Chris helped me with a tricky situation with a wobby license plate. He took the time to brainstorm different solutions and consider different options in order to securely affix the license plate to my car. This company went above and beyond the call of duty! My daughter had a fender bender and messed up the front of her car. I asked the manager to confirm it was okay to drive until our appointment. He took time out of his busy schedule and pushed the dent out enabling the hood to close. We did not get charged for this! I want to also mention that the girl that answered the phone was super nice! The folks at Caliber Collision on Iredell are amazing. They gave me daily updates about my car. They completed it when they said they would and they even fixed my key as a kind gesture. I don’t like having to get my car repaired. They make it so stress free and do superb work. I have used them twice and they are who I will always choose for when bodywork is needed.

My son and I had a pleasant experience withCaliber Colision recently. My car was in aminor accident on Father’s Day. The rearPassenger door was pushed against therear tire and was not drivable. The car wastowed to Caliber. The next day, we went toCaliber and was told the car was totaled andthey could not work on it. Rather then leavingus “high & dry” the owner, at no cost, was kind enoughto use some of his tools to clear the the fenderaway from the tire, allowing us to drive thecar. What a great gesture. A parking mistake had the underside of my van dragging. I went in today to see if they could fix it. Mark (who was at first siting in the office) gladly took a look and then laid on the ground and went at it for 10 minutes. He didnt charge me anything! The bumper that originally came in to replace my damaged one didnt fit properly. So instead of returning my car is less than perfect conditions, they kept it just a few days longer to make sure it was perfect. They made sure to update me and my insurance/rental agency the whole time so it made my life a lot easier. Mark and Chris were great!

Excellent service. We had a minor body repair issue on our Toyota Highlander and the shop was able to repair it in about 5 minutes at no cost. Scheduling was easy, they wore masks and followed other coronavirus protocols, and were very pleasant to work with. I would for sure use them again.

Recently Caliber Collision on Iredell in Durham replaced a tail light unit for me after I had broken it. Their service is friendly and their work is high quality. They handled a minor repair for me a few months ago, as well. I highly recommend them, and if I need more extensive work on my car I will return to them.

My relatively new car was scratched up in a parking lot, so I took it to Caliber Collision in Durham on Iredell Street for an estimate. Mark cleaned off the transferred paint from the other vehicle & told me that the remaining scratches were not deep enough to permit rust or further damage to my cars finish. He pointed out a small dent & gave me a very reasonable estimate for taking care of that & the remaining scratches, if I chose to do so. I really appreciate having everything explained to me so thoroughly & him letting me know that the option of do nothing would not further harm my car. If I do decide to get the dent taken out, I will definitely be taking my car to Caliber!

Excellent service! I am not great at reversing =/ and have come here a couple of times to replace my back bumper. I went last week and the service person popped out my bumper into its original shape for no charge. This place is highly recommended for quality and also for their care for customers.

I scheduled an appointment to have my bumper looked at for possible damage behind the body panel. instead of having to leave the vehicle and come back and get it they went outside to the parking lot and gave it a quick look and assured me that there was no underlying damage. They could have charged me but were very honest and very helpful. They even offered to buff the tiny scratch out for free. I recommend them without reservation. Its not every day you run into an organization as forthright as caliber collision.

Ive had occasion to use Caliber Collision on a number of occasions for various fixes. Today I stopped by to ask if they could replace the seal in the moonroof of my 2005 Subaru Forester - it was leaking (on me). Chris immediately said it was likely not a bad seal, but rather clogged drains. He did a quick test, confirmed and blew out the drains while I waited. Charge: none. The local Subaru dealership would likely have replaced the seal anyway and charged 100s of dollars to do so. My high opinion of Chris and Caliber was confirmed. Thanks!

This shop gets rave reviews on my neighborhood list serve every time someone asks about body shops. So, when I had an accident and my insurance company was rattling off their list of recommended shops in the area, I stopped them as soon as they mentioned Johnson Collision, and I had my car towed there. They did a wonderful job, going above and beyond what they needed to do for just the repairs related to the accident, finished on schedule, and kept me updated. I wouldnt hesitate to go there again.

My car still has front end damage. This is terrible. I was told my radiator is cracked. Thet fixed my car twice in the front and never looked at my radiator.....please fix.

After some bumper shenanigans, I had plastic hanging below the hood of my car. They had me in and out in ten minutes!

I just used this shop because it was close to my house and I was very pleased. They did the work exactly as esimated and even saved me $100 becuase one of the planned repairs was not really necessary. I highly recommend them.
