I am always impressed the speed and accuracy of the Service Teams work. It turned out my vehicles problem was mis-diagnosed by another service provider, so I took it to Hendrick for an expensive repair. The Service Technician quickly diagnosed the issue was only a software update, then gave the care a thorough examination. I had my vehicle back in just one day. Service Advisor Scott Price not only calmed my nerves, but reminded me that I can count on expert service every time from Hendrick Acura Southpoint.
This is by far the BEST Car dealership that i have ever been to. My son had made up his mind that the Acura TLX was his dream car and we wanted a dependable car that would carry him through his final year in high school and also college and knew that Acura / Honda Fit that description exactly. Throughout the sales process Edgar did not leave a single stone unturned and helped explain everything as needed to arrive to the deal that fit our budget but with the specs we needed. On top of that he arranged for us to store the car there for a few weeks and then drove it all the way to our home so we could surprise my son on the day he got his license! Their service team keep you informed on the progress of your service, and since I usually wait for my car, their customer lounge is quite and provides you with a meeting room if you need to make calls or need the quite.I always feel like returning to Hendrick Acura Southpoint provide great value...time well spent.

I consistently receive top tier service, when having my car serviced or repaired. I never feel like they are pushing services not needed and therefore when something is recommended fully trust in the recommendation. They are courteous, answer questions and keep you informed of your vehicle service status. Even recently when they were short staffed the service was still top tier. My only complaint is I miss the snacks and muffins.

I have encountered rude/pushy finance/business managers before and it is a relief to find a team that are not these things. The vehicle was priced below Kelly Blue Book and after a little negotiation, they made the deal even better. We will be back!
Took my car for an oil change and 2 1/2 hours later it finally got done!!! I scheduled an appointment and you think they would have the foresight to have my oil filter in stock. Would give it zero stars if I could. Will never take my car back again. You can’t blame Covid for incompetence!!!!!

Every time I go to a random dealership I feel like they’re trying to rob me off whether its extra equipments or unnecessary fees. Except Acura Hendrick, first they build a relationship with a customer and make sure you know what Acura is all about, then you test drive and realize how much you were missing of luxury, smooth and safety ride. It was an awesome experience to be part of the family and to come back and buy the NSX from this particular dealership soon. Highly thankful for the great help and assistance of Sam, Kareem, Adham and the entire crew they are incredible.
Will not use their service department again. Wife unfortunately ruined a rim on our horrible roads. I called the parts department about a replacement, the gentleman kindly suggested that we look at repairing and suggested I talk to the service department. Very nice of him to suggest that...but then it went really downhill. After a conversation with Luke Wilson he was going to find out if we can get our rim repaired, and we are still waiting on information back from him....as he never called usback. We followed up with him, but he said that he has not heard back from his team. We ended up calling Acura Greensboro and traveled over there...as they helped us out. We would still be stranded on the side of the road if I had to wait for this place. Will travel to Greensboro from now on.
Mr. Glock and the service team were totally professional from start to finish, and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
First oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was 7am when they opened. They both open and started on time. The service manager Scott Price wore a mask and he was very polite. He updated me throughout my wait. PLUS I RECEIVED A COURTESY CAR WASH. Great experience!
Shelton Ashford went to work for us in our search for a specific color exterior and interior on our MDX, and when I say he went above and beyond, he went above and beyond. He was very focused on our needs and wants. The sales manager Karim was very open to discussion and answering a bunch of questions. I purchased a certified pre-owned MDX at Hendrick Acura Southpoint on 8/9/21. My sales consultant, Jacob Tanas went out of his way to ensure I had a great experience! Jacob was very knowledgeable about each individual vehicle I looked at - which was impressive! He communicated very well and had good follow-up to any questions I had. The vehicle I ended up purchasing had some curb rash on the rims - which I mentioned was something I would like looked at. Jacob talked with the sales manager about the issue and after the sales manager looked at the damage to the rims himself, he promised to replace at least 2 of the rims - or have his rim guy make them look a lot better. We added this promise to the we owe paperwork and I signed to purchase the car. The finance manager who closed the loan was very helpful and friendly. He patiently explained anything I had questions about and made sure to thank me for my business when we were done. Jacob was waiting after the closing with the vehicle parked out front, and a gift box with two nice Acura key chains in it - which was a nice touch to finish off the day! I noticed that there was only one key fob - when there should have been 2 fobs - Jacob agreed and promised to have another key programmed as well as the rims scheduled for repair or replacement. When I came back to the dealer to work on the rims and get the key fob programmed, the service team staff were all very accommodating. They worked hard to make sure I was in a comfortable spot - able to work in a quiet office - while they got to work. The service manager came in after about 20 minutes and let me know that the dealer would actually be replacing all 4 rims with brand new rims! This was very unexpected and solidified their overall level of going out of their way to ensure that the customer is happy! I highly recommend the team at Hendrick Acura Southpoint! A+++ service! Even though I chose to drop off option for my oil change my car was ready much faster than I thought it would be. Cameron Wise checked me in and made sure to call me when my car was ready. Cameron also let me know the car wash wasn’t working but offered to give me a complimentary car wash if I stop by another day!

