Dropped off a bumper at noon on Monday and it was ready in just 48 hours. Bumper was flawless. Held it up to the rest of the car and couldnt tell the difference. 100% perfect match. Ive had some experience with shops that do a poor job at paint matching panels or getting the mix of metal flake just right in metallic paint but this one looked like it came right off a brand new car. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I went into Brown Brothers to get a small dent removed from my car door. I wish I could remember the gentleman that spoke with me. He was super nice! He mentioned that he would need to crack the manufactures paint to fix my dent, which he didn’t want to do. Instead he called his guy that does paint less dent removal to see if he could help me. At first he told me he would give me a call once he talked to Roman. Then he said never mind I’ll call right now. Long story short he connected me with Roman, and Roman was able to help me out. I really appreciate him going the extra mile although it didn’t put money into his business. It’s rare to see honest, kind people like this these days. If I EVER need any type of dent repair big or small(knock on wood) for my Audi, I’m definitely returning to Brown Brothers!

I was absolutely blown away by my experience with Brown Brothers. I was referred by another shop that couldn’t make the repair I needed and I am so glad they sent me here. Bobby presented me with 3 different options and price levels for my repair and I ended up going with the lowest price option because of the vehicle’s age. I was blown away by the quality job they did - it was better than I could have hoped for. It took exactly as long as I was told it would take and the price ended up being lower than what was quoted. And if that wasn’t enough, when I got my car back I saw that they had washed it and cleaned the floor mats at no extra charge. I will take my vehicles here for anything I ever need done. This business is top notch.

Really impressed with the kind and helpful people at this body shop. I called with an urgent need for a car mirror repair. They were able to help me the same afternoon so I could drive safely. Everyone from the receptionist to the mechanic to the owners were super friendly and welcoming. I was anxious about being able to drive my vehicle safely but from my first conversation with the mechanic, I knew it would be okay. Im so grateful to him for the speedy service and peace of mind. I now dont have to miss work or find another way to get my family around. Bonus: the waiting room is super cool and has authentic old gas pumps! Thank you for everything.

Pleasure to work with after a bad wreck. They were very accommodating with my requests to check on my car, and moved it out to the front lot to allow me to pull my aftermarket parts and wheels off while they were closed over the weekend. My family has gone here for 30 years, and I will continue to and recommend them to everyone for repairs.

I can`t thank Brown Brothers enough for what they did for my truck when nobody else wanted to even look at my truck!! My Leif spring rotted right off the frame to witch they cut out the rot and replaced it and saved me thousands now I don`t have to buy something else!! They are truly amazing! Worked with Bobby for an estimate to repair the paint damage on my 24 year old Volvo. Rather than question me for bringing such an old car in, he asked my price point and was able to give an estimate in the expected price range and suggest alternatives as the car sits in the sun all day. Very professional all around, and if I decide paintwork is the way to go for my car, this is where I am going! Always nice to work with someone passionate about older cars.

Brown Brothers just repaired my 2005 car that was damaged by another person. The repair went through that persons insurance. Before filing, they were very upfront with an estimate. After filing, they were incredibly easy to deal with and the receptionist was INCREDIBLY helpful on the drop-off and the pick up. INCREDIBLY helpful!! I cant thank her enough! My car looks fantastic!! Brown Brothers made this whole process very easy for me and did a fantastic job on my car. I wouldnt hesitate a bit to recommend them!

Brown Brothers replaced the rear bumper of my new red SUV and re-painted it after a friend ran it into his basketball goal. The paint color wasnt matched well and I wasnt satisfied. Tommy was genuinely concerned about me being 100% satisfied! He had me bring the car back, got me a rental car, and worked hard until he matched the paint perfectly. He really stands by his work and was a genuinely nice person! That was my first experience there but I would DEFINTELY use and recommend them again.

I dropped my car off there for a dent repair and had a fabulous experience. They were so kind and so efficient. As a courtesy Bobby told me my power steering fluid was leaking and he filled it up for me. They also vacuumed out my car, which I am pretty sure means their vacuum cleaner bag is filled with an entire box of cheerios. The dent is completely gone and the outside of the car looks amazing. The woman at the front desk was really courteous and professional and helped me out with an issue I was having with the rental car company.I would go to them 20 times over. Great, great service and HONEST people. Thank you!

I dropped my car off on Monday a few weeks ago. Id bumped into my garage, so my fender was dented and my bumper was cracked. Needed a good amount of repair. Everyone was super friendly and patient, seeing as this is my first car and I clearly had no idea what I was doing. I dropped it off on Monday and they said itd be 4 days, so I was expecting to get it back at the end of the day Thursday or early Friday. Well, then I get a call midday Wednesday saying it was ready. The quality of the repair was great and honestly I dont have a single complaint. I also like how they have the whiteboard up front that maps out all of their repairs for the week.

These guys are honest and good at what they do. I didn’t want an expensive fix and they understood, and made it look great.

I cannot speak to the quality of their work, because they will never be working on any vehicle I own. They are incredibly rude and arrogant and apparently completely unconcerned with customer service. I made an appointment more than a week ago to have body work done on my car for an insurance claim. I confirmed my appointment the day before, arranged for a rental car, and drove to their location. I was first told that they had no appointment scheduled for me. I was then told that I had an appointment, but it was only for an estimate. The estimate had been done months ago. Despite telling me that thats not the way its done... we are the ones who take the pictures and do the estimates, they managed to locate the estimate. She disappeared to ask someone else about it, came back, and told me that they were too busy and couldnt fix my car. She never said sorry, never admitted that they had made an error, never made any attempt to make it right. Meanwhile, the rental car agent is standing there waiting for me the whole time. The insurance agent had referred me to this business. When I told her what had transpired, she told me that she has had several complaints recently about Brown Brothers, and that she would definitely be recording my complaint and letting her superiors know about it.
