, what my trade was appraised at, and if they can make it work based on that. Steven pretty much told me hed get back to me and see how they could help me out. I was astonished how diligently he worked on massaging the numbers, even giving me more for my trade. I decided to in and finalize the deal.Next up was Mike Rose - Mike was my salesman and he went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and take me for a test drive. One of the best experience Ive had. Super nice guy and a straight shooter. Even after the sale, he made sure I received a back up key and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Cant recommend him enough.Reid was my finance manager, and again, nothing but praise. I was in and out of the finance office within 15 minutes tops.Overall, one of the best car buying experience Ive ever had and I am sure to be back when my wife is looking for a new vehicle.
