No one wants to end up at a body shop, but when you need one there is none better than Hendrick Collision on Hwy 55! What appeared to be cosmetic damage on the surface was actually frame damage that totaled my car. Obviously not the answer I was hoping for, but I couldnt have asked for a better partner than Hendrick in navigating this process. Donnie and the rest of the team were transparent, and proactive in communicating with me. I have total confidence in their abilities. If you are in need of a body shop, Id highly recommend them.

I had an amazing experience working with Hendrick Collision! I came to them after a previous body shop had painted my new bumper the wrong color. They negotiated a price with the previous shop that had made the mistake, so I did not have to pay anything to make the fix. In addition, I was new to the area so I didn’t have a way to coordinate transport to and from the shop. Danny drove me home (30 minutes away) after dropping off my car, and delivered the car back to my house a few days later when it was complete. My car is a difficult color green to match, but the paint job they did turned out perfectly! I am so thankful for their attention to detail, superb work, and great customer service! Having car troubles usually bring me so much grief, but Hendrick’s made it feel easy!Thank you again!!

I went in to get a quote for a paint repair where I was keyed (deep scratch) on my drivers door of my new SUV. They not only were able to buff the scratch out but did not charge me a dime. I had my lift gate repaired due to a deep gouge that was made by opening the lift gate into my garage door. They turned the repair around extremely quick and did a fantastic job as usual. This is the third time I have used Hendrick Collision on 55 and will continue to use them as my body shop needs pop up.

I was not comfortable with the way the driver at fault s insurance company was handling the adjustment, so I reached out to Hendricks for advice. Danny offered to meet me at the tow yard to do an assessment. This was to me really above and beyond and really helped with my anxiety. I deeply appreciate his time and professionalism.

Excellent service, kept me up to date with the repairs. When I got my car back it was WASHED, and the interior was cleaner than when I to it in!Crazy clean, the work was front bumper work.If I ever need a body shop again I hope I’m in their area!

I came in desperation as my sunroof was broken and open. 3 other dealerships and car shops were unable to help before I stopped at Hendrick.Sunroofs are not their specialty but they were willing to come take a look. These three gentlemen took an hour of their time to look at it, take it apart, and get it to shut.They went above and beyond and I’m so thankful. Couldnt have had a better experience. It was an absolute breeze working through my insurance company who set everything up with them directly. Had a rental car waiting on me upon dropping my truck off, got almost daily updates via texts and the quality of work was amazing. Staff was great and just an overall really good experience.

The people here are so friendly and always willing to help. One of the guys there was on his way home and still made time to help me get in my car and get tags off for my car was totaled and insurance company was taking ownership. He was quick and really helped me.

I had a great experience at Hendrick collision center highway 55. I found everybody I worked with had a great attitude and was willing to help. I cannot comment on their work as my car ended up being totaled, but I recommend them based on my experience.

This team is first class. I stopped in one day to get an estimate and the person behind the desk immediately came outside and began looking at it and had it diagnosed in 15 minutes. I had an appointment scheduled for the next morning and it was fixed by lunch. The personal attention they provided in carefully explaining the issue, showing me what to look at, and explaining the repair options for was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend.

Maybe the best experience Ive ever had at a body shop. I went in after my local Firestone said they couldnt find a replacement for my broken car handle. Donnie and co. showed me how to use my door in its current star giving me the option of fixing it-- then found me the part, which I picked up (saving me money and time). They attached the new handle in the parking lot in just a few minutes and sent me on my way. Even better, while they were on the phone looking for the part, they popped out a dent for free, drastically improving the appearance of my bumper. They were so generous with their time and knowledge and definitely earned a future customer. Thanks, guys!!

My car was damaged by hail and took it to this Hendricks for repair. I can say that it looks so much better than before! They even cleaned my car before giving it back to me. They are the best bunch of guys (and gal) to work with to repair my car. 10/10 recommendation from me.

They did a great job on my truck. I always go there. Such great service givin to me and my vehicle. I will be back there if I need any work done again. One more thing, they give you a lifetime warranty on your vehicle as long as you own your vehicle.

I called Hendrick Collision Center on 55 and they were extremely friendly when answering the phone. Donnie was understanding when I explained my situation to him. (I hit a cement barrier head on on I40 due to bad weather.) He was empathetic to my situation and treated me with kindness. He was able to squeeze me in for an appraisal that day. When I got to their office everyone was friendly and polite and greeted me with a smile. Donnie looked over my vehicle and then explained all the work that would need to be done. Donna and Chris were also very polite and nice when talking to me. They explained things I didn’t understand and were very friendly. The whole team made my expierence there amazing. I made an appointment to get the work done with them immediately. Just because I knew they were honest, hard working people who wouldn’t take advantage of me in a hard period of my life. Love this team! They come very highly recommended in my book.

I had a broken driver-side mirror on my car and I was thinking I had to have it replaced. I am so grateful to the person at the desk (I forget the name) who checked my car out and glued things back in place for no charge. Even when I offered to pay for it, he said there was no need. The fact remains that he spent about half an hour of his time jostling with a difficult car mirror that just wouldn’t snap back into place easily. If I was to ever need body repairs for my car, I would definitely go back to this place. I highly recommend this place!

I absolutely had the best experience here. Mine involved an insurance company and having to work with outside and unknown adjusters. Not knowing the process made this a difficult issue as well. However, Peter stepped up and took over the estimates, to meeting with the adjusters to daily conversations with the insurance office to help me accomplish my goals with the car. He represented Rick Hendrick Collision center by exerting his experience and knowledge while maintaining proffessional courtesy to the insurance company and above all else just being kind and supportive to me, his customer.Fantastic experience.

Great experience, had my car repaired by them last year just before Christmas(2014). They are always willing to take care of the customer. The shop manager, Chris, is a great guy, he never stops striving to deliver good quality repairs.

My car was involved in teenage evil prank activities at my sons high school while he was in class. End result involved the police report filed, insurance claim as well as me having to pay a 500$ deductible. Hendricks had to special order paint for my car an plus it was a holiday it took extra time and days. I was fuming. I was sick, use to my car had a rental, taking chemo. Hendricks was completely compassionate, kind, caring understanding and kept me up to date on when my car would be ready.They did a fantastic job, could not even tell where any of the damage was and the paint job was a phenomenal match. Would recommend them for damage repair or paint jobs to anyone.