Service department impeccable! Every time we need to take our car in we have received great service and the care take. My negative review is in regard to the sales department. We came in to look at a used vehicle, not Acura brand. We test drove it and told the rep what our offer was. We did our research and knew this car was on the lot over 60 days and wasn’t an Acura. He then began arguing with us and implied we couldn’t sell a vehicle. I kid you not, they guy said “Have you tried to sell a car in 60 days?” As a matter of fact I sold one of my previous cars over a weekend. He then went to the managers office and know he ran his mouth. The manager came out to say that the price was the sticker price then turned his back on us and walked away. If this is how you treat customers it is despicable. If you are reading this I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. There are about 4 or 5 dealerships surrounding it so hop on over to BMW where they consider all offers and don’t treat you like dirt. I know because that’s where I took myself and bought a car.

Great experience with having my wifes vehicle serviced. They paid attention to the details such as checking whether I needed a state inspection or not. Also replaced the aftermarket wipers with Honda ones which my wife really liked. Overall, a great job and I would highly recommend this dealership if you need service!

I purchased my son a 2019 Certified Acura ILX. The car was in immaculate condition. It took some time for us to agree on price. I appreciate the effort of my salesman Angres in making this deal happen. Literally 2 months had lapsed since we looked at a different vehicle in their showroom. Angres’ persistence paid off and we were able to get the deal done. Also a big shoutout to the sales manger Kareem for his willingness to make a deal. To be clear, there is another sales manager there that I would not recommend dealing with because of his reluctance to move on pricing. Angres and Kareem were both great!!! I purchased a used TLX 3 months ago and absolutely love it. Edgar was my sells Rep and I could not be more pleased with him. I find that a lot of salesman are there to get something from you. Edgar doesn’t fit that bill at all. Edgar is patient, knowledgeable, and fun to work with and is there to meet my desire. I can text Edgar about a question or ask for his availability for a car wash and he always fits me in. I couldn’t recommend him more!

My husband took my Acura to the dealership yesterday and Andrew could not have been nicer. My husband had an important work call where he was presenting shortly after arriving and Andrew went out of his way to find a work cubicle for him. Apparently Andrew came by with an update on the car while my husband was presenting to a group of people via this work call and Andrew stood patiently FOR ~10 MINUTES for my husband to finish. After years of taking our car to Hendrick Acura (even at their old smaller location), we continue to be impressed with their facilities and customer service!
The staff was first class to a person. It didn’t matter the department they were all in on delighting the customer. The place itself is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Lastly, my vehicle was perfectly serviced for which I have complete confidence in the repair and only what was needed.

I must say, Acura of Southpoint has the most outstanding customer service around! The wheels on my 2017 MDX had a defect. When I contacted Danny, he made sure that the issue was corrected and done properly. A courtesy vehicle was provided while my car was repaired, and I was never inconvenienced. This is my first Acura of Southpoint purchase, but will not be my last. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers.
Hendrick Acura Southpoint is awesome. They always take great care of their customers and their service department is top-notch. Cam, Andy, George and others from the service department along with Sylvester of the sales team are the reason we continue to purchase vehicles from this location. We have purchased vehicles from other Acura dealerships in the past before working with this dealership and the service provided by Hendrick Acura Southpoint was by far superior to any other dealership we have purchased from in the past. They really take care of their customers and exceed all of your expectations.
Have been going to this dealership for several years and have had a very good experience with them. I find them to be trustworthy and excellent with regards to the quality of their work and results. Always a pleasant experience. Andy Gloc has been my service tech and he’s fabulous.
It took us forever to purchase and trade in the car. They spent most of the time dragging on their feet and tried to sell us the add-ons and extended warranties. It might be their tricks to sell. After convincing us to buy some add-ons (we only picked the ones we wanted to buy in the first place), we were notified that their part shop was closed and we had to make another trip to have the add-ons installed. And we did, we made an appointment at 10:30 on Saturday and their staff promised that everything will be ready and quick, we didn’t get out until 2 pm. They blamed on each other. We feel we were not treated right or most of the time was wasted because of the incompetence.
My oil change service was great. The service advisor, Scott, is very friendly to answer my questions. The environment is clean and spacious. People there are taking all measures to help reduce the risk of COVID-19.
Hendricks Acura was awesome. They followed all the safety protocols for covid-19, did all the work in a timely fashion, and even gave me an awesome loaner car till my car was ready. Went above and beyond what I was expecting from a dealership!I would recommend this dealership to anyone who needs their car worked on.
Scott ensured that my experience was top tier from the moment I pulled up to informing me how everything would go, meeting with me during ten process to provide timely updates and insight, and ensuring that I was comfortable and understood every thing that was being done to my car. My recent car buying experience at Hendrick Acura was very positive. I was looking for a late model, low milage RDX online and found it at Hendrick Acura. The dealership is 90 miles from where I live, but well worth the drive. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, helpful and professional. I would like to offer a special thanks to Amanda in customer service (she is terrific) and Edgar Murphy in sales. Edgar was very easy to work with and his product knowledge is first rate. I would highly recommend visiting Hedrick Acura for a new or used Acura.

John Prillman is an excellent service agent. I took my car in for a specific service and he recommended that I hold off on the service until I replace the tires in a couple of months. He saved me about $250 that I feel if I had taken my car to store shop would not have happened! These are good guys and a great place do do business!
