My mother asked me to go with her to look at a refrigerator. She contacted the number for Virgils and was told to to meet there the next day at 2pm. The next day she messaged him before we left for our 30 minute drive for the address to let him know we would be there at 2. He requires you message him before you go because he doesn’t keep regular store hours. He responded with the address. When we arrived we waited 20 minutes and then called him as the door was locked. He said we were supposed to call and shamed us as if we didn’t already speak to him. We asked how long it would take to get there. He said an hour. We said ok and went to have lunch. We arrived back at 3:05 and still nobody there. I called and pretended to be another interested customer and he said the earliest he could meet us was 4. I then revealed that I was in fact the son of the client he was supposed to be meeting at 3. He said he was in traffic and didn’t bother to let us know. I told him we were no longer interested. He said next time we needed to call. We had already spoken 4 times. As soon as you speak with him you will understand why you need to do business elsewhere. I have all text messages forproof of how unprofessional and rude he was throughout the experience.

Just bought a used washer and dryer from them. Delivery guy was awesome! Had a problem with the dryer, contacted Virgil and he had a replacement dryer out the next day. Great service!!!

Great customer service and the prices are reasonable. If youre not ready to buy a brand new washer and dryer and looking for a used one, I would suggest these guys. Even though the machines are used they still come with a warranty.

Bought a washer and dryer from here and the dryer went out weeks later. The owner all of a sudden has amnesia about ANYTHING he said bout repairing it. Buy at your own risk

I purchased washer and dryer from here. The washer was defective day1. I have a 30 day warranty on my receipt. I spoken with the owner several times within the last month to exchange it. Every week he has an excuse. However he has not exchanged the item to date. Buy from here at your own risk.

Virgil and John could not have been more professional and helpful. I live an hour away from douglasville and they made no hesitation to come out. There was a valve that needed to be changed out and they stay true to their 45 day warrantee. I would recommend them to anyone looking to not blow 1000k on a washer and dryer, put that in the vacation fund 😎

Absolutely terrible experience. The gentleman that said he was coming to fix my dryer sent me a text an hr and half before the service call that he was sending his service guy. I asked what his service guys name was and he said his name then I walked for his last name and he said why? I said because he will be a stranger in my home. He said well I don’t understand why you need it. I replied you don’t understand bc you are not a female letting a strange man in her house. He said “you know what find someone else” and hung up. This is what it’s like being a single female trying to find anyone to repair anything in your home. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. He was so rude and condescending on the phone.

Purchased a washer & dryer from the beginning the set was very noisy. Refuse to honor warranty. Virgil sold me a dryer with a bad pulley an washer with bad bearings. Paid him $300 and ended up purchasing another set . Do not do business with this guy
