I wouldnt even give these people 1 star but you have to give them something to do a review. This company was sent to my house by Lowes. My husband & I built a house & bought all new appliances from Lowes & a year after the refrigerator freezer stopped working. I had purchased an extended warranty on all the appliances so when the freezer went out we had to let Lowes choose who would do the repair. Southern States appliance repair company is a husband & wife team. From the very first contact that I had with the wife when she called to schedule a time for them to come & look at the freezer, she was extremely rude to me. I had never laid eyes on this woman before, so she had no reason to be rude to me but she was. Of course, I needed my freezer fixed so I had to be nice. They werent here long the first time to diagnose the freezer ( compressor quit working), but when they returned to repair it took them 3 hours. She stood there the entire time watching her husband repair it, why she was there to hold his hand didnt make any sense because she didnt lift the first tool.When my freezer broke down again a couple years later, I told Lowes not to contact this particular company because I wanted nothibg to do with a company that treats people they way they treated me but of course Lowes didnt listen to me & contacted them anyway. This lady had the nerve to tell Lowes that they werent coming here because I was too hard to get ahold of to schedule appointments. Wrong!! Shes a liar, but thats ok because I didnt want them in my house anyway.If you wanted to be disrespected in your own home, I would suggest you find another company. They probably used a used part to repair freezer because when it broke down the 2nd time, it was the compressor again that went out. Stay away from this company & Kitchenaid refrigerators.
